Referring to fig. 1-5, the turnover device for producing mechanical accessories provided by the invention comprises a turnover base 1, wherein a first side support 2 and a second side support 3 are respectively connected to two sides of the upper end of the turnover base 1, a lifting device is arranged between the first side support 2 and the second side support 3, clamping push plates 8 are respectively arranged on the sides, close to each other, of the first side support 2 and the second side support 3, extrusion driving devices 7 are respectively connected to the ends, far away from each other, of the first side support 2 and the second side support 3, the power output ends of the extrusion driving devices 7 penetrate through the first side support 2 and the second side support 3 and are fixedly connected with the clamping push plates 8, rotating devices are connected to the clamping push plates 8, and the side ends of the second side support 3 are connected.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in the present invention, the lifting device includes a lifting driving device 10, a bidirectional sleeve plate 11 and a pair of telescopic inner plates 18, the lifting driving device 10 is connected between the upper end of the turnover base 1 and the bidirectional sleeve plate 11, a partition is connected to the center of the inside of the bidirectional sleeve plate 11, the telescopic inner plates 18 are located at two sides of the inside of the bidirectional sleeve plate 11, a plurality of compression springs 19 are connected between the telescopic inner plates 18 and the partition, and a worker places mechanical parts on the bidirectional sleeve plate 11 and lifts the mechanical parts by using the lifting driving device 10.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a pair of telescopic inner plates 18 are connected at ends far away from each other with rollers 20, and the clamping push plate 8 is provided with rolling grooves 15 matched with the rollers 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the auxiliary upper and lower material plates 12 are hinged to the side end of the bidirectional sleeve plate 11, the auxiliary upper and lower material plates 12 are telescopic plates, the auxiliary upper and lower material plates 12 are turned to the state shown in fig. 3 for the lifting device to load and unload materials, so that the heavy mechanical parts can be prevented from being carried by hands, and the labor is saved.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 5, wherein the rotating device includes a rotating driving device 24 and a pair of clamping turntables 9, the pair of clamping turntables 9 are respectively located at one side where the pair of clamping push plates 8 are close to each other, the rotating driving device 24 is fixedly connected with the clamping push plate 8 close to the second side support 3, a power output end of the rotating driving device 24 penetrates through the clamping push plate 8 and is fixedly connected with the clamping turntables 9, the clamping turntables 9 close to the first side support 2 are rotatably connected with the clamping push plate 8, after the mechanical accessory is clamped by the pressing driving device 7 and the clamping turntables 9, the rotating driving device 24 is started, and the rotating driving device 24 drives the clamping turntables 9 to rotate by a required angle, so as to complete the turnover of the mechanical accessory.
Referring to fig. 3, a groove is formed in one end, close to each other, of each of the pair of clamping turntables 9, a pressure detection device 25 is connected in each groove, when the mechanical part is clamped, the pressure detection device 25 can detect pressure corresponding to clamping force, and when the pressure reaches a pressure threshold value required by clamping, the main controller 14 controls the extrusion driving device 7 to stop extrusion, so that excessive clamping is avoided, and the mechanical part is prevented from being deformed.
Referring to fig. 3, positioning screw holes 13 are correspondingly drilled in the clamping rotary table 9, the clamping push plate 8 and the first side support 2 close to the first side support 2, and a long screw 22 is inserted into the positioning screw holes 13 in the clamping rotary table 9, so that the clamping rotary table 9 close to the first side support 2 can be fixed by inserting the long screw 22 into the positioning screw holes 13 in the clamping rotary table 9, and the mechanical part to be turned can be clamped smoothly.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the lower end of the turnover base 1 is connected with a heat dissipation and counterweight integrated box 4, the side end of the heat dissipation and counterweight integrated box 4 is connected with a liquid inlet and outlet pipe 21, a worker can inject cold water into the heat dissipation and counterweight integrated box 4 through the liquid inlet and outlet pipe 21 by means of existing external equipment, on one hand, the heat dissipation and counterweight integrated box 4 filled with the cold water can increase the weight of the bottom of the device, when the device is used for turning over heavy and large mechanical accessories, the weighted bottom can ensure the stability of the whole device, and the device is prevented from being accidentally turned over when the mechanical accessories are turned over; on the other hand, the cold water can perform better heat dissipation on the whole device, especially the overturning base 1.
Referring to fig. 1, the lower end of a turning base 1 is connected with a moving wheel 5 and an electric lifting leg 6, the moving wheel 5 can be a universal wheel with a brake pad, and the device can be conveniently and flexibly moved and fixed; the electric lifting supporting legs 6 are convenient to stably fix the device, and meanwhile, the whole height of the device can be adjusted, so that the device is convenient for workers to perform processing, overhauling, installation and other related operations.
The working principle is as follows: a person skilled in the art can program a proper logic language into the original control program of the device according to actual needs, and set the clamping pressure threshold of the pressure detection device 25; when the mechanical part is clamped, the pressure detection device 25 can detect the pressure corresponding to the clamping force, and when the pressure reaches the pressure threshold value required by clamping, the main controller 14 controls the extrusion driving device 7 to stop the extrusion action, so that the mechanical part is prevented from being deformed due to excessive clamping;
a worker places the mechanical part on the bidirectional sleeve plate 11, the mechanical part is lifted by the lifting driving device 10, the mechanical part is clamped by the extrusion driving device 7 and the clamping turntable 9, then the rotary driving device 24 is started, and the rotary driving device 24 drives the clamping turntable 9 to rotate by a required angle to complete the turnover of the mechanical part; the whole height of the device is adjusted through the electric lifting support legs 6, so that the device is convenient for workers to perform relevant operations such as processing, overhauling, installation and the like;
when a heavy and large mechanical accessory needs to be turned over, a worker can inject cold water into the heat dissipation and counterweight integrated box 4 through the liquid inlet and outlet pipe 21 by means of the existing external equipment, the heat dissipation and counterweight integrated box 4 filled with the cold water can increase the weight of the bottom of the device, the weighted bottom can ensure the stability of the whole device, and the device is prevented from being accidentally turned over when the mechanical accessory is turned over; in addition, cold water in the heat dissipation and weight balance integrated box 4 can perform better heat dissipation on the whole device, particularly the overturning base 1.

Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in the present embodiment, compared with embodiment 1, a cooling blower 23 and a cooling wind box 16 are connected to a clamping push plate 8, the cooling wind box 16 is sleeved outside a clamping turntable 9, an output end of the cooling blower 23 is communicated with the cooling wind box 16, and a plurality of blowing holes 17 are drilled in the cooling wind box 16.
The working principle is as follows: when the machine component is clamped on the clamping turntable 9, air is blown by the cooling fan 23, and the air is blown out from the air blowing holes 17 through the cooling air box 16, so that the machine component is cooled.
It should be further noted that the electrical control method used in this application is automatically controlled by the main controller 14, and the control circuit of the main controller 14 can be implemented by simple programming by those skilled in the art, which is common knowledge in the art, and this application mainly protects the mechanical device, so the control method and circuit connection will not be explained in detail in this application.
