As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the complete forming mechanism 7 includes a complete forming frame 71, a second forming box 72, a second forming cylinder 73, a second control cylinder 74, a side pushing assembly 75 and a pushing-away assembly 76, the second forming box 72 is fixed on the complete forming frame 71 and arranged in parallel with the first forming box 52, the second forming cylinder 73 is fixed on the complete forming frame and located right above the second forming box 72, a forming mold block 531 is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the second forming cylinder 73 for increasing a contact area with the gift box, a lower end surface of the second forming box 72 is slidably connected with the second forming box 72 in a vertical direction, a second control cylinder 74 is arranged on the complete forming frame 71 at a lower end portion of the second forming box 72 and vertically and fixedly connected with a lower end surface of the second forming box 72, the second control cylinder 74 drives the lower end surface of the second forming box 72 to vertically lift, the side pushing assembly 75 comprises four side pushing plates 751 and four side pushing cylinders 752, the four side pushing plates 751 are respectively arranged at four end edges of the opening of the second forming box 72, the four side pushing cylinders 752 are respectively horizontally fixed on the complete forming frame 71 and are fixedly connected with the four side pushing plates 751 to drive the four side pushing plates 751 to approach or separate from the middle part of the second forming box 72, the pushing-off assembly 76 comprises a pushing-off cylinder 761 and a pushing-off plate 762, the pushing-off cylinder 761 is horizontally fixed on the complete forming frame 71, and the pushing-off plate 762 is fixed on a piston rod of the pushing-off cylinder 761 and is used for pushing the complete forming gift box and pushing the gift box away from the complete forming mechanism 7.
The gift box production process comprises the following steps: with reference to fig. 10, S1, adding the decorative paper 8 into the paper feeding box 21, starting the paper feeding assembly 22 and the blocking assembly 23, driving the conveying roller 221 to rotate by the paper feeding motor 222, driving the blocking plate 231 to rotate by the blocking motor 232, opening an outlet for the decorative paper 8 to leave from the group blocking plate and the outlet of the paper feeding box 21, and driving the decorative paper 8 to leave from the paper feeding box 21 and enter the conveying belt 1 by the conveying roller 221;
s2, conveying the decorative paper 8 by the conveyer belt 1 to enter the lower part of the gluing roller 31, gluing the decorative paper 8 by the gluing roller 31, and separating the inserted link 33 to limit the decorative paper 8 on the conveyer belt 1;
s3, the decorative paper 8 continues to advance to the position below the box adding mechanism 4, the box conveying belt 42 conveys the square box 9, the clamping assembly 43 conveys the square box 9 to the box adding support 41, and the box pushing cylinder 44 pushes the square box 9 vertically downwards until the square box 9 is adhered to the middle of the decorative paper 8;
s4, enabling the decorating paper 8 and the square box 9 to move to the moving-away assembly 6, starting the clamping air cylinder 64, clamping the square box 9 by the clamping plate 63 and respectively moving the square box 9 to the first forming box 52 and the second forming box 72;
s5, primarily molding the decorative paper 8 and the square box 9 in the first molding box 52 under the downward pressing action of the first molding cylinder 53;
s6, the decorative paper 8 on the second forming box 72 is firstly bent to the middle part close to the square box 9 by the side pushing assembly 75, and then is completely formed under the downward pressing action of the second forming cylinder 73;
s7, the push-off cylinder 761 is activated, and the telescopic rod is extended to push off the gift-forming box on the second box 72.

Claims (9)

