Description
本發明係提供一種電子擦除裝置,尤指載體內形成有容置空間,且容置空間內設有至少三個訊號發射單元及提供訊號發射單元電源之供電源,當使用者操作時便可移動載體並透過訊號發射單元將訊號發送至預設觸控面板上,以進行大面積的擦除工作,進而加快擦除的速度。
按,隨著科技的進步,具備觸控螢幕之電子產品日漸普及,例如電視、智慧型手機、平板電腦等行動裝置都採用觸控面板作為操作介面,然而現今使用者在操作時多是以手指直接在觸控螢幕上進行點擊、滑動等操作,而以手指操作固然直覺且方便,但不見得適合所有的使用場合,以書寫時為例,當操作者利用手指在觸控面板上進行滑動時,其可能因手指與觸控面板間的摩擦力較大,導致不適合大量或快速輸入,且在點擊應用程式或者虛擬按鍵組時,也可能因為手指粗細問題,導致在觸碰的過程中,時常發生誤觸或是按壓超過二個以上的虛擬按鍵,並在考量一般人使用習慣之後,係有一種觸控筆問世,其造型係為一般大眾最習慣使用的筆,讓使用者可以準確地點選或寫字於觸控螢幕上,增進輸入的便利性。
而一般而言,目前觸控筆有二種作用方式,一種是被動式
觸控筆,係藉由導體的原理,將人體微弱的漏電流流經觸控筆,以改變觸控面板所感應到的電容值;另一種則是主動式觸控筆,係本身可發出電訊號,亦可以改變觸控面板所感應到的電容值。
然而,現今主動式觸控筆除了可以主動發出訊號在觸控面板上書寫筆跡之外,也可以發出另一種訊號來提供擦除之功能,便可利用此訊號將先前產生在觸控面板上的筆跡進行清除,但此擦除訊號通常是由同樣發出書寫訊號的觸控筆的筆尖電極來發出,或者亦可在觸控筆的筆尾上設置有電極來發出另一種訊號以清除筆跡,但由於筆尖或筆尾面積皆有限,所以無論使用筆尖或筆尾皆無法快速地進行大面積的擦除,而這種困難在使用者遇到大面積的觸控面板時,其擦除工作會顯得更為麻煩。
是以,要如何解決上述習用之問題與缺失,即為從事此行業之相關廠商所亟欲研究改善之方向所在者。
故,發明人有鑑於上述之問題與缺失,乃蒐集相關資料,經由多方評估及考量,並以從事於此行業累積之多年經驗,經由不斷試作及修改,始設計出此種電子擦除裝置之發明誕生。
本發明之主要目的乃在於該載體內形成有容置空間,並於容置空間內設有至少三個訊號發射單元,且容置空間周緣處分別設有二個訊號發射單元,而在於容置空間內二個訊號發射單元之間中心點以外的位置設置有至少一個訊號發射單元,且該容置空間內設有連接於訊號發射單元並提供電源之供電源,而當使用者欲清除在觸控面板上的筆跡時,便可移動載體並透過訊號發射單元將訊號發送至觸控面板上,以進行大面積的
擦除工作,進而達到增加使用者操作上的便利性之目的。
本發明之次要目的乃在於該載體為橢圓柱體或圓柱體時,其至少三個訊號發射單元分別設於載體之容置空間周緣處,即可利用訊號發射單元將訊號發送至觸控面板上,以清除觸控面板上的筆跡,且當使用者握持於載體時,其橢圓柱狀或圓柱狀之載體可達到方便使用者握持之目的。

為達成上述目的及功效,本發明所採用之技術手段及其構造,茲繪圖就本發明之較佳實施例詳加說明其特徵與功能如下,俾利完全瞭解。
請參閱第一、二、三、四圖所示,係為本發明之立體外觀圖、訊號發射單元設置於A線上之俯視剖面圖、訊號發射單元設置於A線外之俯視剖面圖及另一實施例之俯視剖面圖,由圖中所示可清楚看出,本發明係包括有載體1、訊號發射單元2及供電源3,其中:
該載體1內部形成有容置空間10,並於容置空間10內設有至少三個訊號發射單元2,且容置空間10周緣處分別設有二個訊號發射單元2,而容置空間10內二個訊號發射單元2之間中心點處以外的位置設置有至少一個訊號發射單元2,且該容置空間10內設有連接於訊號發射單元2並提供電源之供電源3,藉由供電源3提供訊號發射單元2在電子擦除裝置靠近或接觸觸控面板時,訊號發射單元2所發出對應之訊號可供觸控面板偵測並判斷出該訊號發射單元2之位置;惟此部分有關訊號發射單元2之結構係為現有技術之範疇,且該細部構成非本案發明要點,故不再作一贅述,以供瞭解。
本發明之載體1可為矩形體,而外部設有連接於供電源3上之開關裝置(圖中未示出),以用來連通或斷開供電源3對訊號發射單元2提供之電源,該開關裝置較佳實施為按壓式開關,但於實際應用時,亦可利用感應式開關或撥動式開關,惟此部分有關開關裝置之結構係為現有技術之範疇,且該細部構成非本案發明要點,故不再作一贅述,以供瞭解。
