Abstract

本发明涉及一种防火高压电缆,它包括中心导体,在所述中心导体外依次设有半导电屏蔽层Ⅰ、绝缘层和半导电屏蔽层Ⅱ,三层共挤而成,在所述半导电屏蔽层Ⅱ外绕包设有半导电缓冲阻水带,在所述半导电缓冲阻水带外设有皱纹金属套,在所述皱纹金属套外涂敷设有防腐沥青层,在所述防腐沥青层外涂敷设有防火涂层,在所述防火涂层外绕包设有耐高温防火带,在所述耐高温防火带外挤包设有外护套,在所述外护套外挤包设有电极层。本发明阻燃防火,增加电缆安全使用性。

一种防火高压电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压电缆,具体涉及一种提高阻燃防火特性的高压电缆。
背景技术
高压电力电缆由于电性能要求高,在电缆绝缘及护套材料中一般不会考虑阻燃耐火性能,也因此绝缘护套结构成为可燃物,需要其它的结构设计来增加电缆的阻燃防火安全性。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种阻燃防火,增加电缆安全使用性的防火高压电缆。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种防火高压电缆,它包括中心导体,在所述中心导体外依次设有半导电屏蔽层Ⅰ、绝缘层和半导电屏蔽层Ⅱ,三层共挤而成,在所述半导电屏蔽层Ⅱ外绕包设有半导电缓冲阻水带,在所述半导电缓冲阻水带外设有皱纹金属套,在所述皱纹金属套外涂敷设有防腐沥青层,在所述防腐沥青层外涂敷设有防火涂层,在所述防火涂层外绕包设有耐高温防火带,在所述耐高温防火带外挤包设有外护套,在所述外护套外挤包设有电极层。
所述中心导体采用退火圆铜线或铝线,整体为紧压圆形或分割导体结构。
所述绝缘层为交联聚乙烯层,绝缘厚度大于16.5mm。
所述皱纹金属套为皱纹铝套或皱纹铝合金套,厚度大于2mm,螺距小于外径的25倍。
所述防腐沥青层的厚度为0.2mm。
所述防火涂层分2-3次涂刷而成,每次涂膜厚度为0.2-0.3mm,每次涂刷间隔时间为18-24小时。
所述耐高温防火带由陶瓷化硅橡胶带重叠绕包而成,重叠率大于20%,厚度为0.1mm。
所述外护套采用高阻燃聚氯乙烯挤包而成,氧指数大于38,护套厚度大于5mm。
所述电极层为半导电层。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明整体结构设置合理,在皱纹金属套外设置防腐层及防火涂层,起到金属护套防腐及电缆防火的作用,防腐层为沥青,涂敷在金属护套表层,然后涂敷防火涂料,防火涂料为改性膨胀型,在火焰灼烧或高温作用下具有难燃性及优异的膨胀性,体积增大时可以填满皱纹金属护套外间隙,阻碍空气的进入,阻断进一步燃烧,在防火涂层外绕包耐高温防火带,主要成分为陶瓷化硅橡胶,常温时具有柔软缓冲性,保护防腐防火涂层不散落,高温时或燃烧时碳化与防火涂层形成一体,阻隔火焰及高温继续进入电缆内部破坏电缆。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种防火高压电缆,它包括中心导体1,所述中心导体1采用退火圆铜线或铝线,整体为紧压圆形或分割导体结构,在所述中心导体1外依次设有半导电屏蔽层Ⅰ2、绝缘层3和半导电屏蔽层Ⅱ4,三层共挤而成,保证三层之间完全粘连无间隙,层间界面光滑,无突起及凹陷,无电场集中缺陷,所述绝缘层3为交联聚乙烯层,绝缘厚度大于16.5mm,在所述半导电屏蔽层Ⅱ4外绕包设有半导电缓冲阻水带5,它具有遇水膨胀的功能,能够有效的阻止水分的继续进入,也能缓冲绝缘受热时膨胀对外部的压力,在所述半导电缓冲阻水带5外设有皱纹金属套6,其厚度大于2mm,螺距小于外径的25倍,保证电缆的柔软性,在所述皱纹金属套6外涂敷设有防腐沥青层7,具有防水性,均匀涂敷在金属护套表面,厚度为0.2mm,在所述防腐沥青层7外涂敷设有防火涂层8,其为改性膨胀型,在火焰灼烧或高温作用下具有难燃性及优异的膨胀性,体积增大时可以填满皱纹金属护套外间隙,阻碍空气的进入,阻断进一步燃烧,分2-3次涂刷,每次涂膜厚度为0.2-0.3mm,每次涂刷后经过18-24小时后再涂下一层,增加涂层的附着力,在所述防火涂层8外绕包设有耐高温防火带9,所述耐高温防火带9由陶瓷化硅橡胶带重叠绕包而成,重叠率大于20%,厚度为0.1mm,在所述耐高温防火带9外挤包设有外护套10,所述外护套10采用高阻燃聚氯乙烯挤包而成,氧指数大于38,护套厚度大于5mm,在所述外护套10外挤包设有电极层11,它采用半导电材料制成。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

Claims (9)

1.一种防火高压电缆,其特征在于:它包括中心导体(1),在所述中心导体(1)外依次设有半导电屏蔽层Ⅰ(2)、绝缘层(3)和半导电屏蔽层Ⅱ(4),三层共挤而成,在所述半导电屏蔽层Ⅱ(4)外绕包设有半导电缓冲阻水带(5),在所述半导电缓冲阻水带(5)外设有皱纹金属套(6),在所述皱纹金属套(6)外涂敷设有防腐沥青层(7),在所述防腐沥青层(7)外涂敷设有防火涂层(8),在所述防火涂层(8)外绕包设有耐高温防火带(9),在所述耐高温防火带(9)外挤包设有外护套(10),在所述外护套(10)外挤包设有电极层(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火高压电缆,其特征在于:所述中心导体(1)采用退火圆铜线或铝线,整体为紧压圆形或分割导体结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火高压电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层(3)为交联聚乙烯层,绝缘厚度大于16.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防火高压电缆,其特征在于:所述皱纹金属套(6)为皱纹铝套或皱纹铝合金套,厚度大于2mm,螺距小于外径的25倍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防火高压电缆,其特征在于:所述防腐沥青层(7)的厚度为0.2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防火高压电缆,其特征在于:所述防火涂层(8)分2-3次涂刷而成,每次涂膜厚度为0.2-0.3mm,每次涂刷间隔时间为18-24小时。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防火高压电缆,其特征在于:所述耐高温防火带(9)由陶瓷化硅橡胶带重叠绕包而成,重叠率大于20%,厚度为0.1mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防火高压电缆,其特征在于:所述外护套(10)采用高阻燃聚氯乙烯挤包而成,氧指数大于38,护套厚度大于5mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防火高压电缆,其特征在于:所述电极层(11)为半导电层。