1. The gift box production equipment is characterized by comprising a conveying belt (1), a paper feeding mechanism (2), a gluing mechanism (3), a box adding mechanism (4), a primary forming mechanism (5) and a complete forming mechanism (7);
the paper feeding mechanism (2) comprises a paper feeding box (21) used for accommodating decorative paper (8), a paper feeding assembly (22) additionally arranged on the paper feeding box (21) and used for conveying the decorative paper (8), and a blocking assembly (23) additionally arranged at an outlet of the paper feeding box (21), the paper supply assembly (22) comprises a conveying roller (221) additionally arranged above the outlet of the paper supply box (21) and a driving piece driving the conveying roller (221) to rotate, the conveying roller (221) is abutted against the decorative paper (8) in the paper feeding box (21), the blocking component (23) comprises a blocking plate (231) which is used for closing the outlet of the paper supply box (21) and is rotationally connected with the paper supply box (21) and a blocking motor (232) which is coaxially and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the blocking plate (231), a lifting assembly (24) which lifts the decorative paper (8) upwards and enables the decorative paper (8) to be always abutted against the conveying roller (221) is additionally arranged in the paper feeding box (21);
the gluing mechanism (3) comprises a gluing roller (31) which is additionally arranged on the conveying belt (1) and is abutted against decorative paper (8) on the conveying belt (1), a gluing motor (32) for driving the gluing roller (31) to rotate, a glue supply assembly (34) which is additionally arranged above the gluing roller (31) and is used for supplying glue to the gluing roller (31), and a separation inserting rod (33) which is additionally arranged on the conveying belt (1) and is used for preventing the decorative paper (8) from being adhered to the gluing roller (31);
the box adding mechanism (4) comprises a box adding support (41) additionally arranged on the conveying belt (1), a box supplying conveying belt (42) additionally arranged on one side of the upper end part of the box adding support (41) and used for conveying the square boxes (9) to the box adding support (41), a clamping assembly (43) additionally arranged on the box adding support (41) and used for clamping the square boxes (9), and a box pushing cylinder (44) additionally arranged above the box adding support (41) and vertically downwards used for pushing the square boxes (9);
the primary forming mechanism (5) comprises a first forming box (52) additionally arranged on the conveying belt (1), a first forming cylinder (53) additionally arranged above the first forming box (52), a forming mould block (531) additionally arranged on a piston rod of the first forming cylinder (53), a first control cylinder (54) additionally arranged at the lower end part of the first forming box (52) and used for controlling the lifting of the lower end surface of the first forming box (52), and a moving-away assembly (6), wherein the moving-away assembly (6) is used for conveying the gift boxes on the conveying belt (1) to the positive direction of the first forming box (52) and conveying the primarily formed gift boxes into the complete forming mechanism (7);
complete forming mechanism (7) including add second forming box (72) of establishing on conveyer belt (1), add second forming cylinder (73) of establishing in second forming box (72) top, add forming die piece (531) of establishing on second forming cylinder (73) piston rod, add second control cylinder (74) of establishing in second forming box (72) lower extreme and being used for controlling second forming box (72) lower extreme face lift, add side push assembly (75) of establishing in second forming box (72) opening part and being used for side push decorative paper (8) and add and establish push away from subassembly (76) that are used for pushing away from the gift box on one side of second forming box (72).

A gift box producing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said lifting assembly (24) includes a lifting plate (241) additionally disposed at the bottom of the paper supply box (21) and horizontally disposed, a lifting spring (242) additionally disposed between the lifting plate (241) and the bottom of the paper supply box (21), said lifting spring (242) always ensuring that the decorative paper (8) on the lifting plate (241) is against the feed roller (221).

The gift box production facility of claim 1, wherein the glue supply assembly (34) includes a glue supply roller (341) abutting against the glue application roller (31), a glue supply pad (343) attached to the outer peripheral surface of the glue supply roller (341) and a glue supply box (342) attached to the top of the glue supply roller (341), the opening of the glue supply box (342) is vertically aligned with the position where the glue supply roller (341) abuts against the glue application roller (31).

A gift box producing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said holding assembly (43) comprises two L-shaped plates (431) horizontally disposed, a holding cylinder (432) for respectively controlling the two L-shaped plates (431) to approach or separate from each other, and a displacement cylinder (433) for driving the two holding cylinders (432) to move toward or away from the box-adding support (41), said two L-shaped plates (431) being combined end-to-end into a square frame for holding the square box (9).
5. A gift box producing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said removing assembly (6) includes a slide rail (61) in the direction of travel of the gift box in the primary forming mechanism (5), a removing cylinder (62) for driving the slide rail (61) to slide horizontally, two pairs of clamping plates (63) disposed intermittently and oppositely on the slide rail (61), and two pairs of clamping cylinders (64) for controlling the clamping plates (63) to move toward and away from each other.

A gift box producing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said side-push assembly (75) comprises four side-push plates (751) horizontally added to the four end edges of the opening of the second forming box (72) for turning the decorative paper (8) inward, respectively, and a side-push cylinder (752) for controlling the reciprocating movement of the side-push plates (751).
7. A gift box producing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said push-off assembly (76) comprises a push-off cylinder (761) added to one side above the second form (72) and a push-off plate (762) added to a piston rod of the push-off cylinder (761).
8. A gift box producing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said primary forming mechanism (5) is perpendicular to the direction of travel of the gift box of the box adding mechanism (4).
9. A process for producing a gift box using the apparatus for producing a gift box of any one of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of: s1, adding decorative paper (8);
s2, conveying the decorative paper (8) and adding glue to the upper surface of the decorative paper (8);
s3, placing the square box (9) in the middle of the decorative paper (8);
s4, adhering the decorative paper (8) to the outer side wall of the square box (9);
s5, adhering the rest of the idle decorative paper (8) to the inner wall of the square box (9);
and S6, pushing the completely formed gift boxes away from the conveying belt (1).
