Abstract
The invention relates to a novel panel sound box for resonance and sound production, which comprises a wireless music vibration body, at least 1 resonance sound production board and resonance sound production cloth, wherein the at least 1 resonance sound production board and the resonance sound production cloth are arranged in the wireless music vibration body; the first surface of the resonance sound-emitting board is attached to a sound vibrator on the wireless music body, and the second surface of the resonance sound-emitting board is attached to the inner surface of the resonance sound-emitting cloth; the resonance sounding cloth is combined with the outer frame of the wireless music body by a pulling force of 5Kg-20 Kg. Technical Field
The invention relates to a sound, in particular to a novel panel sound with resonance and pronunciation.
Background
The sound production principle of the traditional loudspeaker is that a vibrating diaphragm is triggered to produce sound through the generation of an electric signal, the basic principle is from the Fleming left-hand law, a wire with current and magnetic lines of force are vertically placed between north and south poles of a magnet, the wire can move under the interaction of the magnetic lines of force and the current, and a vibrating diaphragm is attached to the wire and moves back and forth along with the change of the current. Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a panel sound box capable of realizing resonance and sound production, and aims to solve the technical problems that the conventional loudspeaker sound box is large in size, large in thickness and occupied area, heavy in appearance and limited in application range.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution adopted by the present invention is to provide a novel flat panel sound box with resonance sound, which comprises a wireless music vibration body, at least 1 resonance sound-emitting panel and 1 resonance sound-emitting cloth, wherein the at least 1 resonance sound-emitting panel and the 1 resonance sound-emitting cloth are arranged in the wireless music vibration body; the first surface of the resonance sound-emitting board is attached to a sound vibrator on the wireless music body, and the second surface of the resonance sound-emitting board is attached to the inner surface of the resonance sound-emitting cloth; the resonance sounding cloth is combined with the outer frame of the wireless music body by a pulling force of 5Kg-20 Kg.
Optionally, the number of resonance sound-emitting boards is 2, and each first surface of the resonance sound-emitting board is separately attached to at least 1 sound vibrator.
Optionally, the material of the resonance sound-emitting plate is honeycomb paper.
Optionally, the resonance sounding cloth is made of nylon.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can utilize the sound generated by the sound vibrator (sound exciter) to push the resonance sounding cloth through the resonance vibration of the resonance sounding board, and the density, the elasticity and the resonance point of the cloth and the tension and the pulling force of the outer frame are used as the resonance sounding cloth; the resonance sound-emitting board is made of light and hard materials (honeycomb paper), so that the resonance sound-emitting board has obvious resonance sound for sound frequencies (middle and high sound) above 180Hz, but has no obvious resonance for sound frequencies (called bass) below 180 Hz; the resonance sounding cloth is made of soft materials, so that the resonance sounding cloth has obvious resonance sounding for audio frequencies below 180Hz (called bass) and has not obvious resonance for audio frequencies above 180Hz (called midrange-high); the whole flat-plate meter can be used as a sound producing device to evenly output sound.

Embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention includes a wireless music vibration body, at least 1 resonance sound-emitting panel 3 and resonance sound-emitting cloth 2 disposed in the wireless music vibration body; the first surface of the resonance sound-emitting board 3 is attached to the sound vibrator 11 on the wireless music body 1, and the second surface of the resonance sound-emitting board is attached to the inner surface of the resonance sound-emitting cloth; the resonance sounding cloth is combined with the outer frame of the wireless music body by a pulling force of 5Kg-20 Kg.
The invention adopts wireless signal transmission technology, preferably Bluetooth wireless transmission technology to transmit music signal source from playing equipment to the wireless music module 16 of the invention through Bluetooth wireless signal, then the wireless music module 16 converts wireless signal into audio frequency, and uses the cooperation body of the resonance sound-producing board 3 and the resonance sound-producing cloth 2 to play sound.
The sound vibrator 11, the resonance sound-producing plate 3 and the resonance sound-producing cloth 2 constitute a replaceable resonance sound-producing component, and when the sound vibrator 11 changes the output of sound into frequency vibration, the vibration changes the resonance sound-producing plate 3 and the resonance sound-producing cloth 2 into a resonance sound-producing system at the same time. Preferably, the tensile force is 10 kg. After many tests, in the case of using a resonance sound emitting panel having a length and a width of 80mm × 80mm, respectively, a tensile force of 10kg is most suitable.
The resonance sounding board 3 and the components and the hardness of the resonance sounding cloth 2 have different resonance effects on different frequencies, the audio frequency of common music is from 20KHz (high pitch) to 80KHz (low pitch), and very obvious resonance can not occur at the audio frequency (called as low pitch) of 180Hz or below. On the contrary, the resonance sound-emitting cloth 2 is a soft material, and therefore, a resonance sound is emitted with a high frequency (bass) of 180Hz or less, but not with a high frequency (referred to as "treble") of 180Hz or more.
Two resonance parts made of different materials are put together to form a part of a whole resonance sounding part, the advantages of two different materials are utilized, and the two resonance parts are not complementary enough, so that the effect that the resonated music has full sound (middle and low sound) is achieved.
Embodiment 3, based on the above embodiments, the present invention provides a novel flat panel sound system for resonance sound generation, and the present embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that:
the resonance sound-emitting plate 3 is made of honeycomb paper. The hardness and lightness of the honeycomb paper meet the requirements, and compared with other various plate structures, the honeycomb paper sandwich structure has the maximum strength/mass ratio, is approximately isotropic, has good structural stability, is not easy to deform, and has outstanding pressure resistance and bending resistance;
the resonance sounding cloth 2 is made of nylon. The materials of the fabric, nylon and the fabric are soft and relatively accord with the condition of resonance and sound production.
Embodiment 4, based on the above embodiments, the present invention provides a novel flat panel sound system for resonance sound generation, and the present embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that: the distance between the sound vibrator 11 and the outer frame 12 is at least 20mm, so that the resonance sounding board 3 and the co-sounding cloth 2 can be produced conveniently and can be ensured to have effects. When the size of the outer frame 12 is different, the size ratio of the resonance sound-emitting panel 3 can be adjusted to ensure the output sound quality and power. Embodiment 5, based on the above embodiments, the present invention provides a novel flat panel sound system for resonance sound generation, and the present embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that: the wireless music vibration body also comprises a back plate, and the back plate is used for protecting all parts in the wireless music vibration body 1; as shown in fig. 2, the back plate 13 is mounted on the outer frame 12, and the back plate 13 is provided with a wall-hanging hook 131 or shock-absorbing rubber feet, so that the flat sound box is conveniently mounted on a wall, and the indoor space is greatly saved; moreover, different personalized artistic pictures can be printed on the surface of the resonance sounding cloth 2, so that the acoustic sounding cloth has higher ornamental value. The wireless music module 16 which can send music information source to the sound vibrator 11 on the wireless music vibration body 1 is connected with the rechargeable battery 15. The control key 14 and the charging interface on the wireless music vibration body 1 are connected with the wireless music module 16 and are arranged beside the outer frame 12.
The length and width of the resonance sound-emitting plate can be respectively 80mm-250mm, and the resonance sound-emitting plate has good technical effects by taking the length of 250mm and the width of 80mm as examples.

The sound producing device of the flat panel sound is manufactured by utilizing the sound producing device of the sound vibrator and utilizing and matching the characteristics of respective resonance points or resonance points of different materials. The resonance sound board 3 is made of a hard material having a resonance point in a range from a middle tone frequency to a high tone frequency, but the resonance sound board 3 needs a light and hard material to be bonded with other materials conveniently and efficiently. The resonance sounding cloth 2 is made of low-frequency resonance points made of soft materials, and the resonance sounding cloth 2 needs to have proper tension or pulling force so as to be bonded with the resonance sounding board 3 and provide effective timbre. The resonance sounding board 3 and the resonance sounding cloth 2 are matched at different audio frequency resonance points to manufacture a full-range flat-panel sound sounding device. The flat panel sound box has the advantages that the used resonance parts are all of flat structures, so that the manufactured sound box is very compact in structure and small in size, the indoor space is greatly saved, the cost of materials is low, and the flat panel sound box is easy to popularize and use on a large scale.

A novel resonance sounding flat-panel sound is characterized by comprising a wireless music vibration body, resonance sounding cloth arranged in the wireless music vibration body and at least 1 resonance sounding board; the first surface of the resonance sound-emitting board is attached to a sound vibrator on the wireless music body, and the second surface of the resonance sound-emitting board is attached to the inner surface of the resonance sound-emitting cloth;
the resonance sounding cloth is combined with the outer frame of the wireless music body by a pulling force of 5Kg-20 Kg;
the resonance sounding board is made of honeycomb paper, and honeycomb-shaped cavities in the honeycomb paper are set to be perpendicular to the resonance sounding cloth.
2. The flat sound system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of said resonance sound-emitting panels is 2, and the first surface of each of said resonance sound-emitting panels is separately attached to at least 1 of said acoustic vibrators.
