Abstract

本公开提供一种电子拭除装置,在电子拭除装置内包括有多个电磁信号发射组件,这些电磁信号发射组件的设置数量为至少三个,当该触控面板侦测到三个以上电磁信号发射组件所构成的图案后,即依照用户所自行定义的擦拭面积进行拭除该笔迹,通过触控笔及电子拭除装置交互在触控面板书写及拭除,以便于整体装置应用在会议、教学及工作上,而具有极高的便利性。

电子拭除装置
技术领域
本公开提供一种电子拭除装置,尤指一种在电子拭除装置内包括有多个电磁信号发射组件,这些电磁信号发射组件的设置数量为至少三个,当该触控面板侦测到三个以上电磁信号发射组件所构成的图案后,即依照用户所自行定义的擦拭面积进行拭除该笔迹。
背景技术
计算机的主要输入设备原为键盘及鼠标,而笔记本电脑则多了一个触摸板,当计算机的主要功能不再注重为工作使用,发展成为娱乐休闲服务时,平板电脑及智能型手机就因此而诞生,而平板电脑与智能型手机的主要输入方式为在屏幕上触控,此种改变为移动电子装置掀起了巨大的革命,当少了键盘及鼠标后,移动电子装置携行变得更加容易,而触控技术不仅应用在平板电脑及智能型手机的小型屏幕电子装置,随着技术的进步也可应用于大尺寸的液晶电视上,而触控技术应用于液晶电视上不仅是为了做图像(ICON)触点以产生对应的功能,另有一个重要应用在于液晶屏幕上做文字书写及绘图,而此种功能可应用在会议、教学及工作上,而使触控液晶电视在3C市场上成为一熠熠发亮的电子产品。
要在液晶电视上进行文字书写及绘图,仅靠手指来进行不够便利,因手指与触控面板表面的摩擦力较大,因此无法快速移动且不利于大量写入文字、线条及图案,因此就有一可在触控面板上书写的触控笔诞生,而触控笔因笔尖较手指为细小及摩擦力较小,适合精准点选图像及快速书写较细的线条,同时触控笔的笔尖呈一圆锥形而适合做倾斜书写,此时触控面板感应触控笔的电容值的面积增大,而可在触控面板产生较粗的线条,因此触控笔在液晶电视上的书写呈现多元丰富的内容。
而在触控液晶电视上书写的触控笔多半为主动式触控笔,主动式触控笔本体可发出电磁信号,也可以改变触控面板所感应的电容值,因此主动式触控笔除了发出电磁信号在触控面板上进行书写出笔迹之外,也可发出另一种电磁信号来进行笔迹的拭除。但受限于触控笔的笔尖或笔尾的面积有限,无法进行大面积的笔迹拭除,前述问题有待从事此行业者加以改善。
公开内容
因此,发明人鉴于上述常见的问题与缺点,搜集相关数据经由多方的评估及考虑,并利用从事于此行业的多年研发经验不断的试作与修改,终于有此种电子拭除装置。
本公开的主要目的在于提供一种电子拭除装置,在电子拭除装置内包括有多个电磁信号发射组件,这些电磁信号发射组件的设置数量为至少三个,当该触控面板侦测到三个以上电磁信号发射组件所构成的图案后,即依照用户所自行定义的擦拭面积进行拭除该笔迹,通过触控笔及电子拭除装置交互在触控面板书写及拭除,以便于整体装置应用在会议、教学及工作上,而具有极高的便利性。
本公开的次要目的在于该电路板上还设置有一第一按键及一第二按键,该第一按键用以控制导通或切断这些电磁信号发射组件与该电源装置的电性连接,以发射一拭除信号;该第二按键用以控制导通或切断这些电磁信号发射组件与该电源装置的电性连接,以发射一大面积涂色信号。

