Abstract
本发明公开了一种电子擦除装置,其包括载体、信号发射单元及供电源,其中载体内形成有容置空间,并于容置空间内设有至少三个信号发射单元,且容置空间周缘处设有两个信号发射单元,容置空间周缘处的两个信号发射单元之间的中心点以外的位置设置有至少一个信号发射单元,且该容置空间内设有连接于信号发射单元并提供电力的供电源,当使用者欲清除在触控面板上的笔迹时,便可移动载体并通过信号发射单元将信号发送至触控面板上,以进行大面积的擦除工作,进而提高使用者操作上的便利性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子擦除装置,尤指载体内形成有容置空间,且容置空间内设有至少三个信号发射单元以及为信号发射单元提供电力的供电源,当使用者操作时便可移动载体并通过信号发射单元将信号发送至预设触控面板上,以进行大面积的擦除工作,进而加快擦除的速度。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,具备触控屏幕的电子产品日渐普及,例如电视、智能手机、平板计算机等行动装置都采用触控面板作为操作界面,然而,现今用户在操作时多是以手指直接在触控屏幕上进行点击、滑动等操作,以手指操作固然直觉且方便,但不一定适合所有的使用场合,以书写时为例,当操作者利用手指在触控面板上进行滑动时,其可能因手指与触控面板之间的摩擦力较大,导致不适合大量或快速输入,且在点击应用程序或者虚拟按键时,也可能因为手指太粗而导致在触碰的过程中发生误触或是按压超过两个以上虚拟按键。因此,考虑一般人的使用习惯之后发明出一种触控笔,其造型为一般大众最习惯使用的笔,让使用者可以准确地点选或写字于触控屏幕上,以提高输入的便利性。
一般而言,目前的触控笔有两种工作方式,一种是被动式触控笔,通过导体的原理使人体微弱的漏电流流经触控笔,以改变触控面板所感应到的电容值;另一种是主动式触控笔,其本身可发出电信号,亦可以改变触控面板所感应到的电容值。
然而,现今的主动式触控笔除了可以主动发出信号在触控面板上书写笔迹之外,也可以发出另一种信号来提供擦除的功能,便可利用此信号将之前涂画在触控面板上的笔迹清除,但此擦除信号通常是由同样发出书写信号的触控笔的笔尖电极来发出,或者亦可在触控笔的笔尾上设置有电极来发出另一种信号以清除笔迹,但由于笔尖或笔尾面积皆有限,所以无论使用笔尖还是笔尾皆无法快速地进行大面积的擦除,而这种困难在使用者遇到大面积的触控面板时,其擦除工作会显得更为麻烦。
因此,如何解决上述问题与不足,即为从事此行业的相关厂商所亟欲研究改善的方向。
发明内容
本案发明人有鉴于上述问题与不足,乃搜集相关资料,经由多方评估及考虑,并以从事于此行业累积的多年经验,经由不断试作及修改,始设计出此种电子擦除装置。
本发明的主要目的在于该载体内形成有容置空间,并于容置空间内设有至少三个信号发射单元,且容置空间周缘处设有两个信号发射单元,于容置空间周缘处的两个信号发射单元之间的中心点以外的位置设置有至少一个信号发射单元,且该容置空间内设有连接于信号发射单元并提供电力的供电源,当使用者欲清除在触控面板上的笔迹时,便可移动载体并通过信号发射单元将信号发送至触控面板上,以进行大面积的擦除工作,进而达到提高使用者操作上的便利性的目的。
本发明的次要目的在于当该载体为椭圆柱体或圆柱体时,其至少三个信号发射单元均设于载体的容置空间周缘处,即可利用信号发射单元将信号发送至触控面板上,以清除触控面板上的笔迹,且当使用者握持于载体时,其椭圆柱状或圆柱状的载体可达到方便使用者握持的目的。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种电子擦除装置,其应用于触控面板上以清除笔迹,包括载体、至少三个信号发射单元及供电源,其中:
该载体内形成有容置空间;
至少三个信号发射单元设置于容置空间内,且容置空间周缘处设有两个信号发射单元,容置空间周缘处的两个信号发射单元之间的中心点以外的位置设置有至少一个信号发射单元;及
位于该载体容置空间内的供电源连接于每个信号发射单元。
在本发明的一实施例中,该载体为长方体或正方体,载体的容置空间斜对角处分别设有一个信号发射单元,再于斜对角处的两个信号发射单元的中心点以外的位置设置有至少一个信号发射单元。
在本发明的一实施例中,该载体为椭圆柱体或圆柱体,载体的容置空间内周缘处设有至少三个信号发射单元。

具体实施方式
为达成上述目的及功效,本发明所采用的技术手段及其构造,兹绘图就本发明的较佳实施例详加说明其特征与功能如下。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示分别为本发明的立体外观图、信号发射单元设置于A线上的俯视剖面图、信号发射单元设置于A线外的俯视剖面图及另一实施例的俯视剖面图,由图中所示可清楚看出,本发明包括载体1、信号发射单元2及供电源3,其中:
