Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, a vehicle door handle control system is provided, which includes an activation device, a control device, a door closing sensing device, a central lock device, and a door handle touch sensing device. The control device comprises a first module, a second module, a third module and a fourth module, and is used for controlling the door handle to extend or retract. The activation device is used for sending an activation signal after being activated in the vehicle, the door closing sensing device is used for receiving and transmitting a vehicle door closing signal, the central locking device is used for receiving and transmitting a vehicle door unlocking signal, and the door handle touch sensing device is used for receiving and transmitting a door handle touch signal. In this embodiment, the sensing device that closes the door is micro-gap switch, simple structure and sensitivity. In this embodiment, the first module is configured to receive an activation signal fed back after the activation device is activated, control the door handle to extend, and unlock the vehicle door. The second module is used for receiving a vehicle door closing signal transmitted by the door closing sensing device and controlling the door handle to retract according to the vehicle door closing signal. The third module is used for receiving a vehicle door unlocking signal transmitted by the central locking device, and the door handle is not controlled and the vehicle door is unlocked. The fourth module is used for receiving the touch signal fed back by the door handle touch induction and controlling the door handle to extend out according to the touch signal.
As shown in fig. 1, the activation device, the door closing sensing device, the central locking device, and the door handle touch sensing device are all connected to the control device. The activation device is independent of the central locking device. In this embodiment, the control device is provided at the door handle, but in other embodiments, it may be provided at other places of the vehicle. In this embodiment, the activation device is disposed at the driver position, so that the driver can operate and activate the activation device conveniently. In other embodiments, the activation device may be located elsewhere in the vehicle. In this embodiment, the door closing sensing device is provided on the door. The door handle touch sensing device is arranged on the surface of the door handle.
In a special situation, after the activation device is activated, the activation signal is sent to the first module, and the first module receives the activation signal of the activation device and controls the door handle to extend out and unlock the vehicle door according to the activation signal. When a driver is in a vehicle, all vehicle doors are closed, all door handles are in a retraction state, if a passenger unfamiliar with the vehicle has a vehicle-entering requirement, the driver only needs to trigger the activation device, and the vehicle door handles can be controlled to extend out of the vehicle, so that the vehicle-entering requirement of a special situation (such as a guest mode and a passenger who cannot drive the vehicle door from the outside of the vehicle) is met, and meanwhile, the door handles do not need to be in the extension state all the time, so that the risk of scraping pedestrians is effectively reduced.
The door is closed when getting on the bus, the door closing sensing device transmits the received door closing signal to the second module, the second module receives the door closing signal and then controls the door handle to retract according to the door closing signal, basically, the door handle retracts when the door is closed, the door handle retracts when being locked relatively to the central lock locking signal, the situation that the door handle retracts when being triggered by an automatic locking signal after the passenger gets on the bus can be avoided, if the passenger does not actively lock, the handle is always in an extending state until the set speed of the bus is reached, and the risk of scraping the pedestrian is effectively reduced.
When a passenger gets off the vehicle in preparation, the driver triggers the central locking device to unlock, the central locking device transmits a received vehicle door unlocking signal to the third module, and the third module unlocks the vehicle door and does not control the door handle according to the vehicle door unlocking signal after receiving the vehicle door unlocking signal, so that the vehicle door handle does not extend out in the normal getting-off process of the passenger. This embodiment is relative when getting off the vehicle central control lock unblock, has triggered the door handle and has stretched out and just make the door handle retract to control central control lock shutting after the passenger gets off, provides higher driving experience to make the door handle scrape pedestrian's risk be zero, can practice thrift the energy simultaneously.
When a passenger touches the door handle, the door handle touch sensing device transmits the received door handle touch signal to the fourth module, and the fourth module receives the touch signal and then controls the door handle to extend out according to the touch signal, so that the passenger can conveniently open the door.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in another embodiment, a vehicle door handle control method is further provided, which is applied to the vehicle door handle control system disclosed in the above embodiments. The control flow which can be realized by the vehicle door handle control method is described as follows:
fig. 2 shows a flow chart of the passenger from getting on to getting off. When a passenger is ready to get on the bus, the door handle is touched, the door handle touch sensing device transmits a received door handle touch signal to the fourth module, the fourth module receives the touch signal of the door handle touch sensing device and then controls the door handle to extend out according to the touch signal, the passenger pulls the door handle open and gets on the bus, the seated door is closed, the door closing sensing device transmits a received door closing signal to the second module, and the second module receives a door closing signal fed back by the door closing sensing device and then controls the door handle to retract according to the door closing signal. The control process can be applied to various getting-on situations, such as getting-on immediately after the driver gets off the vehicle, getting-off from one vehicle door and getting-on from the other vehicle door by the passenger, and the like.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart showing the process from getting on to getting off after the door is closed. The flow of the occupant from getting on to closing the door has been described above and will not be repeated here. When a passenger gets off the bus in preparation, a driver triggers the central locking device to unlock, the central locking device transmits a received door unlocking signal to the third module, the third module unlocks the door according to the door unlocking signal after receiving the door unlocking signal fed back by the central locking device, the passenger opens the door and gets off the bus, and meanwhile, the third module does not control the door handle, namely, the door handle does not act and is still located at a retraction position when getting off the bus.
FIG. 4 is a flow chart of a special case. At this time, the driver is in the vehicle and someone wants to take the vehicle. The driver triggers the activation device, the activation device sends an activation signal to the first module, the first module receives the activation signal of the activation device and then controls the door handle to stretch out, keep and unlock the door according to the activation signal, the passenger pulls the door handle open and gets on the bus, the seated bus is closed, the door closing sensing device transmits the received bus closing signal to the second module, and the second module receives the bus closing signal fed back by the door closing sensing device and then controls the door handle to retract according to the bus closing signal. The control process can be suitable for various special situations, such as a welcome mode, passengers who cannot drive the door from the outside of the vehicle, and the like.
