背景技术
以往,在车辆组装工厂中,在组装中途的电装检查中,使用电池的电力进行电装件的动作检查。近年,由于混合动力车、发动机的大型化,有时不能将电池搭载于发动机室,而在仪表板等不能简单取出的部位搭载电池(例如参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
在电池搭载于仪表板等的情况下,难以进行电池端子的拆卸,当为了进行电装检查而在车辆出货之前电池端子连接的状态始终持续时,则电池容量会减少。
本发明是着眼于这样的问题点而完成的,其目的在于提供能够抑制电源容量减少的电力中继装置。
用于解决课题的方案
解决上述课题的电力中继装置,对来自电源的电力进行中继并向电装件供给,所述电力中继装置具备:装置主体,其具有与所述电源电连接的电源侧端子及与所述电装件电连接的负载侧端子中的至少一方和与该电源侧端子及负载侧端子中的至少一方电连接的中继端子;以及电缆,其在一端侧具有与所述中继端子电连接的连接端子,并且另一端侧与作为所述电源侧端子及所述负载侧端子中的所述至少一方的连接对象的所述电源或者所述电装件电连接。
根据该结构,通过根据需要将设置于装置主体的中继端子和设置于电缆的连接端子电连接,从而能够暂时从电源向电装件供给电力。由此,并不是从电源向电装件供给电力的状态始终持续,因此能够抑制电源容量减少。
关于上述电力中继装置也可以设为,设置于所述电缆的所述连接端子具有突片部,所述突片部插入到所述中继端子而与所述中继端子电连接。
根据该结构,通过将连接端子的突片部插入到中继端子,从而能够从电源向电装件供给电力。由此,能够容易进行电装件的动作检查。
关于上述电力中继装置也可以设为,将设置于所述连接端子的所述突片部规定为第1突片部,所述电源侧端子及所述负载侧端子中的所述至少一方是组装到所述装置主体的薄板状的板的一部分,该板具有第2突片部,所述第2突片部插入到所述中继端子而与所述中继端子电连接。

具体实施方式
以下,对电力中继装置的一实施方式进行说明。
如图1所示,构成电力中继装置的一例的继电器箱1搭载于发动机室,对来自搭载于车内的仪表板等上的电池2的电力进行中继并向作为电装件的一例的动力式可调座椅3供给。另外,在发动机室搭载有DC/DC转换器4,继电器箱1对来自DC/DC转换器4的电力进行中继并向动力式可调座椅3供给。动力式可调座椅3在车辆行驶时使用基于DC/DC转换器4的输出的电力进行动作,并且在车辆组装工厂中的组装中途的电装检查时使用电池2的电力进行动作检查。电池2相当于电源的一例。
在电池2的阳极电连接有电源电缆5的一端,并且设置于电源电缆5的另一端的连接端子6通过螺栓连接到继电器箱1的端子板的一分区(便利起见为左侧分区)。另外,在电池2的阴极电连接有接地电缆7的一端,并且接地电缆7的另一端与车身电连接同时接地。电源电缆5相当于电缆的一例,连接端子6相当于连接端子的一例。
在继电器箱1的端子板中,在与上述一分区相邻的其他分区(便利起见为右侧分区)通过螺栓连接有连接端子9,连接端子9设置于与电源电缆5不同的电缆8的一端,并且电缆8的另一端与DC/DC转换器4的输出端子电连接。
如图2~图4所示,在继电器箱1的端子板中的上述一分区设置有连接端子6电连接的电源侧端子11,并且在上述其他分区设置有连接端子9电连接的负载侧端子21。
电源侧端子11是组装到继电器箱1的薄板状的第1板10的一部分,并且负载侧端子21是组装到继电器箱1的薄板状的第2板20的一部分。这两个板10、20由相互独立的各个部件构成,均通过冲压加工等制造成各自呈所需的形状。第1板10相当于板的一例。
电源侧端子11呈沿着水平方向具有端子面的平板形状,与设置于端子板的螺栓安装孔12对应地形成有贯穿孔13。同样,负载侧端子21呈沿着水平方向具有端子面的平板形状,与设置于端子板的螺栓安装孔22对应地形成有贯穿孔23。
连接端子9具有与负载侧端子21的上表面面接触的端子主体部24,在该端子主体部24与负载侧端子21的贯穿孔23对应地形成有贯穿孔25。从端子主体部24的上方在贯穿孔25及贯穿孔23中插通螺栓26,该螺栓26紧固于螺栓安装孔22,由此连接端子9保持于继电器箱1的端子板中的上述其他分区(参照图1)。
在第1板10除了电源侧端子11之外,还形成有突片部14,突片部14配置于该电源侧端子11的下方,且突片面相对于该电源侧端子11的端子面大致平行,突片部14的宽度及长度均比电源侧端子11短。在突片部14组装有中继端子15,中继端子15具有与该突片部14的形状及尺寸适合的嵌合部。即,突片部14插入到中继端子15,从而第1板10和中继端子15电连接。
并且,第1板10和中继端子15在这样组装后组装到继电器箱1。在继电器箱1的端子板中的上述一分区除了与第1板10的厚度对应地设置有切入部16之外,还设置有供中继端子15配置的端子收纳室17,其中,切入部16容许从左侧方组装端子组合体(第1板10和中继端子15)。从电源侧端子11的上方在贯穿孔13中插通螺栓18,该螺栓18紧固于螺栓安装孔12,由此第1板10与连接端子6一起固定于继电器箱1(参照图2)。
