All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
Furthermore, repeated reference numerals or designations may be used in the various embodiments. These repetition are for the purpose of simplicity and clarity of presentation and do not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments or configurations discussed.
The present invention relates to an open top container which has no rigid roof but is typically provided with a roof made of canvas, plastic cloth or plastic coated cloth supported by a collapsible roof beam, the roof being covered with a tarpaulin during shipment. The open top container is suitable for loading large objects with high volume or heavy objects needing to be hoisted, such as glass plates and the like.
Firstly, specifically, the open top container extends from front to back and comprises a box body and a door body arranged at the rear side of the box body. It should be noted that, here, "front" and "rear" do not refer to specific orientations, but refer to relative positional relationships, and only for convenience of description of the present embodiment, the purpose of the present embodiment is satisfied if the door body is provided at the front side of the case.
The box is provided with an opening, the box further comprises a door lintel connecting assembly used on the open top type container, the door lintel connecting assembly comprises corner structures used for being arranged on two sides of the top of the rear end of the box and a door lintel structure 100 arranged between the corner structures, and the door lintel structure 100 is arranged above the door. The corner structure may be any one or more of a rear end portion of the side roof rail of the box body, a corner post top end portion, and a corner piece 20 provided at a rear end of the side roof rail of the box body or a corner post top end. The door lintel structure 100 may be fixedly connected to one or more of the corner pieces 20, the top end portions of the corner posts, the rear end portions of the side roof rails of the box body, and the like. In the following embodiments, the corner fitting 20 is mainly used as a preferred example of the corner structure, but the invention is not limited to the corner fitting 20, and other types of corner structures are also applicable to the invention, and are not described in detail below.
The door lintel structure 100 is a beam above the door body, and when the door body is opened and the articles are loaded and unloaded, the door lintel structure 100 is usually required to be opened. Specifically, in the present embodiment, in a state where the door lintel structure 100 is closed, the door lintel structure 100 extends in a horizontal direction and is fixed between two corner pieces 20 above the door body. The corner fitting 20 includes a left corner fitting disposed at the upper left side of the door body and a right corner fitting disposed at the upper right side of the door body, and the lintel structure 100 is fixed between the left and right corner fittings. Likewise, the terms "left" and "right" herein do not refer to a particular orientation, but rather refer to a relative positional relationship, merely for convenience in describing the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the door lintel structure 100 includes a fixed door lintel 1 fixed to opposite inner sides of the two corner pieces 20, respectively, and a movable door lintel 2 movably disposed between the fixed door lintels 1, and the movable door lintel 2 can be opened by rotating from front to back. The door lintel structure 100 further comprises a hinge structure 3 for connecting the movable door lintel 2 with the fixed door lintel 1 or corner structure for rotationally fixing the movable door lintel 2. The hinge structure 3 is connected to at least one end of the movable door lintel 2 and is detachably and fixedly arranged with the fixed door lintel 1 or the corner structure. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the hinge structure 3 is fixed to the corner piece 20 of the corner structure.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the fixed door lintel 1 includes a first fixed door lintel 11 and a second fixed door lintel 12. The first fixed door lintel 11 is fixed with the left corner piece and the second fixed door lintel 12 is fixed with the right corner piece. One end of the movable door lintel 2 is fixedly connected with the first fixed door lintel 11 through the hinge structure 3, the other end of the movable door lintel 2 is detachably connected with the second fixed door lintel 12, and when the movable door lintel 2 is detached from the second fixed door lintel 12, the movable door lintel 2 is turned over relative to the first fixed door lintel 11 around the hinge structure 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the hinge structure 3 includes a hinge base 31 fixed to the first fixed door lintel 11 or the corresponding corner structure, a hinge plate 32 fixed to the movable door lintel 2, and a pin 33 for hinging the hinge base 31 and the hinge plate 32. As shown in fig. 4, the hinge plate 32 includes a fixing portion 321 fixed on the movable door lintel 2 and a hinge lug 322 connected with the fixing portion 321 to cooperate with the pin 33, and the fixing portion 321 and the hinge lug 322 are integrally formed. In this embodiment, the hinge base 31 is fixed to the corner piece 20 of the corner structure.
When the movable door lintel 2 is in a closed state, in the front-back direction, the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the rear end surface of the fixed part 321 or the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 is not smaller than the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the rear end surface of the corner structure. Therefore, in the process of opening the movable door lintel 2 to 180 degrees, the rear wall surfaces of the fixed part 321 and the movable door lintel 2 are not interfered with the corner part 20 all the time, so that the movable door lintel 2 can be completely opened to 180 degrees or more than 180 degrees, and the process of putting and unloading is not influenced. Of course, if the hinge structures are provided on both sides of the movable door lintel 2 as described above, the two ends of the movable door lintel can be completely opened to 180 ° or more than 180 °.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the door lintel structure 100 is disposed between the corner fittings 20, the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the rear end surface of the fixed portion 321 or the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 is not smaller than the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the rear end surface of the corner fittings 20 in the front-rear direction when the movable door lintel 2 is in the closed state. The rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 is a surface of the movable door lintel 2 opposite to the corner piece 20 when the movable door lintel 2 is opened to approximately 180 ° or more. Thus, in the closed state of the movable door lintel 2, the distance from the pin 33 to the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 must be greater than or equal to the distance from the pin 33 to the corner piece 20 in order to allow the movable door lintel 2 to be out of contact with the corner piece 20 during the opening up to 180 °.
Similarly, the rear end surface of the fixed portion 321 refers to a side of the fixed portion 321 facing away from the movable door lintel 2; the fixing portion 321 is close to one face of the corner member 20 when the movable door lintel 2 is opened to approximately 180 ° or more. Therefore, in the closed state of the movable door lintel 2, the distance from the pin 33 to the rear end surface of the fixing part 321 must be greater than or equal to the distance from the pin 33 to the corner piece 20, so that the fixing part 321 can not contact with the corner piece 20 during the opening of the movable door lintel 2 to 180 °.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the hinge lug 322 has a side wall surface connected to the rear end surface of the fixing portion 321, the side wall surface forms an angle x with the rear end surface of the corner piece 20, and x is 90 ° or more and 145 ° or less. And, when x > 90 DEG, the side wall surface extends obliquely from back to front toward the middle position of the movable door lintel 2. In this embodiment, the above x is at right angles or obtuse angles, and conversely, if x is at an acute angle or right angles, 45 ° or more and x or less than 90 °. Thus, the hinge lug 322 integrally protrudes to the rear of the rear end surface of the fixing portion, and is L-shaped integrally with the fixing portion.
Since the hinge lug 322 is connected to the hinge base 31 by the pin 33, the x is related to the extension length of the hinge base 31. In the horizontal direction, the angle of x is smaller if the length of the hinge base 31 is shorter, and the angle of x is larger if the length of the hinge base 31 is longer. In addition, the side wall surface of the hinge bracket 322 does not interfere with the corner fitting 20 when the movable door lintel 2 is opened up to 180 degrees, and the same applies, after the movable door lintel 2 is opened up to 180 degrees and above, a gap or just contacts with the corner fitting 20 at intervals between the side wall surface of the hinge bracket 322.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the relief portion 21 is concavely formed from the rear surface of the movable door lintel 2, and the fixing portion 321 is fixed in the relief portion 21. So that the distance between the axis of the pin 33 and the fixed portion 321 is large enough to ensure that the distance can be greater than or equal to the distance between the axis of the pin 33 and the rear end face of the corner fitting 20. Of course, if the fixing portion 321 is not formed with the relief portion 21, the fixing portion 321 may directly protrude outward from the movable door lintel 2, and the object of the present invention may be achieved if the distance relationship is satisfied.
The relief portion 21 has a fixed wall 211 fixed to the fixed portion 321, and the movable lintel further has a front wall at a front end. Since the relief portion 21 is concavely formed on the movable door lintel 2, in order to enhance the strength and stability of the movable door lintel 2, as shown in fig. 4, a reinforcing rib 221 is connected between the fixed wall 211 and the front wall.
The movable door lintel 2 further has a rear wall opposite to the front wall, a top wall and a bottom wall fixedly connecting the top ends and the bottom ends of the front wall and the rear wall, and the relief portion 21 is formed concavely from the rear wall.
It should be noted that, on the one hand, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, in the preferred embodiment, the rear wall of the movable door lintel 2 is only partially recessed to form a relief portion 21 that just accommodates the fixed portion 321, and the relief portion 21 does not extend upward through the top wall. So that the top wall can play a certain role of shielding, such as rain protection, sand protection and the like. In this embodiment, the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 is the rear wall surface of the rear wall. When the movable door lintel 2 is opened up to 180 °, the angle pieces 20 are always spaced apart or in exactly contact with the rear wall of the movable door lintel 2.
On the other hand, if the rear wall of the movable door lintel 2 is partially or entirely recessed to form a relief 21 that can accommodate the corner pieces 20, and in the case of the above-described entirely recessed, the relief 21 penetrates the top wall in the vertical direction. Then, the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 is referred to as the fixed wall 211 of the abdication portion 21; when the movable door lintel 2 is opened to 180 °, the corner piece 20 partially enters the abdication space 21 and does not interfere with the fixed portion 321 and the movable door lintel 2.
The hinge lugs 322 and the hinge base 31 are respectively provided with shaft holes matched with the pin shafts 33, and the pin shafts 33 extend longitudinally. The axis of the pin 33 is the axis of the shaft hole. Specifically, the hinge base 31 has a mating portion 311 mated with the pin 33 and the hinge lug 322, and the mating portion 311 protrudes toward the movable door lintel 2 to exceed the first fixed door lintel 11. As described above, the hinge base 31 may be fixed to the first fixed door lintel 11 or the corresponding corner piece 20, and the hinge plate 32 may have a sufficient rotation space by providing the engaging portion 311 of the hinge base 31 to protrude beyond the first fixed door lintel 11.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the hinge base 31 is fixed to the corner fitting 20 and is disposed at the rear side of the first fixed door lintel 11; when the movable door lintel 2 is in a closed state, the fixed door lintel 1 and the movable door lintel 2 are in butt joint by adopting inclined planes, the inclined planes in the first fixed door lintel 11 incline from back to front and from outside to inside, and the matching parts 311 are positioned at the rear side of the first fixed door lintel 11 and protrude inwards from corner pieces beyond the inclined planes. The inclined surface of the first fixed door lintel 11 can make the process of opening the movable door lintel 2 more convenient and not easy to interfere with other structures. And, when the mating portion 311 exceeds the inclined plane, the hinge plate may be L-shaped, and may be better opened or closed for the movable door lintel 2.
In the specific embodiment, the "inner" and "outer" refer to the movable door lintel 2 as a reference center, and "the inclined surface of the first fixed door lintel 11 extends obliquely from the outside to the inside" that is, the inclined surface of the first fixed door lintel 11 extends in the direction of the movable door lintel 2, "the engaging part 311 is located at the rear side of the first fixed door lintel 11 and protrudes inward from the corner fitting" that is, the engaging part 311 protrudes in the direction of the movable door lintel 2. Of course, the objective of the present invention can be achieved if the fixed door lintel 1 and the movable door lintel 2 are connected by plane connection or other connection modes instead of inclined planes.
Therefore, in summary, in the closed state of the movable door lintel 2, the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the rear end surface of the fixed portion 321 or the rear wall surface of the movable door lintel 2 is not smaller than the distance between the axis of the pin shaft 33 and the rear end surface of the corner fitting 20 in the front-rear direction, so that the corner fitting 20 is not contacted with the fixed portion 321 of the hinge plate 32 or the movable door lintel 2 in the opening process of the movable door lintel 2, and the movable door lintel 2 can be opened to 180 ° or more. Thus, the movable door lintel 2 can be fully unfolded without causing disturbances during the handling of goods.
