The dehydrated flue gas enters a high-pressure wet electrostatic tower (7), the bottom of the tower is a honeycomb electrostatic adsorption high-pressure area, and the flue gas passes through 7 ten thousand volts of high pressure and is subjected to electrostatic adsorption. The high-frequency power supply has good output volt-ampere characteristic, the electric field is not easy to flashover, and the corona power is greatly improved. 5) The electrostatic tower regular cleaning system is an automatic flushing system consisting of a water pump (5kw, a lift of 25m), an electromagnetic valve and a PLC, and the flushing water quantity is 25 cubic/hour.