另外,在继电器箱1的端子板中的上述一分区以与端子收纳室17连通的方式设置有插入口19,插入口19容许连接端子6从正面侧暂时通过突片连接。在连接端子6的顶端形成有沿着水平方向延伸的突片部30,通过该突片部30从插入口19插入到端子收纳室17内的中继端子15,从而连接端子6和中继端子15电连接。
如图5所示,在中继端子15除了与突片部14适合的嵌合部之外,还设置有与突片部30适合的嵌合部,通过相对于该单一的中继端子15在两个部位通过突片连接,从而一边从电池2向动力式可调座椅3供给电力一边进行动力式可调座椅3的动作检查。突片部30相当于第1突片部的一例,突片部14相当于第2突片部的一例。
在本实施方式中,通过继电器箱1和电源电缆5构成电力中继装置的一例。继电器箱1相当于装置主体的一例。
接着,对电力中继装置的作用进行说明。
如图6所示,在继电器箱1的端子板中的右侧分区通过螺栓26将电缆8的连接端子9紧固。此时,电源电缆5的连接端子6不与电源侧端子11或者中继端子15连接,从而不从电池2向动力式可调座椅3供给电力。
并且,通过将设置于电源电缆5的连接端子6上的突片部30从插入口19插入到中继端子15,将连接端子6和中继端子15暂时电连接,从而可进行动力式可调座椅3的动作检查。另外,仅在如动力式可调座椅3的动作检查时那样需要通电时将连接端子6与中继端子15通过突片连接,在除此以外时,连接端子6的突片部30从中继端子15拔出,从而可抑制电池容量的减少。但是,在突片连接时,伴随突片部30通过中继端子15的嵌合部具有的弹性而弹性地接触,可保证确实的电连接。
如以上说明的那样,根据本实施方式,能够起到以下效果。
(1)通过根据需要将设置于继电器箱1的中继端子15和设置于电源电缆5的连接端子6电连接,从而能够暂时从电池2向动力式可调座椅3供给电力。由此,并不是从电池2向动力式可调座椅3供给电力的状态始终持续,因此能够抑制电池容量的减少。
(2)通过将连接端子6的突片部30插入到中继端子15,从而能够从电池2向动力式可调座椅3供给电力。由此,能够容易进行动力式可调座椅3的动作检查。
(3)通过以将设置于第1板10的突片部14插入到中继端子15的方式将第1板10和中继端子15组装后组装到继电器箱1,并且将设置于电源电缆5的连接端子6上的突片部30插入到该中继端子15,从而能够从电池2向动力式可调座椅3供给电力。通过这样相对于单一的中继端子15在两个部位通过突片连接,从而能够得到简单且确实的端子接触结构。
另外,上述实施方式能够按如下变更并实施。上述实施方式及以下变更例能够在技术上不矛盾的范围内组合并实施。
·在将电源侧端子11及负载侧端子21中的电源侧端子11作为一部分而具有的第1板10的突片部1组装中继端子15,取代这样的结构或者在此基础上,在将负载侧端子21作为一部分而具有的第2板20(相当于板)设置与突片部14同样的突片部(相当于第2突片部)。并且,也可以在该突片部组装与中继端子15同样的中继端子。
在该情况下,在电缆8(相当于电缆)的连接端子9(相当于连接端子)设置有插入到上述中继端子而电连接的突片部(相当于第1突片部)。另外,在继电器箱1(相当于装置主体)除了与端子收纳室17同样的端子收纳室之外,还以与该端子收纳室连通的方式设置有与插入口19同样的插入口。根据该结构,能够起到上述实施方式同样的效果。
·中继端子15或者与其同样的上述中继端子不限于在两个部位通过突片连接的结构。例如,如果以得到采用突片连接的简单且确实的端子接触结构为前提的话,只要具有在一个部位与连接端子6或者连接端子9通过突片连接的一个嵌合部就可以。

电缆,其在一端侧具有与所述中继端子电连接的连接端子,并且另一端侧与所述电源侧端子及所述负载侧端子中的所述至少一方的连接对象即所述电源或者所述电装件电连接,
设置于所述电缆的所述连接端子具备:端子主体部,该端子主体部以与所述电源侧端子以及所述负载侧端子中的至少一方的端子面接触的方式组装于所述装置主体;以及第1突片部,该第1突片部沿水平方向向所述端子主体部的顶端延伸,
形成有所述端子面的薄板状的板具备第2突片部,该第2突片部与所述端子面平行且宽度以及长度均比所述电源侧端子以及所述负载侧端子中的所述至少一方的端子面短,
所述中继端子具备所述第1突片部以及所述第2突片部分别嵌合的嵌合部,在所述第2突片部嵌合于所述嵌合部的状态下被组装于所述装置主体,
通过所述第1突片部插入所述嵌合部而介于所述中继端子使所述连接端子与所述板电连接,所述电源向所述电装件供给电力,
在所述第1突片部进行突片连接时,所述第1突片部通过所述中继端子的所述嵌合部具有的弹性而弹性地接触。
