技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀。蝶阀用于确保回路内的上游/下游密封性。它包括主体和蝶板(butterfly),主体形成管道的一部分,蝶板绕垂直于流体的轴线旋转,从而允许流体通过该通道或阻塞该通道。在该文献中,流动方向是轴向。
背景技术
由于这些部件是刚性的,因此通常会带有一个中间密封件,该中间密封件更加具有弹性(flexible),并且使这些表面相互适应,以确保足够的密封水平。所述密封件包括确保静态密封性的部分,其形成所述部件之一的一部分;以及确保动态密封性的部分,其在蝶阀关闭时与第二部件接触。静态部分可以固定到主体或蝶板。

在中央蝶阀中,在关闭位置,密封件设置在蝶板的中间平面中。在此位置,密封件与(根据配置,属于主体或蝶板的)动态接触表面(或阀座)相切。
为了确保所需的密封水平,必须在密封件和动态阀座之间提供接触压力。在设计阶段,该接触压力由径向夹紧尺寸提供。这可以通过将柔性密封垫压紧在刚性动态阀座上来反映,接触压力取决于密封垫的弹性。
此类阀门的对称设计可确保其在两个流动方向上均等地工作。美国专利1977351A描述了一种中央蝶阀,该中央蝶阀具有例如安装在主体上的密封件。
中央蝶阀不是自密封的,因为接触力完全垂直于流体产生的力。这意味着该力完全归因于密封件的初始夹紧。这导致以下缺点:
驱动蝶阀所需的扭矩,因为每当蝶阀旋转时,密封件就会摩擦动态阀座;
由于这种滑动摩擦,接触面过早磨损,和
当前材料的物理极限,因为这不允许密封件承受高压缩水平而不会撕裂材料,特别是由于蝶板的关闭运动特性;这导致对允许的工作压力的限制。
中央蝶阀的另一个缺点是,密封平面(处于关闭位置的蝶阀的中间平面)还包括驱动轴(旋转轴)。这就需要创建一个密封系统来绕过该轴的两侧,这会使各个零件更加复杂。
US2014/203201A1描述了一种阀,其中放置在主体102和蝶板104之间的密封件106被夹持在位于保持器120和主体102的表面118之间的壳体中。类似地,在US4201239A、US4335748A、GB1566 456A、GB1006377A和DE 82 33 785U1中,密封件被夹紧、锁定、以形状配合方式或咬边(undercut)安装,或通过硫化结合到主体中,并防止其在壳体内整体移动。
发明内容

由于密封件因此没有静态地连接到阀的主体或蝶板上,并且同样也没有以夹紧或形状配合的方式安装,而是通过一个在主体上、一个在蝶阀上的两个动态接触的区域工作,假定它在打开位置时处于最合适的位置,而不会受到压力、约束或预应力。在关闭位置,它仅仅受到流体的约束,因此不会受到由于固定或夹紧而导致的任何约束,因此自身会移动到最合适的位置,从而使它承受最小的可能疲劳。因此,阀门的使用寿命要长得多。
优选地提供了防止密封件仅通过移动而从壳体掉出的部分。密封件必须变形才能离开壳体。这些部分可以是防弹出环,或者它们可以同样是主体内部的周向凹槽。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,在轴向上的壳体尺寸比在所述轴向上的密封件尺寸大在所述轴向上的密封件尺寸的1%至50%。该尺寸在轴向上在所述壳体上离内部最远的位置处比壳体上的任何其它位置更大。
在垂直于所述轴向的径向上的壳体尺寸也可以比在径向上的密封件尺寸大在径向上的密封件尺寸的1%到50%之间。该尺寸在径向上在壳体上离内部最远的位置处比壳体上的任何其它位置更大。
阀座和蝶板与处于所述关闭位置的所述阀座相对的表面应优选以连续的方式收敛而不相交,没有任何几何上的不连续性,例如肩部或脊部。
在其最简单的实施方式中,密封件是O形环。密封件也可以是唇形密封件,优选地由弹性芯提供能量。
O形圈密封件的内径小于蝶板的最大外径,而外径大于主体的阀座的最小内径。
在一种替代形式中,在关闭位置所述阀在蝶板的两侧配备有两个密封件。

具体实施方式

如图5所示,当流体压力施加到密封件上时,密封件3在其所处位置以实线表示,当没有流体压力施加到密封件上时,则密封件3在其所处位置以虚线表示,密封件3的壳体的轴向尺寸a允许密封件3的轴向运动自由度b等于密封件3在壳体位置的轴向尺寸c的1至50%,所述壳体位置与图中更靠近内部的位置相比更靠近图的左侧。
如图6所示,其中密封件3处于一可能位置,其中流体压力没有施加到密封件,密封件3的壳体的径向尺寸d允许密封件3运动的径向自由度e等于密封件3径向尺寸f的1%至50%。
在具有两个密封件的版本中,阀相对于中间平面P(图2)对称。上游/下游方向(主体的阀座/密封件/与蝶板的阀座相对的表面)的密封相对于流体流动或管道的轴线是轴对称的。它包括主体2与管道T之间的密封件7,以防止泄漏到外部,和轴5与主体2之间的密封件8,以当阀处于打开位置时防止泄漏到外部。密封件3(位于与阀座相切的位置时)的中间平面和与环4相对的表面之间的距离小于或等于密封件3的横截面的直径。
图3显示了当蝶板处于打开位置时激励(energised)的唇形密封件的位置。密封件的弹性芯6不将密封件施加到主体2和蝶板1上。在图4中,密封件的两个唇通过流体压力分别压在蝶板1和本体2上,该流体压力抵抗弹性芯6的恢复力。

Claims (11)

1.一种阀,该阀包括:
