As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The gear shifting position of the monostable knob type gear shifter used on the existing electric automobile is only fixed at a gear origin, and the driver can return to the position of the gear origin after shifting at each time.
Referring to fig. 1, a control method based on monostable knob type gear position according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, the method is applied to an electric vehicle equipped with a monostable knob type gear shifter, and the method is specifically applied between a vehicle control unit VCU, a gear position controller SCU and the monostable knob type gear shifter, wherein the method specifically includes the following steps:
specifically, the control method based on the monostable knob type gear according to the first embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step S10, judging the actual gear of the current vehicle, wherein the actual gear is the gear of the current vehicle in the current state;
in this embodiment, it can be understood that the existing vehicles are all provided with the gear shifters, wherein the monostable knob type gear shifter is widely applied to the pure electric vehicles, and the common gears of the existing gear shifters are the D gear, the N gear and the R gear.
Further, when the moving states of the vehicle are different, the gears of the vehicle are also different, and therefore, in this embodiment, the actual gear of the current vehicle is determined by the vehicle control unit VCU, and the actual gear is the gear of the current vehicle in the current state.
Step S20, when the gear of the current vehicle changes, receiving a real-time gear position signal sent by an SCU, wherein the real-time gear position signal comprises a target gear of the current vehicle;
it can be understood that, in the process of driving the automobile, the driver needs to correspondingly switch different gears according to different road conditions, for example, the driver needs to switch the D gear when the driver needs to move forward, and switch the R gear when the driver moves backward. Therefore, when the driver shifts the gear of the monostable knob type gear shifter to change the gear of the current vehicle, the vehicle control unit can immediately receive the real-time gear position signal sent by the gear controller SCU, the real-time gear position signal includes the target gear of the current vehicle, and the target gear can be the D gear, the N gear and the R gear.
Step S30, judging whether the current vehicle can be switched to the target gear from the actual gear according to the vehicle condition information of the current vehicle, wherein the vehicle condition information comprises the current vehicle speed, the position information of an accelerator pedal and the position information of a brake pedal;
specifically, in the present embodiment, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the monostable knob type gear shifter has a gear origin, and returns to the position of the gear origin each time the gear is shifted.
In this embodiment, when the vehicle control unit receives a real-time gear position signal sent by the SCU, it is immediately determined whether the current vehicle can be switched from the actual gear to the target gear according to the current vehicle speed, the accelerator pedal position information, the brake pedal position information, and the like. When the shift request is satisfied, step S40 is executed.
And step S40, if yes, switching the actual gear to the target gear so as to quickly complete gear switching of the current vehicle.
When the gear shifting device is used, the actual gear of the current vehicle is judged, then a real-time gear position signal sent by the SCU is received, and finally whether the current vehicle can be switched to the target gear from the actual gear is judged according to the vehicle condition information of the current vehicle, wherein if yes, the actual gear is switched to the target gear. Through the above mode, the gear information of the current vehicle can be quickly analyzed, the actual gear of the current vehicle can be quickly switched to the required target gear, the gear judgment logic is simple and convenient, the phenomenon of gear shifting and switching errors is effectively avoided, and the potential safety hazard of the vehicle is eliminated.
It should be noted that the above implementation procedure is only for illustrating the applicability of the present application, but this does not represent that the control method based on the monostable knob type shift of the present application has only the above implementation procedure, and on the contrary, the control method based on the monostable knob type shift of the present application can be incorporated into the feasible embodiments of the present application as long as the control method based on the monostable knob type shift of the present application can be implemented.
In summary, the control method based on the monostable knob type gear in the above embodiments of the present invention can quickly analyze the gear information of the current vehicle and quickly switch the actual gear of the current vehicle to the required target gear, and the gear determination logic is simple and convenient, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of a gear shift switching error and eliminating the potential safety hazard of the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 2, a control method based on a monostable knob type shift according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S11, when the vehicle is in the non-starting state, the actual gear of the current vehicle is judged to be N gear; and when the vehicle is in a starting state, determining that the actual gear of the current vehicle is one of an N gear, an R gear and a D gear.
In this embodiment, it can be understood that when the vehicle is started, that is, in a stationary state, the vehicle at this time is switched to the N gear to keep the vehicle in the stationary state, and therefore, when the vehicle is in an unactuated state, it can be determined that the current actual gear of the vehicle is the N gear.
In addition, when the vehicle is in a starting state, the driver can correspondingly adjust a proper gear according to the real-time road condition, so that the current actual gear of the vehicle is one of the N gear, the R gear and the D gear. When the vehicle advances, the D gear is determined; when the vehicle moves backwards, the gear R is determined.
Step S21, when the gear of the monostable knob type gear shifter is switched, the SCU is triggered and a position change signal of the gear origin of the monostable knob type gear shifter is detected in real time through the SCU; and when the position change of the gear origin is finished, receiving a real-time gear position signal of the gear origin through the SCU.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the monostable knob type gear shifter has a gear origin, and returns to the position of the gear origin each time the gear is shifted.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the driver shifts the gear of the monostable knob type shift, the SCU can be triggered immediately and the position change signal of the gear origin of the monostable knob type shift can be detected in real time by the SCU.
In addition, when the position change of the gear origin is completed, the SCU receives a real-time gear position signal of the gear origin and sends the real-time gear position signal to the whole vehicle controller through the CAN bus.
Step S31, judging whether the vehicle condition information of the current vehicle meets the gear shifting requirement;
if yes, in step S41, the actual gear of the current vehicle is switched to the target gear.
Specifically, in the embodiment, for example, when the actual gear is the D gear and the target gear is the N gear, whether the current vehicle speed is less than 3km/h and whether the gear shifter is in failure are determined by the VCU;
if the current vehicle speed is less than 3km/h and no fault occurs in the gear shifter, the current vehicle can be immediately switched from the D gear to the N gear;
and if the speed of the current vehicle is not less than 3km/h or the shifter fails, the current vehicle cannot be switched from the D gear to the N gear.
Therefore, according to the same principle, in a specific implementation, the actual gear may be one of the D gear, the N gear, and the R gear, the target gear may also be one of the D gear, the N gear, and the R gear, and the process of switching from the actual gear to the target gear can be quickly implemented by using the similar principle, which is not described herein again.
And step S51, updating the target gear in an instrument panel in real time so that a driver can obtain the gear information of the current vehicle.
When gear switching is completed, the VCU can update the target gear in the instrument panel in real time, so that a driver can obtain gear information of the current vehicle.
It should be noted that, the method provided by the second embodiment of the present invention, which implements the same principle and produces some technical effects as the first embodiment, can refer to the corresponding contents in the first embodiment for the sake of brief description, where this embodiment is not mentioned.
In summary, the control method based on the monostable knob type gear in the above embodiments of the present invention can quickly analyze the gear information of the current vehicle and quickly switch the actual gear of the current vehicle to the required target gear, and the gear determination logic is simple and convenient, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of a gear shift switching error and eliminating the potential safety hazard of the vehicle.

and the execution module 42 is configured to switch the actual gear to the target gear.
In the control system based on the monostable knob type gear, the first determination module is specifically configured to:
