Abstract
The invention provides a vehicle handle device, a vehicle door assembly, a vehicle door control system and a vehicle. Vehicle handle device, comprising: a handle movable between a stowed position and an extended position, the handle having a proximity sensor disposed thereon; a drive mechanism responsive to a first actuation signal to cause the handle to move from a stowed position to an extended position; when the handle is positioned at the hidden position, the outer surface of the handle and the surface of the vehicle door are positioned on the same plane when viewed from the outside of the vehicle; when the handle is in the extended position and the proximity sensor is triggered, the vehicle handle device triggers the unlocking of the electric lock of the vehicle door. According to the vehicle handle device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle handle device is hidden at the inner side of the vehicle door, no protrusion or depression is formed on the vehicle door, the wind resistance of the whole vehicle can be reduced, and the air tightness of the handle is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of vehicle doors, and more particularly, to a concealed vehicle handle device, a vehicle door assembly, a vehicle door control system and a vehicle.
Background
A conventional vehicle is generally provided with a door outer handle as a general function for opening or closing a door. A lock or switch may also be provided on the door handle for unlocking the door. The mechanical principle of some outer handles is: when a user enters the automobile, the outer handle of the automobile door is pulled, the outer handle of the automobile door drives the balance block to move, and the zipper or the pull rod connected to the balance block transfers the movement to the side door lock body, so that the side door lock body and the lock catch are disengaged to realize unlocking. when the handle is positioned at the hidden position, the outer surface of the handle and the surface of the vehicle door are positioned on the same plane when viewed from the outside of the vehicle; when the handle is in the extended position and the proximity sensor is triggered, the vehicle handle device triggers the unlocking of the electric lock of the vehicle door.
Alternatively, in the vehicle handle device, the handle has a grip portion, the proximity sensor is provided inside the grip portion of the handle, the grip portion is hidden within the door surface when the handle is in a hidden position so that the proximity sensor is inaccessible, and the grip portion protrudes out of the door surface when the handle is in an extended position so that the proximity sensor is accessible.
Alternatively, in the vehicle handle device, the drive mechanism includes:

Optionally, in the vehicle handle device, the first actuation signal is issued based on any one of the following events:

Optionally, in the vehicle handle set assembly, the actuator outer surface is flush with a door surface.
Optionally, in the vehicle handle set assembly, the handle outer surface and the actuator outer surface can be stitched to form a combined pattern.
In another aspect, a door assembly is provided that includes a vehicle handle arrangement according to various embodiments.
Optionally, in the door assembly, the door assembly includes: the front door is provided with the vehicle handle device, a proximity sensor of the vehicle handle device is used for triggering the unlocking of an electric lock body of the front door, the rear door is provided with a starter, the starter comprises a starter outer surface, the starter outer surface is flush with the surface of a vehicle door, and the starter outer surface is provided with a press switch or a touch switch so as to control a rear door electric drive module.

a drive mechanism responsive to a first actuation signal to cause the handle to move from a stowed position to an extended position;
when the handle is located at the hidden position, the outer surface of the handle and the outer surface of the first vehicle door are located on the same plane when viewed from the outside of the vehicle;
wherein the actuator includes an actuator outer surface that is coplanar with an outer surface of the second door;
wherein an outer surface of the handle and an outer surface of the actuator can be stitched to form a composite pattern when the handle of the handle arrangement of the first vehicle door is in the concealed position.
Optionally, in the door assembly, a proximity sensor is disposed on the handle and the first door is unlocked when the handle is in the extended position and the proximity sensor is activated.
Optionally, in the door assembly, the handle has a grip portion, the proximity sensor is disposed inside the grip portion of the handle, the grip portion is hidden within the door surface when the handle is in the hidden position so that the proximity sensor is inaccessible, and the grip portion protrudes beyond the door surface when the handle is in the extended position so that the proximity sensor is accessible.
Optionally, in the door assembly, the drive mechanism includes:
an actuator;
a first link and a second link pivotally connected between a fixed position and both ends of the handle;
the actuator acts on the first link and/or the second link to urge the handle to move from a stowed position to an extended position.
Optionally, in the door assembly, the actuator is a linear actuator and acts on an inner side of the first link.

According to the vehicle handle device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle handle device is hidden at the inner side of the vehicle door, no protrusion or depression is formed on the vehicle door, the wind resistance of the whole vehicle can be reduced, and the air tightness of the handle is improved.

