Abstract
The invention provides a self-sounding laser projection display screen and a wall-mounted tone quality improving method thereof, and belongs to the field of ultra-short-focus laser projection display and the technical field of acoustics. In order to solve the problem that the sound emitted from the back of the screen can interfere with the sound emitted from the front when the screen is mounted on a wall because the front side and the back side of a flat plate which generates sound by vibration can generate sound at present, the invention comprises the following steps: the self-vibration of the spontaneous sound laser projection display screen drives the air to vibrate to generate sound, and a whole noise elimination structure and/or a noise elimination material with the size equivalent to that of the screen are/is arranged on the back of the spontaneous sound laser projection display screen and/or a wall corresponding to the back of the spontaneous sound laser projection display screen in a hanging mode, so that the influence of the sound emitted from the back of the screen on the sound quality is weakened. The invention can weaken the influence of the sound emitted from the back of the screen on the sound quality, thereby improving the whole sound quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ultrashort-focus laser projection display and the technical field of acoustics, in particular to a spontaneous acoustic laser projection display screen and a wall-mounted tone quality improving method thereof.
Background
Laser display is an innovative display technology which is started after the traditional flat panel display technology, and has the technical advantages of wide color gamut, long service life, high image quality, easy realization of large-screen display, environmental protection, energy conservation and the like. The laser projector and the screen are separated in product form and matched with each other to form a set of laser display system. The screen is usually made into a hard screen by adopting a high-quality environment light resistant optical film such as a Fresnel film, a black grid film, a micro-lens array film and other composite hard rigid back plates and a structural frame, or made into a flexible screen by hanging and tensioning an optical screen on a frame supporting frame in a spring, magic tape, elastic strips and other modes, assembling a modeling frame and the like. The screen is usually used as a display medium of the laser display system, and the sound of the laser display system is usually provided through a speaker built in the laser projector or through an external sound of the laser projector.
The existing laser projector built-in loudspeaker is used for realizing audio reproduction and is usually limited by the installation space inside the projector, and the projector internally comprises a precise optical system, so that in order to avoid the influence of vibration on the optical system, the loudspeaker is generally small in size, the power cannot be too high, and a good audio reproduction effect cannot be obtained. The external loudspeaker sound box occupies a large space and is messy in wiring and inconvenient to use, the size of a display area in the horizontal direction is 2.21 meters, the size is far larger than that of a traditional flat-panel television, the phenomenon that sound and a display picture are separated and out of synchronization when the external multi-channel loudspeaker system is matched for use is obvious, and audio-visual experience is seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a self-sounding laser projection display screen and a wall-mounted tone quality improving method thereof, and solves the problem that the front side and the back side of the screen generate sound due to the vibration of a flat plate at present, and the sound generated from the back side of the screen can interfere with the sound generated from the front side during wall-mounted mounting.
The invention solves the technical problem, and adopts the technical scheme that: according to the method for improving the wall-mounted tone quality of the spontaneous acoustic laser projection display screen, the air is driven to vibrate to generate sound through the self vibration of the spontaneous acoustic laser projection display screen, and a whole noise elimination structure and/or a noise elimination material with the size equivalent to that of the screen are/is arranged on the back of the spontaneous acoustic laser projection display screen and/or a wall corresponding to the back of the spontaneous acoustic laser projection display screen in a hanging mode, so that the influence of the sound generated by the back of the screen on the tone quality is weakened.

According to the wall-mounted tone quality improving method of the self-sounding laser projection display screen, air is driven to vibrate to generate sound through the self vibration of the self-sounding laser projection display screen, and the whole noise elimination structure and/or the noise elimination material with the size equivalent to that of the screen are arranged on the back of the self-sounding laser projection display screen and/or the wall corresponding to the back of the self-sounding laser projection display screen in a hanging mode, so that the influence of the sound generated by the back of the screen on tone quality is weakened.
In the method, the silencing structure can be an egg cotton structure, a pyramid structure or other irregular structures, and is beneficial to absorption of sound on the back of the screen. The silencing material and the silencing structure can be used simultaneously, namely the silencing material is used for manufacturing the silencing structure so as to obtain better silencing effect.
The invention further provides a self-sounding laser projection display screen which comprises an optical display film, a light rigid sounding back plate, an adhesive, a soft material, a structural frame and an electromagnetic driver, wherein the optical display film and the electromagnetic driver are respectively arranged on two sides of the light rigid sounding back plate and are respectively connected with the sounding back plate through the adhesive, and a complex of the optical display film and the light rigid sounding back plate is elastically connected with the structural frame of the screen or is in contact with the soft material, so that vibration noise is avoided.