本發明之載體1若為矩形體之長方體或正方體時,其載體1之容置空間10斜對角處先分別設有二個訊號發射單元2,再於載體1之容置空間10內二個訊號發射單元2之間中心點以外的位置設置有至少一個訊號發射單元2,而該訊號發射單元2可放置於斜對角處二個訊號發射單元2之間的連線上(參閱第二圖),且該訊號發射單元2亦可放置於斜對角處二個訊號發射單元2之間的連線以外的位置(參閱第三圖)。
本發明之載體1若為橢圓柱體或圓柱體時,其載體1之容
置空間10周緣處分別設有至少三個訊號發射單元2,即可利用周緣處之至少三個訊號發射單元2來發送訊號至觸控面板4上,並於觸控面板4接收到至少三個訊號發射單元2所發送對應之訊號時,即可計算定義出擦除區域,以清除觸控面板4上在擦除區域內所輸入的筆跡,且當使用者握持於載體1時,其橢圓柱狀或圓柱狀之載體1較方便使用者握持。
請參閱第五圖所示,係為本發明之中間的訊號發射單元設置於另外兩訊號發射單元之連線中心處之俯視剖面圖,由於當中間之訊號發射單元2為裝設於載體1之容置空間10斜對角處之二個訊號發射單元2連線的中心點處時,以載體1為長方體或正方體作為舉例來進行說明;在電子擦除裝置水平擺置的情況時,其訊號發射單元2位於載體1的容置空間10內之左上及右下二訊號發射單元2間中心點處,而在電子擦除裝置傾斜擺置的情況時,另一訊號發射單元2位於載體1的容置空間10內之左下及右上二訊號發射單元2間中心點處,在上述兩種情況下,三個訊號發射單元2會產生重疊,因為位於斜對角處之二個訊號發射單元2設置於載體1的容置空間10內的位置不同,所以載體1覆蓋的位置也會有不重疊處,則無法判定欲清除面積的位置。
請參閱第六圖所示,係為本發明之使用狀態圖,由圖中所示可清楚看出,本發明之電子擦除裝置可透過載體1之容置空間10斜對角處分別設之二個訊號發射單元2及容置空間10內二個訊號發射單元2之間中心點以外的位置設置之至少一個訊號發射單元2發射出的訊號來計算出長方形或是正方形的面積,且亦可利用容置空間10周緣處分別設之至少三個訊號發射單元2發射出的訊號來計算出圓形或橢圓形的面積,當
操作者使用電子擦除裝置於觸控面板4上,且觸控面板4接收到訊號發射單元2發送之訊號時,即可對應至少三個訊號發射單元2計算出的面積來清除觸控面板4上的筆跡;在一實施例中,該面積可再經由後續計算成為一大致與載體1接觸或靠近觸控面板4之面積大致相等之擦除區域,以方便使用者操作;且隨著使用大面積的載體1,便可進行大面積的擦除工作,進而加快使用者擦除的速度。
是以,以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,非因此侷限本發明之專利範圍,本發明為主要針對電子擦除裝置,其載體1內形成有容置空間10,並於容置空間10內設有至少三個訊號發射單元2,且容置空間10周緣處分別設有二個訊號發射單元2,而容置空間10內二個訊號發射單元2之間中心點以外的位置設置有至少一個訊號發射單元2,且該容置空間10內設有連接於訊號發射單元2並提供電源之供電源3,而當使用者欲清除在觸控面板4上的筆跡時,便可移動載體1並透過訊號發射單元2將訊號發送至觸控面板4上,以進行大面積的擦除工作,進而增加使用者操作上的便利性,故舉凡可達成前述效果之結構、裝置皆應受本發明所涵蓋,此種簡易修飾及等效結構變化,均應同理包括於本發明之專利範圍內,合予陳明。
綜上所述,本發明上述電子擦除裝置於使用時,為確實能達到其功效及目的,故本發明誠為一實用性優異之創作,為符合發明專利之申請要件,爰依法提出申請,盼 審委早日賜准本案,以保障發明人之辛苦創作,倘若 鈞局審委有任何稽疑,請不吝來函指示,發明人定當竭力配合,實感德便。

Claims (2)
- 一種電子擦除裝置,尤指應用於觸控面板上,並於觸控面板接收到其發送對應之訊號時而計算定義出擦除區域,以清除觸控面板在擦除區域內所輸入之筆跡,其包括有載體、至少三個訊號發射單元及供電源,其中:該載體內形成有容置空間,且該載體為矩形體;至少三個訊號發射單元設置於矩形載體之容置空間內,且容置空間斜對角處分別設有二個訊號發射單元,而容置空間內二個訊號發射單元之間的中心點以外的位置設置有至少一個訊號發射單元;及位於該矩形載體的容置空間內之供電源連接於各訊號發射單元。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子擦除裝置,其中該載體為矩形體之長方體或正方體,其載體之容置空間斜對角處分別設有二個訊號發射單元,再於容置空間內二個訊號發射單元的中心點以外的位置設置有至少一個訊號發射單元。
