本发明公开了一种吸音保温铝板,一种吸音保温铝板,包括上铝板层、下铝板层以及连接上铝板层和下铝板层的波纹状中铝板层,所述上铝板层包括基础铝板和设于基础铝板表面的热反射层,所述基础铝板为泡沫铝板,所述中铝板层的波纹的上波峰和下波峰分别连接基础铝板和下铝板层,所述中铝板层的波纹的中间填充有保温材料,所述下铝板层由以下重量份的金属制成:铝为70‑80份,氧化铝为22‑26份,锰1.5‑7.0份,铬为0.2‑4份,锌为0.1‑0.4份,硅为0.3‑0.7份。本发明的吸音保温铝板,吸音功能强,保温效果好,耐腐蚀,且强度高。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种铝板,具体涉及一种吸音保温铝板。
背景技术
铝板,是指用纯铝或铝合金材料通过压力加工制成(剪切或锯切)的获得横断面为矩形、厚度均匀的矩形材料,被广泛应用于航空、建筑、化工等工业领域,其需求量巨大。
在高楼林立、汽车喧嚣的城市间,人们对于环境的安静要求越来越高,不管是在工作环境中还是在休息时,吵闹的环境会对人们的身心产生较大的影响,给人们工作和生活带来较大的负面效应,这就要求在住宅、商业大楼等建筑物进行装潢时要选择吸音功能较好的材料。铝板常用于人们室内装潢,例如天花板、墙面等,现有的铝板的功能很多,但是对于铝板的吸音功能的改进还有待于进一步加强,同时,对于铝板的刚性也得进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吸音保温铝板,吸音功能强,保温效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种吸音保温铝板,包括上铝板层、下铝板层以及连接上铝板层和下铝板层的波纹状中铝板层,所述上铝板层包括基础铝板和设于基础铝板表面的热反射层,所述基础铝板为泡沫铝板,所述中铝板层的波纹的上波峰和下波峰分别连接基础铝板和下铝板层,所述中铝板层的波纹的中间填充有保温材料,所述下铝板层由以下重量份的金属制成:铝为70-80份,氧化铝为22-26份,锰1.5-7.0份,铬为0.2-4份,锌为0.1-0.4份,硅为0.3-0.7份。
优选的,所述下铝板层由以下重量百分比的金属制成:铝为75份,氧化铝为23份,锰5份,铬为2.5份,锌为0.3份,硅为0.5份。
优选的,所述热反射层为铝箔层。
优选的,所述保温材料为岩棉、玻璃丝棉、硅酸铝中的一种。
优选的,所述中铝板层的波纹的上波峰通过粘结剂的方式与基础铝板相连接。
优选的,所述中铝板层的波纹的下波峰通过铆钉或粘结剂的方式与下铝板层相连接。
本发明的吸音保温铝板,由多层铝板复合制成,其中基础铝板为泡沫铝板,由于泡沫铝板上充满众多无序排列的闭合的气泡孔,因此当有声音进入该吸音铝板时,声音在泡沫铝板上发生漫反射,相互干扰,从而造成声音降低,达到吸音保持安静的作用;在基础铝板的表面增设一层热反射层,可以将吸音保温铝板吸收的热量进行反射,防止建筑物表面温度过高导致室内环境过热;在上铝板层和下铝板层之间设有波纹状的中铝板层,增加了该吸音铝板的刚性,能较好的满足各种需要铝板的条件下对于铝板刚性的要求,且立体性好,便于切割,中铝板层的波纹表面也设有气泡孔,对于该吸音铝板的吸音功能进一步完善,对于一些安静要求较高的场所也能使用;下铝板层由铝合金制成,耐腐蚀性和防锈性能进一步增强,具有良好的应用前景。

如图1所示,一种吸音保温铝板,包括上铝板层1、下铝板层2以及连接上铝板层1和下铝板层2的波纹状中铝板层3,所述上铝板层1包括基础铝板11和设于基础铝板11表面的热反射层12,所述热反射层12为铝箔层,所述基础铝板11为泡沫铝板,
所述中铝板层3的波纹的上波峰31通过粘结剂的方式与所述基础铝板11相连接,所述中铝板层3的波纹的下波峰32通过粘结剂的方式与所述下铝板层2相连接,所述中铝板层3的波纹的中间填充有保温材料4,所述保温材料4为岩棉,
所述下铝板层2由以下重量百分比的金属制成:铝为75份,氧化铝为23份,锰5份,铬为2.5份,锌为0.3份,硅为0.5份。

1.一种吸音保温铝板,其特征在于,包括上铝板层(1)、下铝板层(2)以及连接上铝板层(1)和下铝板层(2)的波纹状中铝板层(3),所述上铝板层(1)包括基础铝板(11)和设于基础铝板(11)表面的热反射层(12),所述基础铝板(11)为泡沫铝板,所述中铝板层(3)的波纹的上波峰(31)和下波峰(32)分别连接基础铝板(11)和下铝板层(2),所述中铝板层(3)的波纹的中间填充有保温材料(4),所述下铝板层(2)由以下重量份的金属制成:铝为70-80份,氧化铝为22-26份,锰1.5-7.0份,铬为0.2-4份,锌为0.1-0.4份,硅为0.3-0.7份。