具体实施方式
为达成上述目的及效果,本公开所采用的技术手段及其构造,现绘图就本公开的优选实施例详加说明其构造与功能如下,利于完全了解。
请参阅图1至图4所示,分别为本公开电子拭除装置的立体外观结构图、电子拭除装置的立体分解结构图、电子拭除装置的俯视结构图及电子拭除装置应用于触控面板的实施例图,其是应用于一触控面板(本公开的实施例为大尺寸的触控液晶电视)上进行一笔迹拭除,而笔迹为一电容式触控笔在触控面板上书写所形成,当然所谓笔迹并非单指文字,触控笔能绘制出的单色或彩色图式也包含其中,具有一外壳1,外壳1的外观近似一鼠标形状以利于用户握持操作,该外壳1包括有一盖体11及一底座12,且盖体11设置有两个键板111,盖体11及底座12之间形成有一容置空间13,该容置空间13设置有:
该底座12的外侧还设有软性垫7,软性垫7用以接触触控面板8时提供柔性接触面及缓冲空间,软性垫7的优选实施例为导电纤维布料所构成,从而强化电磁信号发射组件4发射信号强度。
一电路板2设置于底座12上,电路板2上还设置有第一按键21及第二按键22,而第一按键21及第二按键22对应于盖体11的两个键板111下方,以手指按压键板111即可使第一按键21或第二按键22向下压缩以触发开关,第一按键21用以控制导通或切断多个电磁信号发射组件4与电源装置5的电性连接,以发射一拭除信号;第二按键22用以控制导通或切断这些电磁信号发射组件4与电源装置5的电性连接,以发射大面积涂色信号。当然本领域技术人员,也可将第一按键21与第二按键22的功能互调,或是第一按键21及第二按键22均为发射拭除信号,或者第一按键21及第二按键22均为发射涂色信号,也在本公开的保护范围内。
该底座12与电路板2之间还设有一隔板6,而电源装置5设置于隔板6的上方,且这些电磁信号发射组件4设置于隔板6下方。
一静电感测片3设置于盖体11内侧(本实施例为静电感测片3直接贴合于盖体11内侧),用以感测人体的静电电荷,并将该静电电荷通过导线23传导至电路板2,静电感测片3是由一金属薄片所构成,该金属薄片的优选实施例为一铜箔,而金箔、银箔、铝箔、锡箔也为本公开可应用的材料。前述静电感测片3也可设置于盖体11外表面,使用者可以手部直接碰触静电感测片3以传导静电电荷,也在本公开的保护范围内。
多个电磁信号发射组件4设置于电路板2底部通过对应的导线23产生电性连接,接收静电感测片3传导至电路板2的静电电荷,以使触控面板8与这些电磁信号发射组件4之间通过人体形成电性回路,用以发射一拭除信号。举例而言:当使用者手部的手指或手掌等其他人体导电部位(以下以手指为说明)接触于静电感测片3时,且这些电磁信号发射组件4接触于电容式触控面板8上表面,由于手指接触于静电感测片3可通过多条导线23电性连接至这些电磁信号发射组件4,并使触控面板8与这些电磁信号发射组件4之间通过人体形成电性回路所产生电容耦合量的变化,即可使这些电磁信号发射组件4发射拭除信号以消除笔迹81。
这些电磁信号发射组件4的设置数量为至少三个,当触控面板8侦测到三个以上电磁信号发射组件4所构成的图案后,此时触控面板8判断不是单一电磁信号发射组件(触控笔)需要产生笔迹81,而是三点以上的电磁信号发射组件4是需进行笔迹81的拭除,即依照使用者所自行定义的擦拭面积82(本实施例为略小于鼠标轮廓的长矩形,但本公开不以此自限,凡是任何基本几何图形所构成擦拭面积82,均在本公开的保护范围内)进行拭除笔迹81。这些电磁信号发射组件4优选实施例为四个,该四个电磁信号发射组件4呈矩形或长矩形排列。
一电源装置5设置于底座12上以电性连接这些电磁信号发射组件4及电路板2,并提供这些电磁信号发射组件4的电力,该电源装置5为锂电池、镍氢电池、镍镉电池、碱性电池或碳锌电池等电性连接一电池座所构成,当然本领域技术人员,也可以外接式变压器连接市电插座,再以一线缆连接该电子拭除装置以供应其直流电源,也为本公开的保护范围。
应用于会议、教学及工作上时,当触控面板8接收到电磁信号发射组件4所发出的电磁信号,先判断是单点或是多点的电磁信号,若是单点即被认定是触控笔而在触控面板8产生笔迹81;若是多点即被认定是电子拭除装置而在触控面板8产生拭除信号,再依照用户所自行定义的擦拭面积82来进行笔迹81拭除,按照使用者的使用惯例而言,该擦拭面积82设定约等于电子拭除装置底部的软性垫7面积大小时,于使用上较为直觉好用,并通过进行大面积的笔迹81拭除来加快拭除速度,以形成一电子化书写及拭除工具。
通过图1至图4的揭示,即可了解本公开为电子拭除装置,其主要是在电子拭除装置内包括有多个电磁信号发射组件,这些电磁信号发射组件的设置数量为至少三个,当该触控面板侦测到三个以上电磁信号发射组件所构成的图案后,即依照用户所自行定义的擦拭面积进行拭除该笔迹,通过触控笔及电子拭除装置交互在触控面板书写及拭除,以便于整体装置应用在会议、教学及工作上,而具有极高的便利性。再者,在该电路板上还设置有一第一按键及一第二按键,该第一按键用以控制导通或切断这些电磁信号发射组件与该电源装置的电性连接,以发射一拭除信号;该第二按键用以控制导通或切断这些电磁信号发射组件与该电源装置的电性连接,以发射一大面积涂色信号。通过上述的电子拭除装置应用于会议、教学及工作上,可取代已知设置于会议室或教室的白板、白板笔及板擦,电子拭除装置在使用过程而不会产生任何粉尘,对于使用者健康有所帮助,且电子笔迹在书写及拭除的过程中不会产生任何废弃物而具有环保的概念,在商业市场上具有大的商机,因此提出专利申请以寻求专利权的保护。
上述详细说明为针对本公开一种优选的可行实施例说明而已,该实施例并非用以限定本公开的申请保护范围,凡其他未脱离本公开所揭示的技艺精神下所完成的等效变化与修饰变更,均应包含于本公开所涵盖的保护范围中。
综上所述,本公开上述的电子拭除装置在使用时确实能达到其功效及目的,因此本公开为一实用性优异的发明。

