2. A urethral dilatation catheter for urethral strictures according to claim 1 characterized in that the length of the first balloon (201) is below 3 mm.
3. A urethral dilatation catheter for urethral strictures according to claim 2 characterized in that the length of the second balloon (202), the third balloon (203) and the fourth balloon (204) is below 5 mm.
4. A urethral dilatation catheter for urethral strictures according to claim 3 characterized in that the distance between said balloon (2) and the first balloon (201) is 20 mm.
5. A urethral dilatation catheter for urethral strictures according to claim 4 characterized in that the diameter of the catheter (1) is below 5 mm.
6. The urethral dilation catheter for urethral stricture according to claim 1, wherein the valve comprises a valve body (104), a valve core (1041), a spring (1042) and a sealing ring (1044), the valve core (1041) is connected with a stopper (1043) and integrally formed with the valve core (1041), the valve core (1041) is slidably connected in the valve body (104), two ends of the spring (1042) respectively abut against the valve body (104) and the stopper (1043), and two side faces of the sealing ring (1044) respectively abut against the valve body (104) and the stopper (1043).
7. A method of using a urethral dilation catheter for urethral strictures, using the catheter of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1: the patient lies on the medical bed, the body is in the lithotomy position, the opposite trouser legs are taken off, and the perineum is exposed;
s2: the doctor wears the sterile gloves and lays a hole towel;
s3: a rubber sheet or a treatment towel is padded under the buttocks of the patient;
s3: sterilizing vulva by lifting penis and scrotum, exposing coronary sulcus, and sequentially sterilizing from urethral orifice, glans penis and coronary sulcus;
s4: checking whether the catheter (1) is smooth, and checking an air bag to ensure no air leakage for the catheter (1) to be indwelling;
s5: disinfecting the urethral orifice, the glans penis and the coronary sulcus again;
s7: a medical metal wire is used for penetrating into the drainage tube (101) until the medical metal wire is pressed against the bottom of the inner column groove (1061) of the conical block (106);
s6: lifting the penis to form an angle of 60 degrees with the abdominal wall, inserting the catheter (1) into the abdomen for 220mm, inserting the index finger of the right hand into the rectum for performing finger examination, touching the positioning block (105) at the tip of the prostate, inserting the catheter for 10-20 mm after urine appears, and keeping the catheter still;
s7: 15ml of normal saline is injected from the inlet of the valve body (104) by using an injector, so that the saccule (2) is expanded to fix the catheter (1) and is left in the bladder, the catheter is not easy to fall off, and the drainage tube (101) is connected with a urine bag to collect urine;
s8: tensioning catheters (1) for respectively injecting a corresponding amount of physiological saline into air bags corresponding to the narrow urethra to be dilated;
s9: the normal saline of the expansion air sac is pumped out after the expansion is carried out for 15 to 30 minutes,
s10: pushing the pudendum back by about 10mm, tightly binding the catheter (1) by using gauze strips, and pulling out the medical metal wire;
s10: after the expansion is finished, the catheter (1) is retained, the expansion is carried out again after 3 to 7 days, and the urethral mucosa is kept for 3 to 4 weeks until the narrow wound surface is fully repaired;
s11: the valve core (1041) is pressed inwards by using the injector, the physiological saline in the saccule (2) is discharged, and the catheter (1) is taken out.
8. The use of the urethral dilation catheter for urethral stricture according to claim 7, wherein the amount of the saline injected into the first balloon (201) in S8 is 2.7 ml.
9. The use of the urethral dilation catheter for urethral stricture according to claim 8, wherein the amount of the saline injected into the second balloon (202), the third balloon (203) and the fourth balloon (204) in S8 is 4.5 ml.
10. The use of the urethral dilation catheter for urethral stricture according to claim 7, wherein the amount of the catheter (1) inserted in the S6 is artificially 200 and 220 mm.
