Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to an insecticide composition containing cyantraniliprole and matrine and application thereof.
Background
At present, organic phosphorus, pyrethroid medicaments and bisamide medicaments are mostly adopted for lepidoptera pests, and the lasting period of the organic phosphorus and the pyrethroid medicaments is 7-10 days; the duration of the bisamide is 15-20 days. The application time of the medicaments is long, pests generally generate drug resistance, and the control effect in production reaches 60-80 percent, but the organophosphorus medicaments belong to chemical nerve agents and mainly inhibit acetylcholinesterase. Therefore, the pesticide has high toxicity and long residual time, and due to potential safety hazards, various organophosphorus pesticides are forbidden or limited in China. Therefore, the prevention and treatment effect can be ensured only by increasing the dosage and the dosage times, but a large amount of medicines are frequently used, so that the medicine and labor cost is increased, the food safety risk is improved, and the pressure on the environment is increased. Therefore, a safe, efficient and long-acting medicament for preventing and controlling lepidoptera pests is needed in production.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: in order to solve the problems in the prior art in the background art, an improved insecticide composition containing cyantraniliprole and matrine and application thereof are provided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the pesticide composition contains cyantraniliprole and matrine as effective components, and includes cyantraniliprole 5-30 weight portions and matrine 0.5-10 weight portions.
The pesticide composition also comprises 8-12 parts of emulsifier and solvent.
The emulsifier is one of styryl phenol formaldehyde resin polyoxyethylene ether, calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, phenyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether and rosin acid polyoxyethylene dithiophosphate.
The solvent makes up the pesticide composition to 100 parts.
The solvent is one of toluene and xylene.
The matrine is one of matrine, oxymatrine and isomatrine extracted from radix Sophorae Flavescentis.
An application of a pesticide composition containing cyantraniliprole and matrine in preparing medicines for preventing and treating plant pests is disclosed.
An application of a pesticide composition containing cyantraniliprole and matrine in preparing a medicament for preventing and treating lepidoptera pests.
Matrine is a generic term of radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, and is an alkaloid, including matrine, oxymatrine, matrine, sophocarpine, and oxysophocarpine in radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention combines cyantraniliprole and matrine together, can give full play to respective advantages and has obvious effect.
1. The two medicaments are safe, are low-toxicity medicaments, and the matrine is a natural botanical medicament, has low dosage, can be quickly decomposed in nature, and finally is carbon dioxide and water to relieve environmental stress.
2. The insecticidal composition is efficient, the two agents respectively exert the advantages of the two agents, the synergistic effect is obvious, the control effect on lepidoptera pests can reach 85-95%, and the insecticide resistance is not easy to generate.
3. The long-acting effect is achieved, the effective period of the combination of the two agents to lepidoptera pests is as long as 18-25 days, the drug resistance is delayed, the effect lasting is good, the dosage and the frequency of drug administration can be effectively reduced, and the cost of the drug administration and labor is reduced.
4. The insecticidal spectrum is wide, the combination of the two medicaments has good control effect on lepidoptera pests, and simultaneously treats pests such as aphids, red spiders, panonychus manihot, grubs and the like, thereby improving the overall protection of crops.
Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to examples. The illustrative embodiments and descriptions of the present invention herein are provided to explain the present invention and should not be interpreted as limiting the scope of the invention.
Example one:
in the cucumber field, each medicament treatment occupies 0.18 mu of land, 6 treatments are carried out together with blank contrast, the total land occupation is 1.08 mu of land, 9 parts of cyantraniliprole, 1 part of matrine, 10 parts of styryl phenol formaldehyde resin polyoxyethylene ether and the balance of solvent toluene to 100 parts. The control effect of the preparation using the medicament combination is compared with the control effect of 20 g/mu (the dosage of the effective components is 1.8 g/mu of cyantraniliprole and 0.2 g/mu of matrine) on the diaphania cucullata walker, 1.8 g/mu of the effective components of a single dose of cyantraniliprole, 0.2 g/mu of the effective components of a single dose of matrine, 9 g/mu of the effective components of a single dose of chlorpyrifos (organic phosphorus) and 3 g/mu of the effective components of a single dose of high-efficiency cyhalothrin (pyrethrins). The water consumption is 45L/mu.
Table 1 shows the results of measuring diaphania crocodile by combining cyantraniliprole and matrine with cyantraniliprole single dose, matrine single dose, chlorpyrifos single dose, and lambda-cyhalothrin single dose.
The results show that compared with the other medicines in the prior art, the control effects of the combined medicine of cyantraniliprole and matrine for 7 days, 10 days, 14 days, 21 days and 30 days are higher than the control effects of the common medicines of cyantraniliprole, matrine, chlorpyrifos and lambda-cyhalothrin in production. The result of the independent use of the cyantraniliprole and the matrine shows that the control effect of the combination of the two medicaments is always higher than that of the single medicament, which shows that the combination of the two medicaments has obvious synergistic effect, the control effect of the cyantraniliprole 30 days after the medicament is used is only 62.58 percent, the control effect of the combination of the two medicaments reaches 78.43 percent, and the effective period of the medicaments is obviously prolonged.
Example two:
in the mung bean field, each treatment occupies 0.18 mu of land, 5 treatments are carried out together with blank control, the total occupation area is 0.9 mu of land, 5 parts of cyantraniliprole, 10 parts of matrine, 12 parts of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 100 parts of solvent xylene are adopted to prepare missible oil. The control effect of the composition preparation is compared with the control effect of the composition preparation on the green bean pod borer by using 20 g/mu (the dosage of the effective components is 1.0 g/mu of cyantraniliprole and 2.0 g/mu of matrine) and 1.0 g/mu of the effective components of a single dose of cyantraniliprole, 2.0 g/mu of the effective components of a single dose of matrine and 3.5 g/mu of the effective components of a single dose of fenvalerate (pyrethrins). The water consumption is 30L/mu.
Table 2 shows the results of testing cyantraniliprole + matrine combination with cyantraniliprole, matrine and fenvalerate on phaea furnacalis.
The results show that compared with the prior art, the control effect of the combined medicine of cyantraniliprole and matrine on the green bean pod borer in 7 days, 10 days, 14 days and 21 days is higher than that of the commonly used medicines of cyantraniliprole, matrine and fenvalerate in the production. The result of the independent use of the cyantraniliprole and the matrine shows that the prevention and treatment effect of the combination of the two medicaments is always higher than that of the single medicament, and the combination of the two medicaments has obvious synergistic action. The control effect of the cyantraniliprole 21 days after the pesticide is only 60.65%, the combined control effect of the two pesticides reaches 82.62%, and the lasting period after the combination is obviously longer than that of other treatments.