该载体1内部形成有容置空间10,并于容置空间10内设有至少三个信号发射单元2,且容置空间10周缘处设有两个信号发射单元2,容置空间10周缘处的两个信号发射单元2之间的中心点处以外的位置设置有至少一个信号发射单元2,且该容置空间10内设有连接于信号发射单元2的供电源3,供电源3用于为信号发射单元2提供电力,当电子擦除装置靠近或接触触控面板时,信号发射单元2发出对应的信号可供触控面板侦测并判断出该信号发射单元2的位置;此部分有关信号发射单元2的结构为现有技术,且该细部构成非本案发明要点,故不再作一赘述。
本发明中的载体1外部设有连接于供电源3的开关装置(图中未示出),以用来连通或断开供电源3对信号发射单元2提供的电力,该开关装置较佳为按压式开关,但于实际应用时,亦可利用感应式开关或拨动式开关,此部分有关开关装置的结构为现有技术,且该细部构成非本案发明要点,故不再作一赘述。
当本发明中的载体1为长方体或正方体时,其载体1的容置空间10斜对角处分别设有一个信号发射单元2,再于载体1的容置空间10内斜对角处的两个信号发射单元2之间的中心点以外的位置设置有至少一个信号发射单元2,该信号发射单元2可放置于斜对角处的两个信号发射单元2之间的连线上(如图2所示),且该信号发射单元2亦可放置于斜对角处的两个信号发射单元2之间的连线以外的位置(如图3所示)。
当本发明中的载体1为椭圆柱体或圆柱体时,其载体1的容置空间10周缘处设有至少三个信号发射单元2,即可利用周缘处的至少三个信号发射单元2来发送信号至触控面板4上,以清除触控面板4上的笔迹,且当使用者握持于载体1时,其椭圆柱状或圆柱状的载体1较方便使用者握持。
如图5所示为本发明中的位于中间的信号发射单元设置于另外两个信号发射单元的连线中心处的俯视剖面图,当中间的信号发射单元2装设于载体1的容置空间10斜对角处的两个信号发射单元2连线的中心点处时,以载体1为长方体或正方体为例进行说明;当电子擦除装置水平摆置时,另一信号发射单元2位于载体1的容置空间10内的左上及右下两个信号发射单元2之间的中心点处,当电子擦除装置倾斜摆置时,另一信号发射单元2位于载体1的容置空间10内的左下及右上两个信号发射单元2之间的中心点处,在上述两种情况下,三个信号发射单元2会产生重迭,因为位于斜对角处的两个信号发射单元2设置于载体1的容置空间10内的位置不同,所以载体1覆盖的位置也会有不重迭处,则无法判定欲清除面积的位置。
如图6所示为本发明的使用状态图,由图中所示可清楚看出,本发明提供的电子擦除装置可通过载体1的容置空间10斜对角处分别设的一个信号发射单元2及容置空间10斜对角处的两个信号发射单元2之间中心点以外的位置设置的至少一个信号发射单元2发射出的信号来计算出长方形或正方形的面积,且亦可利用容置空间10周缘处设的至少三个信号发射单元2发射出的信号来计算出圆形或椭圆形的面积,当操作者使用电子擦除装置于触控面板4上,且触控面板4接收到信号发射单元2发送的信号时,即可对应至少三个信号发射单元2计算出的面积来清除触控面板4上的笔迹;在一实施例中,该面积可再经由后续计算成为一大致与载体1接触或靠近触控面板的面积大致相等的擦除区域,以方便用户操作;且使用大面积的载体1可进行大面积的擦除工作,进而加快用户擦除的速度。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,非因此局限本发明的保护范围,本发明主要针对电子擦除装置,其载体1内形成有容置空间10,并于容置空间10内设有至少三个信号发射单元2,且容置空间10周缘处设有两个信号发射单元2,容置空间10周缘处的两个信号发射单元2之间的中心点以外的位置设置有至少一个信号发射单元2,且该容置空间10内设有连接于信号发射单元2并提供电源的供电源3,当使用者欲清除在触控面板4上的笔迹时,便可移动载体1并通过信号发射单元2将信号发送至触控面板4上,以进行大面积的擦除工作,进而提高使用者操作上的便利性,故举凡可达成前述效果的结构、装置皆应受本发明所涵盖,此种简易修饰及等效结构变化,均应同理包括于本发明的保护范围内,合予陈明。
Claims (3)
1.一种电子擦除装置,其应用于触控面板上以清除笔迹,包括载体、至少三个信号发射单元及供电源,其特征在于:
该载体内形成有容置空间;
至少三个信号发射单元设置于容置空间内,且容置空间周缘处设有两个信号发射单元,容置空间周缘处的两个信号发射单元之间的中心点以外的位置设置有至少一个信号发射单元;及
位于该载体容置空间内的供电源连接于每个信号发射单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子擦除装置,其特征在于,该载体为长方体或正方体,载体的容置空间斜对角处分别设有一个信号发射单元,再于斜对角处的两个信号发射单元的中心点以外的位置设置有至少一个信号发射单元。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子擦除装置,其特征在于,该载体为椭圆柱体或圆柱体,载体的容置空间内周缘处设有至少三个信号发射单元。
