Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于输送杀虫剂的制剂和制备这些制剂的方法。特别是一种当害虫食用时可食用并发挥杀虫活性的制剂。
背景技术
食用农药组合物已广泛应用于害虫防治。在这种制剂中,活性剂的损失是该组合物的功效和环境安全性的问题。杀虫剂通常被释放到环境中,并通过挥发、与粘土或有机物结合、微生物降解、化学腐蚀和淋溶等过程而被浪费(去除或破坏)。这显著地降低了可食用农药制剂的有效寿命。可食用杀虫剂组合物引起的另一个问题是,杀虫剂对有益于害虫的有机物通常是有毒的,但在它们自身的权利中不会引起饲料损害。随着杀虫剂的损失,残留的亚致死量杀虫剂的存在会导致杀虫剂在害虫种群中的抗性发展。这一问题可以通过缓释制剂而加重,该缓释制剂产生显著的区域或“亚致死农药浓度”的“热点”。虽然农药从这些制剂中的缓慢释放增加了可食用农药制剂的有效寿命,但它没有解决对非靶标生物的损害或阻力的建立问题。许多持久的疏水性基质材料(例如乙烯- 乙酸乙烯酯共聚物)不能被害虫食用,因此不能用于提供可食性杀虫剂制剂。

本发明的技术方案是:包括亲水性物质的连续亲水性基质相,分散在H中的不连续亲油相;所述连续亲水性基质相为颗粒状和水,所述基质相适合于害虫;和亲油性基质相,包括亲油性载体和农药,优选溶解在亲油性相中;包括70~ 95%重量的亲水性基质相,包括水和亲油相的5~30%重量。包括基于农药的亲油相重量的0.0%至33%重量;颗粒具有至少500克的单独压碎强度;亲油性相包括一个或多个亲油性载体,所述亲油性载体选自氯化烃、聚亚烷基二醇。

1.一种颗粒状可食用杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于:包括亲水性物质的连续亲水性基质相,分散在H中的不连续亲油相;所述连续亲水性基质相为颗粒状和水,所述基质相适合于害虫;和亲油性基质相,包括亲油性载体和农药,优选溶解在亲油性相中;包括70~95%重量的亲水性基质相,包括水和亲油相的5~30%重量。包括基于农药的亲油相重量的0.0%至33%重量;颗粒具有至少500克的单独压碎强度;亲油性相包括一个或多个亲油性载体,所述亲油性载体选自氯化烃、聚亚烷基二醇。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种颗粒状可食用杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于:所述颗粒的最大尺寸在0.5至10mm。
5.一种控制区域内的地面害虫的方法,其特征在于:包括将根据权利要求1的颗粒状农药组合物放置在土壤表面的邻近或下方。
6.根据权利要求1制备颗粒状杀虫组合物的方法,其特征在于:包括将水与亲水相混合形成可变形面团;将亲油相喷到亲水相上并混合;将混合物形成颗粒;将颗粒干燥成机械完整性;所述亲水材料包括纤维,颗粒通过挤压形成。
