一种设置有物料转移结构的样本处理及检测试剂杯盒，包括由外罩形成的盒本体(2)，盒本体(2)的顶端外罩开设有开合式加样口(1)，盒本体(2)的内侧设有载物圆盘(5)，载物圆盘(5)的中部设有圆孔(51)，圆孔(51)的外围设有开设在载物圆盘(5)上的废弃液存储仓(52)、第一卡槽(53)、第二卡槽(54)和密封孔(55)，第一卡槽(53)内密接有样本处理塑料管件(7)、第二卡槽(54)内密接有检测反应塑料管件(12)。本发明通过设置独特的物料转移结构，使得物料在样本处理塑料管件(7)、检测反应塑料管件(12)和废弃液存储仓(52)进行360度任意弧度转移，极大简化了整体结构，降低样品污染的概率，提高样本提取及检测的准确性。
