本发明公开一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置，包括上铝板层、支撑铝板、基础铝板，所述上铝板层设置于基础铝板顶端，所述上铝板层通过支撑铝板与基础铝板连接，所述上铝板层与支撑铝板之间和基础铝板与支撑铝板之间分别填充有吸音棉，所述上铝板层的外侧还设置有防滑层，所述防滑层与上铝板层粘附连接，所述基础铝板的底端设置有固定接头，所述固定接头的一端与基础铝板的底面连接。本发明在吸音的设计上增加了很多的改进，使得铝板具有吸音功能，从而有效的解决噪音问题；本发明具有防水功能，能够有效提高铝板的使用寿命；本发明安装方便，能够有效提高铝板的安装效率；本发明结构简单，使用方便，便于后期的维修或保养，同时，易制作，易推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝板制造技术领域，具体涉及一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置。
背景技术
在城市建设中人们对于环境的安静要求越来越高，不管是在工作环境中还是在休息时，吵闹的环境会对人们的身心产生较大的影响，给人们工作和生活带来较大的负面效应，这就要求在制造大厦进行装潢时对于材料要选择吸音功能较好的，铝板常用于人们室内装潢例如天花板、墙面等，现有的铝板的功能很多，但是对于铝板的吸音功能的改进却很少，现有的铝板无法解决噪音问题。
因此，一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置亟待研究。
发明内容
为全面实现上述目的，针对现有技术所存在的不足提供了一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置。
为实现以上目的，本发明采用以下技术手段：
一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置，包括上铝板层、支撑铝板、基础铝板，所述上铝板层设置于基础铝板顶端，所述上铝板层通过支撑铝板与基础铝板连接，所述上铝板层与支撑铝板之间和基础铝板与支撑铝板之间分别填充有吸音棉，所述上铝板层的外侧还设置有防滑层，所述防滑层与上铝板层粘附连接，所述基础铝板的底端设置有固定接头，所述固定接头的一端与基础铝板的底面连接。
进一步的，所述上铝板层与基础铝板的厚度相同。
进一步的，所述支撑铝板折叠成若干个V型结构。
进一步的，所述吸音棉为聚酯纤维吸音棉。
进一步的，所述固定接头至少设置有两组。
进一步的，所述固定接头与基础铝板一体制造而成。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
本发明在吸音的设计上增加了很多的改进，使得铝板具有吸音功能，从而有效的解决噪音问题；本发明具有防水功能，能够有效提高铝板的使用寿命；本发明安装方便，能够有效提高铝板的安装效率；本发明结构简单，使用方便，便于后期的维修或保养，同时，易制作，易推广。

如图1所示，本发明提供了一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置，包括上铝板层1、支撑铝板3、基础铝板5，所述上铝板层1设置于基础铝板5顶端，所述上铝板层1通过支撑铝板3与基础铝板5连接，所述上铝板层1与支撑铝板3之间和基础铝板5与支撑铝板3之间分别填充有吸音棉4，所述上铝板层1的外侧还设置有防滑层2，所述防滑层2与上铝板层1粘附连接，所述基础铝板5的底端设置有固定接头6，所述固定接头6的一端与基础铝板5的底面连接。
优选的，上铝板层1与基础铝板5的厚度相同；支撑铝板3折叠成若干个V型结构；吸音棉4为聚酯纤维吸音棉；固定接头6至少设置有两组；固定接头6与基础铝板5一体制造而成。
本发明为一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置，本发明在吸音的设计上增加了很多的改进，使得铝板具有吸音功能，从而有效的解决噪音问题；本发明具有防水功能，能够有效提高铝板的使用寿命；本发明安装方便，能够有效提高铝板的安装效率；本发明结构简单，使用方便，便于后期的维修或保养，同时，易制作，易推广。

1.一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，包括上铝板层（1）、支撑铝板（3）、基础铝板（5），所述上铝板层（1）设置于基础铝板（5）顶端，所述上铝板层（1）通过支撑铝板（3）与基础铝板（5）连接，所述上铝板层（1）与支撑铝板（3）之间和基础铝板（5）与支撑铝板（3）之间分别填充有吸音棉（4），所述上铝板层（1）的外侧还设置有防滑层（2），所述防滑层（2）与上铝板层（1）粘附连接，所述基础铝板（5）的底端设置有固定接头（6），所述固定接头（6）的一端与基础铝板（5）的底面连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，所述上铝板层（1）与基础铝板（5）的厚度相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，所述支撑铝板（3）折叠成若干个V型结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，所述吸音棉（4）为聚酯纤维吸音棉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，所述固定接头（6）至少设置有两组。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有吸音功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，所述固定接头（6）与基础铝板（5）一体制造而成。
