Description

用于阴极射线管的消磁线圈夹持器
本发明涉及用于阴极射线管的消磁线圈夹持器,特别是涉及迅速而容易地夹住消磁线圈的用于阴极射线管的消磁线圈夹持器。
对于装在电视机或监视器中的阴极射线管,安装了用于消除磁化阴极射线管的不必要磁场的消磁线圈。图1是采用传统消磁线圈夹持器的电视的示意性部件分解透视图,而图2是消磁线圈处于由图1中所示夹持器夹住状态时主要部分的简略透视图。这里,借助螺钉50穿设置在其每个边缘部分上的挂耳21的孔21a,将阴极射线管20固定在电视机外壳10上。在将阴极射线管20固定在机壳10上之前,消磁线圈60被与每个挂耳21联结的夹持器40夹紧,安装在阴极射线管20的后侧。夹持器40具有一个用注模法制造并弹性地形变以使消磁线圈60插入其中的弹性支架41,以及形成一个供阴极射线管20的挂耳21插入其中的插孔42。
然而,由于传统消磁线圈夹持器40是用注模法制造的,制造成本(比如模压成本)增加了。而且,不容易将消磁线圈60插入弹性支架41之中以用夹持器40将消磁线圈60装在阳极射线管20上。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于阴极线管的消磁线圈夹持器,容易地夹住消磁线圈并进而降低制造成本。
为了实现上述目的,提供了一种用于阴极射线管并与所述阴极射线管挂耳联接的消磁线圈夹持器,用于将消磁线圈固定在所述阴极射线管的后侧,其中所述消磁线圈夹持器是一种柔性薄膜形式,所述消磁线圈夹持器的两端相互重叠以便围住所述消磁线圈,并且在所述消磁线圈夹持器的两端分别形成用于安放所述阴极射线管挂耳的挂耳插入孔。
本发明的以上目的和优点通过参照以下附图对优选实施例的详述将会变得更清楚。

图3和4中与图1和2中的相同标号表示同样的部件。
参照图3和4,根据本发明的用于阴极射线管的消磁线圈夹持器90包括一个柔性薄膜以便如图3中双点虚线所示那样两端相互重叠。在夹持器90的两端,分别形成用于安放阴极射线管20的挂耳21的挂耳插入孔91。由于夹持器90是通过将一块柔性材料垫子冲压而制造的,与用注模法制造的传统消磁线圈夹持器40相比,夹持器90的制模成本或材料成本可以降低。
将叙述用消磁线圈夹持器90将消磁线圈60装在阴极射线管上的过程。
如图3中实线所示,将消磁线圈60放在夹持器90主体的中央部分。然后,如双点虚线所示,夹持器90折过来使两端重叠。从而,消磁线圈60被围在折叠的夹持器90之中。再后,如图4所示,阴极射线管20的挂耳21插入挂耳插入孔91之中,该孔形成在围住消磁线圈60的夹持器90的两端。因此,消磁线圈被与阴极射线管20的挂耳21联接的夹持器90所夹住和固定。
如上所述,在根据本发明的用于阴极射线管20的消磁线圈夹持器90的情况下,消磁线圈60被围在夹持器90之中,并能仅通过将挂耳21插入夹持器90两端的挂耳插入孔91而被夹住和固定。因此,由于不必像在传统夹持器40的情况下将消磁线圈60插入弹性支架41之中,消磁线圈能容易地安装。
根据本实施例的夹持器90,每个挂耳插入孔91被作成相应于阴极射线管挂耳21的形状的一条直线。然而,不必总是将挂耳插入孔91作成为一条直线。例如,如图5所示,可能从挂耳插孔91的中央垂直方向延伸形成一个辅助插孔91a,以便更容易地将挂耳21插入挂插入孔91。
根据本发明的用于阴极射线管的消磁线圈夹持器,制造成本可以降低,并且消磁线圈能容易地安装到阴极射线管的后侧。

1.一种用于阴极射线管并与所述阴极射线管挂耳联接的消磁线圈夹持器,用于将消磁线圈固定在所述阴极射线管的后侧,
其中所述消磁线圈夹持器是一种柔性薄膜形式,所述消磁线圈夹持器的两端相互重叠以便围住所述消磁线圈,并且在所述消磁线圈夹持器的两端分别形成用于安放所述阴极射线管挂耳的挂耳插入孔。
