All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Moreover, repeated reference numerals or designations may be used in various embodiments. These iterations are merely for simplicity and clarity of describing the present invention, and are not intended to represent any correlation between the different embodiments or configurations discussed.
The present invention relates to an open top shipping container which has no rigid roof but is typically provided with a canvas, plastic or plastic-coated canopy supported by a collapsible header, the roof being covered with a waterproof cloth during shipping. The open top type container is suitable for loading large objects with large volume or heavy objects to be lifted, such as glass plates and the like.
First, the open top type container extends from front to back and includes a box body and a door body disposed at the rear side of the box body. It should be noted that "front" and "rear" herein do not refer to specific orientations, but refer to relative positional relationships, and are merely for convenience of description of the present embodiment, and if the door body is provided on the front side of the cabinet, the object of the present embodiment is also satisfied.
The container is characterized in that an opening is formed in the container body, the container body further comprises a door lintel connecting assembly used for an open-top container, the door lintel connecting assembly comprises corner structures arranged on two sides of the top of the rear end of the opening of the container body and door lintel structures 100 arranged between the corner structures, and the door lintel structures 100 are arranged above the door body. The corner structure may be any one or more of a rear end portion of the roof side rail of the cabinet, a top end portion of the corner post, and a corner fitting 20 provided at a rear end of the roof side rail of the cabinet or at a top end of the corner post. The header structure 100 may be fixedly attached to one or more of the corner pieces 20, the top portions of the corner posts, the rear end portions of the side rails of the chest, etc. In the following embodiments of the present invention, the preferred embodiment mainly using the corner fitting 20 as the corner structure is illustrated, but the present invention does not represent to protect only this kind of corner fitting 20 as the corner structure, and the other types of corner structures described above are also applicable to the present invention and within the scope of the present invention, and will not be described in too much detail below.
The lintel structure 100 is a beam above the door body, and the lintel structure 100 is typically opened when the door body is opened and articles are loaded and unloaded. Specifically, in the present embodiment, in the state where the door lintel structure 100 is closed, the door lintel structure 100 extends in the horizontal direction and is fixed between the two corner pieces 20 above the door body. The corner piece 20 includes a left corner piece disposed on the left upper side of the door body and a right corner piece disposed on the right upper side of the door body, and the door lintel structure 100 is fixed between the left corner piece and the right corner piece. Similarly, "left" and "right" herein do not refer to specific orientations, but to relative positional relationships, and are merely for convenience of description of the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the door lintel structure 100 comprises a fixed door lintel 1 fixed to opposite inner sides of two corner pieces 20, respectively, and a movable door lintel 2 movably arranged between the fixed door lintel 1, the movable door lintel 2 being openable by rotation from front to back. The door lintel structure 100 further comprises a hinge structure 3 for connecting the movable door lintel 2 with the fixed door lintel 1 or corner structure for rotationally fixing the movable door lintel 2. The hinge structure 3 is connected and arranged at least one end of the movable door lintel 2 and is detachably and fixedly arranged with the fixed door lintel 1 or the corner structure. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the hinge structure 3 is fixed to the corner fitting 20 of the corner structure.
In particular, as shown in fig. 1, the fixed door header 1 comprises a first fixed door header 11 and a second fixed door header 12. The first fixed door lintel 11 is fixed to the left corner piece and the second fixed door lintel 12 is fixed to the right corner piece. One end of the movable door lintel 2 is fixedly connected with the first fixed door lintel 11 through the hinge structure 3, the other end of the movable door lintel 2 is detachably connected with the second fixed door lintel 12, and when the movable door lintel 2 is detached and separated from the second fixed door lintel 12, the movable door lintel 2 overturns around the hinge structure 3 relative to the first fixed door lintel 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the hinge structure 3 comprises a hinge seat 31 fixed to the first fixed lintel 11 or to the corresponding corner structure, a hinge plate 32 fixed to the movable lintel 2, and a pin 33 hinging the hinge seat 31 and the hinge plate 32. As shown in fig. 4, the hinge plate 32 includes a fixing portion 321 fixed on the movable lintel 2 and a hinge support lug 322 connected to the fixing portion 321 for cooperating with the pin 33, and the fixing portion 321 and the hinge support lug 322 are integrally formed. In the present embodiment, the hinge base 31 is fixed to the corner piece 20 of the corner structure.
When the movable door lintel 2 is in a closed state, in the front-back direction, the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the back end surface of the fixing part 321 or the back wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 is not less than the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the back end surface of the corner structure. Therefore, in the process that the movable door lintel 2 is opened to 180 °, the fixing part 321 and the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 do not interfere with the corner part 20 all the time, so that the movable door lintel 2 can be completely opened to 180 ° or more than 180 °, and the process of putting and unloading is not affected. Of course, if both sides of the movable door header 2 are provided with the hinge structure as described above, both ends of the movable door header can be fully opened to 180 ° or more than 180 °.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the door lintel structure 100 is disposed between the corner pieces 20, and when the movable door lintel 2 is in the closed state, the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the rear end surface of the fixing portion 321 or the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 in the front-rear direction is not smaller than the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the rear end surface of the corner piece 20. The rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 is a surface of the movable door lintel 2 that faces the corner fitting 20 when the movable door lintel 2 is opened approximately 180 ° or more than 180 °. Therefore, in the closed state of the movable door lintel 2, the distance from the pin 33 to the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 must be greater than or equal to the distance from the pin 33 to the corner piece 20, so that the movable door lintel 2 does not contact the corner piece 20 during the opening of the movable door lintel 2 to 180 °.
Similarly, the rear end surface of the fixing portion 321 refers to a side of the fixing portion 321 facing away from the movable door header 2; also when the movable lintel 2 is opening close to 180 ° or more than 180 °, said fixing portion 321 is close to one face of the corner piece 20. Therefore, in the closed state of the movable door header 2, the distance from the pin 33 to the rear end face of the fixing portion 321 must be greater than or equal to the distance from the pin 33 to the corner piece 20, so that the fixing portion 321 does not contact the corner piece 20 during the opening of the movable door header 2 to 180 °.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the hinge lug 322 has a side wall surface connected to the rear end surface of the fixing portion 321, and the side wall surface forms an angle x with the rear end surface of the corner piece 20, where x is greater than or equal to 90 ° and less than or equal to 145 °. And, when x >90 °, the side wall surfaces extend obliquely from the rear to the front in the direction of the middle position of the movable lintel 2. In this embodiment, x is a right angle or an obtuse angle, and conversely, if x is an acute angle or a right angle, x is 45 ° ≦ x ≦ 90 °. Thus, the hinge lugs 322 integrally project rearward of the rear end surface of the fixing portion and are L-shaped integrally with the fixing portion.
Since the hinge lug 322 is connected to the hinge base 31 by the pin 33, the size of x is related to the extension length of the hinge base 31. In the horizontal direction, if the length of extension of the hinge base 31 is short, the angle x is small, and if the length of extension of the hinge base 31 is long, the angle x is large. In addition, in the process of opening the movable lintel 2 to 180 °, the side wall surface of the hinge lug 322 does not interfere with the corner fitting 20, and similarly, after opening to 180 ° or more, the side wall surface of the hinge lug 322 is spaced from or in contact with the corner fitting 20.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the relief portion 21 is formed to be recessed forward from the rear surface of the movable lintel 2, and the fixing portion 321 is fixed in the relief portion 21. Thus, the distance between the axis of the pin 33 and the fixing portion 321 is large enough to ensure that the distance is greater than or equal to the distance between the axis of the pin 33 and the rear end face of the corner member 20. Of course, the object of the present invention can also be achieved if the fixing portion 321 does not have the escape portion 21, and the fixing portion 321 directly protrudes outward from the movable lintel 2, as long as the above distance relationship is satisfied.
The relief portion 21 has a fixed wall 211 fixed to a fixed portion 321, and the movable lintel has a front wall at the front end. Since the relief portion 21 is formed in the movable door lintel 2 in a concave manner, a reinforcing rib 221 is connected between the fixed wall and the front wall as shown in fig. 4 in order to enhance the strength and stability of the movable door lintel 2.
The movable door lintel 2 further comprises a rear wall opposite to the front wall, a top wall and a bottom wall fixedly connecting the top and bottom ends of the front and rear walls, the relief portion 21 being formed by a forward recess from the rear wall.
It should be noted that, on the one hand, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, in the present preferred embodiment, only part of the rear wall of the movable door lintel 2 is recessed to form a relief 21 that just receives the fixing portion 321, the relief 21 not extending upwardly through the top wall. So that the top wall can play a certain role in shielding, such as rain prevention, sand prevention and the like. In the present embodiment, the rear wall surface of the movable lintel 2 is the rear wall surface of the rear wall. When the movable door lintel 2 is opened to 180 °, the corner piece 20 is always spaced from or just in contact with the rear wall of the movable door lintel 2.
On the other hand, if the back wall of the movable door lintel 2 is partially or totally recessed to form a relief 21 for receiving the corner piece 20, and in the case of the total recess, this means that the relief 21 extends vertically through the top wall. Then, at this time, the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 is referred to as the fixed wall 211 of the escape part 21; when the movable door lintel 2 is opened to 180 °, the corner piece 20 partially enters the relief space 21 and does not interfere with the fixing part 321 and the movable door lintel 2 either.
The hinge support lug 322 and the hinge seat 31 are both provided with shaft holes matched with the pin shaft 33, and the pin shaft 33 extends along the longitudinal direction. The axis of the pin shaft 33 is the axis of the shaft hole. In particular, the hinge seat 31 has a matching portion 311 matched with the pin 33 and the hinge lug 322, and the matching portion 311 protrudes towards the direction of the movable door header 2 to exceed the first fixed door header 11. As described above, the hinge base 31 can be fixed to the first fixed lintel 11 or the corresponding corner piece 20, and by providing the engaging portion 311 of the hinge base 31 to protrude beyond the first fixed lintel 11, a sufficient space for rotation of the hinge plate 32 can be ensured.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the hinge base 31 is fixed to the corner fitting 20 and is provided on the rear side of the first fixed lintel 11; when the movable door lintel 2 is in a closed state, the fixed door lintel 1 and the movable door lintel 2 are in inclined butt joint, the inclined surface in the first fixed door lintel 11 extends obliquely from back to front and from outside to inside, and the matching part 311 is positioned at the rear side of the first fixed door lintel 11 and protrudes inwards from a corner piece beyond the inclined surface. The inclined surface of the first fixed lintel 11 makes it easier and less likely to interfere with other structures in the process of opening the movable lintel 2. And, when the matching part 311 is disposed beyond the inclined plane, the hinge plate may be disposed in an L shape, and a better opening and closing of the movable lintel 2 is achieved.
In the present embodiment, the terms "inside" and "outside" refer to the movable lintel 2 as a reference center, and "the inclined surface of the first fixed lintel 11 extends obliquely from outside to inside" means that the inclined surface of the first fixed lintel 11 extends in the direction of the movable lintel 2, and "the engaging portion 311 is located on the rear side of the first fixed lintel 11 and protrudes inward from a corner piece" means that the engaging portion 311 protrudes in the direction of the movable lintel 2. Of course, the object of the invention can also be achieved if the fixed door lintel 1 and the movable door lintel 2 are connected not by an oblique plane but by a plane connection or other connection means.
Therefore, in summary, in the closed state of the movable door lintel 2, in the front-back direction, the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the rear end surface of the fixing portion 321 or the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 is not smaller than the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the rear end surface of the corner piece 20, so that the corner piece 20 does not contact with the fixing portion 321 of the hinge plate 32 or the movable door lintel 2 during the opening process of the movable door lintel 2, and the movable door lintel 2 can be opened to 180 ° or more. The movable lintel 2 can thus be fully extended without causing interference during the loading and unloading of the goods.
It should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art will be able to make the description as a whole, and the embodiments may be appropriately combined to form other embodiments as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art.