Claims (6)

1.一种电子拭除装置,应用于一触控面板上进行一笔迹拭除,具有一外壳,该外壳包括有一盖体及一底座,该盖体及该底座之间形成有一容置空间,该容置空间设置有:
一电路板,设置于该底座上;
一静电感测片,设置于该盖体内侧,用以非接触方式感测人体的一静电电荷,并将该静电电荷通过一导线传导至该电路板;
多个电磁信号发射组件,设置于该电路板底部并与电路板产生电性连接,多个电磁信号发射组件接收该静电感测片传导至该电路板的该静电电荷,以使该触控面板与这些电磁信号发射组件之间通过人体形成电性回路,用以发射一拭除信号;以及
一电源装置,设置于该底座上以电性连接这些电磁信号发射组件及该电路板,并提供这些电磁信号发射组件的电力;
其中该外壳的外观近似一鼠标形状,且该外壳的该盖体设置有两个键板;
其中这些电磁信号发射组件为四个,该四个电磁信号发射组件呈矩形或长矩形排列;
其中该底座与该电路板之间还设有一隔板,而该电源装置设置于该隔板的上方,且这些电磁信号发射组件设置于该隔板下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子拭除装置,其中该电路板上还设置有一第一按键及一第二按键,该第一按键用以控制导通或切断这些电磁信号发射组件与该电源装置的电性连接,以发射一拭除信号;该第二按键用以控制导通或切断这些电磁信号发射组件与该电源装置的电性连接,以发射一大面积涂色信号。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子拭除装置,其中该静电感测片是由一金属薄片所构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电子拭除装置,其中该金属薄片为一铜箔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电子拭除装置,其中该底座的外侧还设有一软性垫,该软性垫用以接触该触控面板时提供柔性接触面及缓冲空间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电子拭除装置,其中该软性垫为导电纤维布料所构成。
