Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus according to embodiment 5 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes a processor 510, a memory 520, an input device 530, and an output device 540; the number of the processors 510 in the device may be one or more, and one processor 510 is taken as an example in fig. 5; the processor 510, memory 520, input device 530 and output device 540 of the apparatus may be connected by a bus or other means, as exemplified by the bus connection in fig. 5.
The memory 520 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the event processing method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the event type determining module 410, the event feature extracting module 420, and the treatment unit and treatment method recommending module 430 in the event processing apparatus). The processor 510 executes various functional applications of the device and data processing by executing software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 520, that is, implements the event processing method described above.
The memory 520 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 520 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, memory 520 may further include memory located remotely from processor 510, which may be connected to devices through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 530 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the apparatus. The output device 540 may include a display device such as a display screen.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, perform a method for event processing, the method including:
receiving at least one event to be processed, and determining an event type to which the event to be processed belongs;
performing feature extraction on each event to be processed to obtain event features of the event to be processed;
matching the extracted event features with at least one group of event features in the event types to which the events to be processed belong in a pre-established event feature library, and recommending at least one handling unit and a handling mode corresponding to the handling unit for the events to be processed according to the matching result;
the event feature library stores matching relations among event types, event features, handling units and handling modes.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the event processing method provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the event processing apparatus, the included units and modules are merely divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Claims (10)
1. An event processing method, comprising:
receiving at least one event to be processed, and determining an event type to which the event to be processed belongs;
performing feature extraction on each event to be processed to obtain event features of the event to be processed;
matching the extracted event features with at least one group of event features in the event types to which the events to be processed belong in a pre-established event feature library, and recommending at least one handling unit and a handling mode corresponding to the handling unit for the events to be processed according to the matching result;
the event feature library stores matching relations among event types, event features, handling units and handling modes.
2. The event processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
establishing a matching relation among the event type, the event characteristics, the handling unit and the handling mode of the event, and correspondingly storing the event type, the event characteristics, the handling unit and the handling mode of the event in an event characteristic library according to the matching relation.
3. The event processing method according to claim 2, wherein the establishing of the matching relationship among the event type, the event feature, the handling unit and the handling manner of the event comprises: and establishing a matching relation between a disposal unit and a unit function range, and establishing a matching relation between the event type, the event characteristic, the disposal unit and the disposal mode of the event according to the matching relation between the disposal unit and the unit function range.
4. The event processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving feedback information of a processing unit of the event to be processed, and adjusting the matching relation among the event type, the event characteristics and the processing unit according to the feedback information of the processing unit.
5. The event processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving feedback information of a processing result of the event to be processed, and adjusting the matching relation between the event characteristics and the handling mode according to the feedback information of the processing result.
6. The event processing method according to claim 1, wherein the performing feature extraction on each event to be processed to obtain the event feature of the event to be processed includes:
and carrying out quantitative analysis on each event to be processed, and obtaining the event characteristics of the event to be processed according to the analysis result.
7. The event processing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the event type to which the event to be processed belongs comprises:
and qualitatively analyzing the event to be processed, and determining the event type of the event to be processed according to the analysis result.
8. An event processing apparatus, comprising:
the event type determining module is used for receiving at least one event to be processed and determining the event type of the event to be processed;
the event feature extraction module is used for extracting features of each event to be processed to obtain event features of the events to be processed;
the handling unit and handling mode recommending module is used for matching the extracted event features with at least one group of event features in an event type to which the event to be processed belongs in a pre-established event feature library, and recommending at least one handling unit and a handling mode corresponding to the handling unit for the event to be processed according to a matching result;
the time characteristic library stores matching relations among event types, event characteristics, treatment units and treatment modes.
9. An apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the event processing method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the event processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
