技术领域
本发明涉及一种绝缘电缆,具体涉及一种电气化铁路绝缘电缆。
背景技术
由于我国铁道采用25kV单相工频(50Hz)交流供电方式。这种供电制式与工业生产所使用的电流频率相同,能使牵引动力获得最佳效果。随着高速铁路的高速发展,对接供电质量提出了更高的要求,加之电缆敷设环境比较恶劣,地下直埋、地下隧道等,更有可能长期或周期性的被水浸泡。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种绝缘效果好,结构紧密,外观圆整,防火抗水性能优异的电气化铁路27.5kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种电气化铁路27.5kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆,它包括导体,在所述导体外依次设有导体屏蔽层、绝缘层和绝缘屏蔽层,在所述绝缘屏蔽层外设有半导电尼龙带,在所述半导电尼龙带外设有铜丝屏蔽层,所述铜丝屏蔽层由截面为Z形的绞线块组成,在所述铜丝屏蔽层外设有内护套,在所述内护套外设有铝丝铠装层,所述铝丝铠装层由截面为扇形的铝丝块组成,在所述铝丝铠装层外设有瓷化胶防火护套,在所述瓷化胶防火护套外设有外护套。
所述导体屏蔽层、绝缘层和绝缘屏蔽层由抗水树材质制成。
所述铜丝屏蔽层由Z形的绞线块紧密连接而成。
所述铝丝铠装层由扇形的铝丝块紧密连接而成。
所述绝缘层为XLPE绝缘层。
所述所述铜丝屏蔽层由截面为Z形或S形的绞线块组成。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明整体结构设置合理,导体屏蔽层、绝缘层和绝缘屏蔽层三层共挤而成,保证三层之间完全粘连无间隙,层间界面光滑,无突起及凹陷,无电场集中缺陷,并且它们由抗水树材质制成,抗水性能优异,有效提高电缆的使用寿命,铜丝屏蔽层由截面为Z形的绞线块组成,屏蔽后的内外表面比较光滑,不损伤绝缘,铝丝铠装层由截面为扇形的铝丝块组成,确保结构紧密,外观圆整,采用瓷化胶防火护套,起到良好的防火作用。

如图1所示,本发明所述的一种电气化铁路27.5kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆,它包括导体1,在所述导体1外依次设有导体屏蔽层2、绝缘层3和绝缘屏蔽层4,它们由抗水树材质制成,并且三层共挤而成,保证三层之间完全粘连无间隙,层间界面光滑,无突起及凹陷,无电场集中缺陷,抗水性能优异,在所述绝缘屏蔽层4外设有半导电尼龙带5,在所述半导电尼龙带5外设有铜丝屏蔽层6,所述铜丝屏蔽层6由截面为Z形的绞线块组成,屏蔽后的内外表面比较光滑,不损伤绝缘,在所述铜丝屏蔽层6外设有内护套7,在所述内护套7外设有铝丝铠装层8,所述铝丝铠装层8由截面为扇形的铝丝块组成,确保结构紧密,外观圆整,在所述铝丝铠装层8外设有瓷化胶防火护套9,起到良好的防火作用,在所述瓷化胶防火护套9外设有外护套10。