Detailed Description
It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can propose various alternative structures and implementation ways without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.
The terms of orientation of up, down, left, right, front, back, top, bottom, and the like referred to or may be referred to in this specification are defined relative to the configuration shown in the drawings, and are relative terms, and thus may be changed correspondingly according to the position and the use state of the device. Therefore, these and other directional terms should not be construed as limiting terms.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, there are shown a partial schematic view of a door assembly and a perspective view of a vehicle handle arrangement and actuator in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The position shown in fig. 1 is the junction of a front door 1, or first door, and a rear door 2, or second door, of a vehicle, where the front door 1 is a door that opens, i.e. of the type that opens by sliding about a pivoting axis, the rear door 2 is a sliding door, i.e. a door that opens by sliding in a sliding manner along a rail, and the front door 1 and the rear door 2 constitute a side-by-side door, i.e. a door that opens in two directions, such a door arrangement being common on commercial vehicles, such as MPVs. The front door 1 is provided with a vehicle handle device 11, and the rear door 2 is provided with an actuator 12. One feature of the door assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention is that the outer surface 110 of the vehicle handle arrangement 1 and the outer surface 210 of the actuator 2 are both flush with and match the door surfaces defined by the front door 1 and the rear door 2, i.e., the outer surface 110 of the vehicle handle arrangement is flush with and matches the outer surface of the door sheet metal portion 13 of the front door 1, and there is only the mounting gap 14 therebetween, and similarly, the outer surface 210 of the actuator is flush with and matches the outer surface of the door sheet metal portion 23 of the rear door 2, and there is only the mounting gap 24 therebetween. With this design, the vehicle handle device does not protrude or recess into the door surface, and does not generate wind resistance when the vehicle is running. On the other hand, the vehicle handle device 1 and the actuator 2 are respectively provided at the junctions of the front door 1 and the rear door 2. The front door and the rear door can be opened only by standing at the position beside the joint of the front door and the rear door for operation. It should be appreciated that while the various embodiments describe the vehicle handle arrangement and the actuator in conjunction with the front and rear door context, the vehicle handle arrangement and the actuator may be applied to various vehicle door arrangements, either individually or in combination, in any suitable manner.
In some embodiments, the vehicle handle set outer surface 110 and the actuator outer surface 210 are tiled to form a composite pattern that creates a unique, technological and aesthetic overall design for the vehicle. In the illustrated embodiment, the vehicle handle set outer surface 110 and the actuator outer surface 210 together comprise a strip shape, and only the door opening 9 exists between the vehicle handle set outer surface 110 and the actuator outer surface 210. In other embodiments, the vehicle handle device exterior surface 110 and the actuator exterior surface 210 can have other profiles and can be combined in other patterns.
The structure and operation of the vehicle handle device will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 4. The vehicle handle device 11 includes: a handle 10 and a vehicle handle set housing 19, the handle 10 having an outer surface 110 and, optionally, the handle 10 defining a grip portion 115. The grip portion 115 may be of any form suitable for gripping by an operator's hand, such as the illustrated form that allows the operator's hand to extend. The vehicle handle device case 19 accommodates the handle 10 and has a mounting portion for fixedly mounting the vehicle handle device 11 to the vehicle door. The vehicle handle device 11 further includes a drive mechanism that moves the handle 10 from the stowed position to the extended position in response to a first actuation signal. As shown in fig. 3, the handle 10 is in a hidden position in which the handle 10 is hidden within a door surface, the vehicle handle set outer surface 110 is flush with and mates with a door surface defined by the door sheet 13, and the grip portion 115 is hidden from access within the door plane. In the extended position, the handle 10 protrudes beyond the door surface, as shown in FIG. 4, such that the grip 115 is accessible. In some embodiments, a proximity sensor 117 is provided on the grip, the proximity sensor 117 preferably being provided on the inside of the handle 10. In some embodiments, the vehicle handle set triggers the unlocking of the power latch of the vehicle door when the handle 10 is in the extended position and the proximity sensor 117 is triggered.
The drive mechanism may be of any type that is capable of extending the handle 10. In some embodiments, the drive mechanism enables the handle 10 to be extended by translation. In some embodiments, the drive mechanism may include an actuator and a linkage mechanism. In some embodiments, the actuator 111 may be a linear actuator, in other embodiments, the actuator may also be an actuator that outputs rotational motion or other types of actuators. The link mechanism includes a first link 113 and a second link 114. The first end 1131 of the first link 113 is pivotally connected to a fixed location, such as the housing 19 of a vehicle handle set, the second end 1133 of the first link 113 acts on the back side portion of the handle 10, and the first end 1141 of the second link 114 is pivotally connected to a fixed location, such as the housing 19 of a vehicle handle set. The second end 1142 of the second link 114 is pivotally connected to the handle 10. The actuator 111 acts on the inner side 1132 of the first link 113 through the bushing 112 to urge the handle 10 to move from the stowed position to the extended position. In an alternative embodiment, the actuator 111 may also act on the second link 114. Return springs may be provided on the pivot axes of the first end 1131 of the first link 113 and the first end 1141 of the second link 114, and the handle 10 will also return to the stowed position when the actuator 111 is retracted.
In some embodiments, the drive mechanism extends the handle 10 in response to a first actuation signal, which may include: the smart key approach signal or the smart key button unlock signal is a signal that the driving mechanism extends the handle 10 when the operator moves to approach the door where the vehicle handle device is located to a certain distance, or the driving mechanism extends the handle 10 when the operator presses the unlock button on the door key. The first actuation signal may also be issued based on any of the following events, for example, vehicle key approach, pressing a vehicle key unlock key, pressing an unlock key on a handle, identifying vehicle owner approach, for example, voice recognition, facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, and/or an in-vehicle unlock operation, such as an in-vehicle center or other button to unlock the operation. It will be appreciated that the vehicle handle arrangement may be provided with a corresponding sensor to sense any of the above events, alternatively the sensor may be provided on the vehicle and the first signal sent by the vehicle. In some embodiments, the drive mechanism extends the handle 10 while unlocking the power latch 4 (fig. 1) of the vehicle door. In other embodiments, the electric lock 4 is unlocked only when the proximity sensor 117 of the handle 10 senses a proximity signal, for example, the proximity sensor 117 may be a capacitive proximity sensor, when the operator's hand is inserted into the grip 115 and tries to pull the door, the operator's hand will touch the proximity sensor 117, the proximity sensor 117 feeds back a signal to the BCM to control the electric lock 4 to unlock, and the front door is opened, and the operator can pull the front door open through the grip 115. In some embodiments, a touch capacitive switch 119 is also provided on the vehicle handle set outer surface 110, and touching the touch capacitive switch 119 when the handle 10 is in the concealed position will result in full vehicle arming. In some embodiments, the back side of the vehicle handle assembly outer surface 110 is also provided with a mechanical lock cylinder (not shown) connected to the power lock body 4 through the pull rod 3, so that in the power-off state, the door can be opened by a key by manually pulling out the vehicle handle assembly outer surface 110. In some embodiments, the drive mechanism is further responsive to a second actuation signal to cause the handle to move from the extended position to the stowed position. The second actuation signal may be issued based on any of the following events: for example, a vehicle key is moved away, a vehicle key lock button is pressed, a safety button on a handle is pressed, a door is closed, a vehicle is started, a vehicle starts to run, and an in-vehicle lock operation.
Continuing with the detailed description of actuator 12 with reference to fig. 5, actuator 12 includes an actuator outer surface 210, actuator outer surface 210 acting as a push or touch switch for actuating control of rear door electro-motive drive module 5, i.e., pressing or touching actuator outer surface 210, rear door electro-motive drive module 5 will drive the rear door to translate to automatically open. In some embodiments, actuator outer surface 210 is formed as a push switch. The actuator outer surface 210 may be provided with a protrusion 212 on the inside, the actuator outer surface 210 being supported by a resilient structure comprising a plate 214, a first lever pivot lever 215, a second pivot lever 216, pressing the actuator outer surface 210 bringing the protrusion 212 into contact with the micro switch 213, and the resilient structure returning the actuator outer surface 210 to the initial position. It should be understood that other suitable push switches or tactile switches can be selected by those skilled in the art.
Benefits that may be realized with a vehicle handle arrangement according to embodiments of the present invention include, but are not limited to:
the vehicle handle device is hidden at the inner side of the vehicle door, and a bulge or a depression cannot be formed on the vehicle door, so that the wind resistance of the whole vehicle can be reduced, and the air tightness of the handle is improved;
the whole design is simple and beautiful;

Claims (10)
1. A vehicle handle device comprising:
a handle movable between a stowed position and an extended position, the handle having a proximity sensor disposed thereon;
a drive mechanism responsive to a first actuation signal to cause the handle to move from a stowed position to an extended position;
when the handle is positioned at the hidden position, the outer surface of the handle and the surface of the vehicle door are positioned on the same plane when viewed from the outside of the vehicle; when the handle is in the extended position and the proximity sensor is triggered, the vehicle handle device triggers the unlocking of the electric lock of the vehicle door.
2. The vehicle handle arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the handle has a grip portion, the proximity sensor being disposed inside the grip portion of the handle, the grip portion being hidden within the door surface when the handle is in the hidden position such that the proximity sensor is inaccessible, and the grip portion protruding beyond the door surface when the handle is in the extended position such that the proximity sensor is accessible.
3. The vehicle handle device according to claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism comprises:
an actuator;
a first link and a second link pivotally connected between a fixed position and both ends of the handle;
the actuator acts on the first link and/or the second link to urge the handle to move from a stowed position to an extended position.
4. A vehicle handle arrangement according to claim 3 wherein the actuator is a linear actuator and acts inwardly of the first link.
5. The vehicle handle device according to claim 1, wherein the proximity sensor is a capacitive proximity sensor.
6. The vehicle handle device according to claim 1, wherein a touch capacitive switch is further provided on the handle.
7. The vehicle handle arrangement according to claim 1, wherein a mechanical key cylinder is further provided on the handle.
8. The vehicle handle arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the first actuation signal is issued based on any one of the following events:
the method comprises the steps of approaching a vehicle key, pressing a vehicle key unlocking key, pressing an unlocking key on a handle, recognizing the approach of a vehicle owner and unlocking operation in the vehicle.
9. The vehicle handle arrangement of claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism causes the handle to move from the extended position to the stowed position in response to a second actuation signal, the second actuation signal being issued based on any one of the following events:
the method comprises the steps of keeping away a vehicle key, pressing a vehicle key lock button, pressing a safety button on a handle, closing a vehicle door, starting the vehicle to run and locking the vehicle.
10. A vehicle handle set assembly, comprising:
the vehicle handle device according to any one of claims 1 to 9; and
the starter comprises a starter outer surface, and a push switch or a touch switch is arranged on the starter outer surface.
