It is easy to understand that, this embodiment provides service through Telematics, can make things convenient for the user to know traffic information, the parking stall situation that closes on the parking area, confirms current position, can also be connected with the network server at home, in time knows electrical apparatus running condition, the safety condition and guest's condition of visiting etc. at home.
It is worth mentioning that, this application can also insert gravity sensor, vibrations sensor, seat sensor, infrared sensor and camera etc. through the mode of internet of things, form thing networking systems in the car networking system.
The vehicle according to this embodiment may further include an ADAS (advanced driving assistance system) that collects environmental data inside and outside the vehicle at the first time by using the various sensors mounted on the vehicle, and performs technical processing such as identification, detection, and tracking of static and dynamic objects, so that a driver can be made to perceive a risk that may occur at the fastest time, thereby drawing attention and improving safety. Correspondingly, the ADAS of the present application may also employ sensors such as radar, laser, and ultrasonic sensors, which can detect light, heat, pressure, or other variables for monitoring the state of the vehicle, and are usually located on the front and rear bumpers, side view mirrors, the inside of the steering column, or on the windshield of the vehicle. It is obvious that various intelligent hardware used by the ADAS function can be accessed to the car networking system by means of an ethernet link to realize communication connection and interaction.
The host computer of the vehicle of this embodiment may comprise suitable logic, circuitry, and/or code that may enable five layers of operations and/or functional operations above the OSI model (open systems interconnection, open communication systems interconnection, reference model). Thus, the host may generate and/or process packets for transmission over the network, and may also process packets received from the network. At the same time, the host may provide services to a local user and/or one or more remote users or network nodes by executing corresponding instructions and/or running one or more applications. In various embodiments of the present application, the host may employ one or more security protocols.
In the present application, a network connection for an internet of vehicles system may be a switch, which may have AVB functionality (audiovideo bridging, meeting IEEE802.1 set of standards), and/or include one or more unshielded twisted pair wires, each end of which may have an 8P8C module connector.
It should be noted that the car networking system of the embodiment CAN follow the SAEJ1939 protocol, and is divided into a power bus P-CAN, also called a chassis power bus and a car body bus I-CAN, and the two buses CAN adopt a communication speed of 250 Kbps.
As mentioned above, the vehicle networking system of the application CAN specifically comprise a vehicle body control module BCM, a power bus P-CAN, a vehicle body bus I-CAN, a combination instrument CMIC, a chassis control device and a vehicle body control device.
In this embodiment, the body control module BCM may integrate the functions of the gateway to perform signal conversion, message forwarding, and the like between different network segments, i.e., between the power bus P-CAN and the body bus I-CAN, for example, if a controller connected to the power bus needs to communicate with a controller connected to the body bus I-CAN, the body control module BCM may perform signal conversion, message forwarding, and the like between the two controllers.
The power bus P-CAN and the vehicle body bus I-CAN are respectively connected with a vehicle body control module BCM.
The combination instrument CMIC is connected with a power bus P-CAN, and the combination instrument CMIC is connected with a vehicle body bus I-CAN. Preferably, the combination meter CMIC of the present embodiment is connected to different buses, such as a power bus P-CAN and a vehicle body bus I-CAN, and when the combination meter CMIC needs to acquire controller information that is hung on any bus, it is not necessary to perform signal conversion and message forwarding through a vehicle body control module BCM, so that gateway pressure CAN be reduced, network load CAN be reduced, and the speed of acquiring information by the combination meter CMIC CAN be increased.
The chassis control device is connected with the power bus P-CAN. The vehicle body control device is connected with a vehicle body bus I-CAN. In some examples, the chassis control device and the body control device CAN respectively broadcast data such as information to the power bus P-CAN and the body bus I-CAN, so that other vehicle-mounted controllers and other devices hung on the power bus P-CAN or the body bus I-CAN CAN acquire the broadcast information, and communication between the vehicle-mounted devices such as different controllers is realized.
In addition, in the car networking system of the vehicle of the embodiment, two CAN buses, namely a power bus P-CAN and a car body bus I-CAN, CAN be used, the car body control module BCM is used as a gateway, and the structure that the combination instrument CMIC is connected with both the power bus P-CAN and the car body bus I-CAN is adopted, so that the operation that information of a chassis control device or a car body control device is forwarded to the combination instrument CMIC through the gateway when the combination instrument CMIC is hung on one of the two buses in the traditional mode CAN be omitted, therefore, the pressure of the car body control module BCM as the gateway is relieved, the network load is reduced, and information of vehicle-mounted equipment hung on a plurality of buses, such as the power bus P-CAN and the car body bus I-CAN, CAN be sent to the combination instrument CMIC for display and the information transmission is strong in real-time.
It should be noted that, during the specific operation of the vehicle according to the embodiment, the following examples may be included:
1. when the terminal of the internet of vehicles is started, the terminal has loading (starting picture) of 10 seconds, and at the time, the picture and the sound pushed from the server are loaded;
2. the server pushes personalized vehicle-mounted advertisement content according to the personalized information of the user;
3. the user can select a mute mode, but the user experience cannot be influenced by the starting picture of the starting-up;
4. the advertising content of this start-up picture is updated periodically.
According to the application, a great number of defects of the existing advertisement pushing mode can be avoided, accurate pushing and pushing of advertisements can be achieved, practical commodity service information is cut for users, convenience is brought to life of the users, perfect combination can be achieved with the Internet of vehicles terminal, fixed point pushing is achieved through the vacant time gap of the Internet of vehicles terminal, puzzlement and trouble brought to the users are avoided, and user experience is improved.

Claims (12)

1. A vehicle-mounted advertisement pushing method based on a starting picture is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a user starts the Internet of vehicles terminal, triggering a starting picture process of the Internet of vehicles terminal;
acquiring personalized information of a user, wherein the personalized information comprises interest and hobbies, driving habits, driving consumption information and/or driving action tracks of the user in the driving process;
acquiring vehicle-mounted advertisement information to be pushed, which is matched with the user, according to the personalized information;
sending the acquired vehicle-mounted advertisement information to the starting picture process;
and playing the vehicle-mounted advertisement information on a starting picture by utilizing the starting picture process so as to push the vehicle-mounted advertisement.
2. The method for pushing vehicle-mounted advertisements according to claim 1, wherein the step of playing the vehicle-mounted advertisement information on the start screen by using the start screen process further comprises:
acquiring touch or voice feedback made by a user according to the vehicle-mounted advertisement;
analyzing the user intent represented by the touch or voice feedback;
and displaying commodity interaction information corresponding to the vehicle-mounted advertisement when the user intention is analyzed.
3. The method for pushing vehicle-mounted advertisements according to claim 1, wherein the step of playing the vehicle-mounted advertisement information on the start screen by using the start screen process further comprises:
judging the playing time of a starting picture of the Internet of vehicles terminal;
the vehicle-mounted advertisement information is edited on line according to the playing duration;
and playing the vehicle-mounted advertisement information which is edited online according to the playing time so as to finish the key information pushing of the vehicle-mounted advertisement information when the playing of the starting picture of the vehicle networking terminal is finished.
4. The method for pushing the vehicle-mounted advertisement according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the personalized information of the user specifically comprises:
the car networking terminal acquires the information of interest, driving habits and driving consumption at regular time and/or acquires the information of driving action tracks in time through the car networking terminal or a user communication terminal connected with the car networking terminal.
5. The vehicle-mounted advertisement pushing method according to claim 2, wherein the commodity interaction information is product information preset by a merchant and presented to the user, and the product information comprises brand, performance, parameters and price information of a product.
6. The method for pushing the vehicle-mounted advertisement according to claim 5, wherein the step of displaying the commodity interaction information corresponding to the vehicle-mounted advertisement when the user intention is analyzed specifically comprises:
displaying goods or services, showing three-dimensional dynamic effect, and realizing interaction with users in the forms of scaling, dragging, rotating, dismounting and graphic animation.

The method for pushing vehicle-mounted advertisements according to claim 6, wherein the displaying goods or services, showing three-dimensional dynamic effects, and implementing the interaction with the user in the form of zooming, dragging, rotating, disassembling, and animation, further comprises:
and judging whether the user needs to purchase online, and if so, entering a shopping payment process.
8. The vehicle-mounted advertisement pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the step of obtaining personalized information of the user further comprises:

the processor is used for sending the acquired vehicle-mounted advertisement information to the starting picture process;
and the processor is used for playing the vehicle-mounted advertisement information on the starting picture of the display by utilizing the starting picture process so as to push the vehicle-mounted advertisement.
10. The terminal of claim 9, wherein the processor is configured to play the in-vehicle advertisement information on a start screen of the display by using the start screen process, and further comprising:
the processor is used for acquiring touch or voice feedback made by a user according to the vehicle-mounted advertisement;
the processor to analyze a user intent represented by the touch or voice feedback;
and the processor is used for displaying the commodity interaction information corresponding to the vehicle-mounted advertisement when the user intention is analyzed.
11. A vehicle, characterized in that it is equipped with an internet of vehicles terminal according to claim 9 or 10.
12. The vehicle of claim 11, wherein the vehicle comprises an unmanned vehicle and a manned vehicle.
