4. The sodium peroxydisulfate neutral aerobic powder of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of sodium peroxide sulfate, 19 parts of surfactant and 28 parts of assistant.

The sodium peroxide sulfate neutral aerobic powder of any of the claims 1 to 4 wherein the surfactant is at least one of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, alkyl glycoside, fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, sodium linear alkyl benzene sulfonate, sodium fatty acid, sodium fatty alcohol sulfate, secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate, α -sodium alkenyl sulfonate, sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate and sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate.
6. The neutral sodium peroxydisulfate aerobic powder of any one of claims 1-4 wherein the auxiliary agent is at least one of anhydrous sodium metasilicate, powdered sodium silicate, layered crystalline sodium silicate, sodium carbonate, sodium tripolyphosphate, and sodium bicarbonate; the auxiliary agent also comprises anhydrous citric acid, an anti-fouling redeposition agent, an enzyme preparation, an activating agent, an aromatic preparation and an anti-caking preparation.
7. The neutral sodium peroxydisulfate aerobic powder of claim 6 wherein the anti-redeposition agent is at least one of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, carboxymethyl ammonium, sodium polyacrylate, a copolymer of maleic anhydride and acrylic acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol; the enzyme preparation is at least one of protease, amylase, cellulase, lipase and mannanase; the activating agent is at least one of tetraacetylethylenediamine, nonanoyloxybenzenesulfonic acid sodium salt, tetraacetylglycoluril and pentaacetylglucose; the aromatic preparation is essence or spice without water.
8. The neutral sodium sulfate peroxide-oxidized powder according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the neutral sodium sulfate peroxide-oxidized powder has a moisture content of less than 0.1% and a pH value of 6.5 to 7.5.
9. The method for preparing neutral aerobic powder of sodium peroxysulfate as claimed in claim 8, which comprises the steps of: firstly, adding the sodium peroxide sulfate into a stainless steel stirring container, then adding the surfactant, sequentially adding the auxiliary agents, finally spraying the nonionic surfactant into the mixture, and stirring for 15-25 min to obtain the neutral aerobic powder of the sodium peroxide sulfate.
