The voice-control-based vehicle gear-shifting control method according to claim 5, characterized in that: the specific steps of judging whether the gear shifting information and the current vehicle operation information meet the preset gear shifting strategy are as follows: matching corresponding preset gear shifting information and preset satisfying conditions in a preset gear shifting strategy according to the gear shifting information, judging whether the current vehicle gear accords with the preset current gear, and judging whether the current vehicle speed and the current brake working condition accord with the preset satisfying conditions.

Automobile gear-shifting control system based on voice control is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a voice scene module, an ECU (electronic control unit) module, a gear shifting strategy module, an actuator and a prompt module, wherein the voice scene module, the ECU module, the actuator and the prompt module are simultaneously connected with the gear shifting strategy module, the voice scene module acquires in-vehicle voice data of a vehicle to be tested, and corresponding voice data of the driver to be tested are extracted from the in-vehicle voice data according to preset audio characteristics of the driver; the voice scene module is also used for identifying the voice data of the driver to be tested to obtain a voice text of the driver and judging whether the voice text of the driver contains gear shifting information or not; the ECU module acquires the current vehicle running information of the vehicle to be detected; the gear shifting strategy module judges whether the gear shifting information and the current vehicle operation information accord with a preset gear shifting strategy or not, if so, the gear shifting information is sent to the actuator, the actuator drives a gearbox of the vehicle to be tested to shift according to the gear shifting information, and if not, the gear shifting strategy module generates preset alarm prompt information and controls a prompt module in the vehicle to be tested to broadcast.

The voice-control-based automotive shift control system according to claim 9, characterized in that: the preset alarm prompt information is voice information or text information or light information, and the prompt module is a voice alarm or a liquid crystal instrument panel or an LED indicator lamp.
