本发明提供一种带快速更换活性炭的吸附风管,包括吸附风管,所述吸附风管中设置有过滤框,过滤框由吸附风管的前侧壁插入吸附风管中,过滤框的前侧壁上设置有拉手,过滤框的上方侧壁为开口,过滤框前后侧壁上分布有活性炭挡网。将废气通过吸附风管进行排出,废气经过过滤框,设置活性炭挡网和过滤框内的活性炭对废气进行吸附,当吸附达到饱和时,通过拉手将过滤框拉出,通过过滤框上方侧壁的开口来更换下饱和的活性炭,设置吸音层来降低噪音,并通过冷却管对吸附完成的废气进行冷却降温;本发明结构简单,更换活性炭方便快捷,且大大提高了工作环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及有废气排放的工业领域,尤其涉及一种带快速更换活性炭的吸附风管。
背景技术
在工业生产过程中会有存在VOC或粉尘的废气排放,为了满足环保要求,在排放时需要进行废气吸附。现有的吸附风管一般采用内部设置有活性炭过滤层进行吸附,而这种方式进行吸附更换起活性炭过滤层非常麻烦。因此,需要提供一种带快速更换活性炭的吸附风管,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种带快速更换活性炭的吸附风管,将废气通过吸附风管进行排出,废气经过过滤框,设置活性炭挡网和过滤框内的活性炭对废气进行吸附,当吸附达到饱和时,通过拉手将过滤框拉出,通过过滤框上方侧壁的开口来更换下饱和的活性炭,设置吸音层来降低噪音,并通过冷却管对吸附完成的废气进行冷却降温;本发明结构简单,更换活性炭方便快捷,且大大提高了工作环境。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种带快速更换活性炭的吸附风管,包括吸附风管,所述吸附风管中设置有过滤框,过滤框由吸附风管的前侧壁插入吸附风管中,过滤框的前侧壁上设置有拉手,过滤框的上方侧壁为开口,过滤框前后侧壁上分布有活性炭挡网。
进一步改进在于:所述过滤框内设置有从过滤框上方的开口处放入的活性炭。
进一步改进在于:所述吸附风管表面设置有吸音层。
进一步改进在于:所述吸附风管内竖向分布有一排冷却管且位于过滤框的右侧。
本发明的有益效果:将废气通过吸附风管进行排出,废气经过过滤框,设置活性炭挡网和过滤框内的活性炭对废气进行吸附,当吸附达到饱和时,通过拉手将过滤框拉出,通过过滤框上方侧壁的开口来更换下饱和的活性炭,设置吸音层来降低噪音,并通过冷却管对吸附完成的废气进行冷却降温;本发明结构简单,更换活性炭方便快捷,且大大提高了工作环境。

如图1和2所示,本实施例提供一种带快速更换活性炭的吸附风管,包括吸附风管1,所述吸附风管1中设置有过滤框2,过滤框2由吸附风管1的前侧壁插入吸附风管1中,过滤框2的前侧壁上设置有拉手3,过滤框2的上方侧壁为开口4,过滤框2前后侧壁上分布有活性炭挡网5。所述过滤框2内设置有从过滤框2上方的开口4处放入的活性炭6。所述吸附风管1表面设置有吸音层7。所述吸附风管1内竖向分布有一排冷却管8且位于过滤框2的右侧。

1.一种带快速更换活性炭的吸附风管,包括吸附风管(1),其特征在于,所述吸附风管(1)中设置有过滤框(2),过滤框(2)由吸附风管(1)的前侧壁插入吸附风管(1)中,过滤框(2)的前侧壁上设置有拉手(3),过滤框(2)的上方侧壁为开口(4),过滤框(2)前后侧壁上分布有活性炭挡网(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带快速更换活性炭的吸附风管,其特征在于,所述过滤框(2)内设置有从过滤框(2)上方的开口(4)处放入的活性炭(6)。
