Claims (7)

1. An automatic case authorization method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a case creating request and a case type input by a user;
creating cases to be handled according to the case types, and determining temporary query authority of the cases to be handled through a case type query list determined according to the types of the multiple cases and case history information;
granting the temporary query permission to the user;
the determining of the case type query list according to the types of the cases and the case history information comprises the following steps:
acquiring types of various cases and case history information;
searching preset keywords in cases of various types according to the types of the cases and case history information, and acquiring information types corresponding to the preset keywords;
sorting the preset keywords according to the occurrence frequency of the preset keywords to generate a sorted list;
determining query information types corresponding to the preset keywords according to preset screening conditions, the information types and the ordered list;
generating the case type query list according to the query information type, wherein the case type query list is a relation list of case types and temporary query authority;
the query information type determining each preset keyword according to the preset screening condition, the information type and the ordered list comprises the following steps:
acquiring each preset keyword and information type thereof meeting preset screening conditions from the ordered list;
judging whether the information types belong to the same type or not;
when the information types which belong to the same type exist in all the information types, the information types which belong to the same type are integrated into a type of query information type, and the information types which do not belong to the same type are respectively determined into a type of query information type.
2. A case automatic authorization method according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises:
and when the information types which belong to the same type do not exist in the information types, determining the information types as a type of query information respectively.
3. A case automatic authorization method according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises:
receiving a case ending instruction of the case to be handled, which is input by the user;
and revoking the temporary query authority of the case to be handled, which is obtained by the user, according to the end-to-end instruction.
4. An automatic case authorization system, comprising:
the case request receiving unit (1) is used for receiving a case creating request and a case type input by a user;
the temporary query permission determining unit (2) is used for creating cases to be handled according to the case types and determining the temporary query permission of the cases to be handled through a case type query list determined according to the types of various cases and case history information;
a temporary inquiry authority granting unit (3) for granting the temporary inquiry authority to the user;
the temporary query authority determination unit (2) includes:
a history information acquisition module (21) for acquiring the types of a plurality of cases and case history information;
the keyword searching module (22) is used for searching preset keywords in cases of various types according to the types of the cases and case history information and acquiring information types corresponding to the preset keywords;
the ranking list generating module (23) is used for ranking each preset keyword according to the occurrence frequency of each preset keyword to generate a ranking list;
the query information type determining module (24) is used for determining the query information type corresponding to each preset keyword according to the preset screening condition, the information type and the ranking list; the query information type determining each preset keyword according to the preset screening condition, the information type and the ordered list comprises the following steps: acquiring each preset keyword and information type thereof meeting preset screening conditions from the sorted list; judging whether the information types belong to the same type or not; when the information types which belong to the same type exist in all the information types, integrating the information types which belong to the same type into a type of query information type, and respectively determining the information types which do not belong to the same type into a type of query information type;
and the case type query list generating module (25) is used for generating the case type query list according to the query information type, and the case type query list is a relation list of case types and temporary query authority.
5. A case automatic authorization system according to claim 4, characterized in that it further comprises:
a counter indication receiving unit (4) for receiving the counter indication of the to-be-handled case input by the user;
and the temporary permission revoking unit (5) is used for revoking the temporary inquiry permission of the case to be dealt obtained by the user.
6. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of automatic case authorization according to any of claims 1-3.
7. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the case auto-authorization method of any of claims 1-3.
