本发明提供一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸,包括纸基层、铝箔层和设于中间的感温释香层;所述感温释香层含有带香精成分的热塑膨胀微球。本发明还提供一种由上述加热不燃烧卷烟纸制作的卷烟。本发明提供的一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸及卷烟,在使用者抽吸香烟时,其感温释香层的热塑膨胀微球会逐步释放出包裹在其中的香味物质,香味物质从纸基外层透出,香烟能散发特定香气,一定程度上掩盖烟气的不良气息,从而对吸烟区域内环境气息起到调节作用,一定程度上改善被动吸烟者的感受,从而对吸烟区域内环境气息起到调节作用;另一方面这部分香味物质无法透过铝箔,故而不会过多影响吸食者感受。

技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟纸技术领域,
尤其是,本发明涉及一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸及卷烟。
背景技术
加热不燃烧卷烟是新型烟草制品的一种,具有“加热烟丝或烟草提取物而非燃烧烟丝”的特点,吸食时需要有加热器具和“烟弹”。它通过器具的特殊加热源对“烟弹”中的烟丝进行加热,挥发出烟丝中的尼古丁及香味物质,产生烟气来满足吸烟者需求。由于“烟弹”被加热却不会燃烧,受热温度远低于传统卷烟燃烧时的温度,所以其热裂解产物明显少于传统卷烟,在烟气释放方面更具优势,但尽管如此,吸烟者在吸食新型烟草制品时产生的烟气,仍会对区域内环境气息造成不良影响,对环境内不吸烟的人群造成困扰。目前,通过滤嘴、接装纸、卷烟纸及其组合形式的变化来调节吸烟者抽吸感受的方法很多,但对吸烟区域内环境气息进行调节,改善被动吸烟者感受的方法尚属空白。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种可调节环境烟气气息的含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸及卷烟。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸,包括纸基层、铝箔层和设于中间的感温释香层;所述感温释香层含有带香精成分的热塑膨胀微球。
优选地,所述热塑膨胀微球含有以下重量份成分:乙醇80~120份、香精0.1~5份、碳酸氢钠0.1~10份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5~3份。
优选地,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的分子量为5~20万。
优选地,所述热塑膨胀微球按以下步骤制备:
将所述乙醇、所述香精、所述碳酸氢钠混合均匀得到含香精和碳酸氢钠的乙醇溶液;
将所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯加入到所述乙醇溶液中在60~70℃搅拌均匀获得均相溶液;
将所述均相溶液在4~6min内降到0~10℃,过滤、洗涤、干燥获得热塑膨胀微球。
优选地,所述热塑膨胀微球粒径为1~6 um。
优选地,所述热塑膨胀微球的发泡温度为90~150℃。
优选地,所述感温释香层可以以涂布方式施加所述纸基层背面;或所述感温释香层混于胶黏剂中,之后与所述纸基层和所述铝箔层粘贴为一体。
本发明还提供一种卷烟,包括过滤嘴和烟支,过滤嘴和烟支通过接装纸结合一体形成卷烟,所述烟支由上述所述的一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸包裹烟草薄片组成。

优选地,热塑膨胀微球含有以下重量份成分:乙醇80~120份、香精0.1~5份、碳酸氢钠0.1~10份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5~3份。热塑膨胀微球以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壳层,内包覆香精、低沸点的乙醇和热分解温度在50~270℃的碳酸氢钠。
优选地,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的分子量为5~20万。聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的分子量过低,会造成形成的热塑膨胀微球壳层强度较低;聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的分子量过高,会影响其在乙醇中的溶解度。
优选地,所述热塑膨胀微球按以下步骤制备:
(1)将上述比例的乙醇、香精、碳酸氢钠混合均匀得到含香精和碳酸氢钠的乙醇溶液;
(2)将上述比例的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯加入到步骤(1)中的乙醇溶液中,在60~70℃搅拌均匀获得均相溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)中的均相溶液在4~6min内降到0~10℃,过滤、洗涤、干燥获得热塑膨胀微球。
优选地,制备的热塑膨胀微球粒径为1~6 um,发泡温度为90~150℃。这样当加热不燃烧卷烟纸在受热过程中,低沸点的乙醇先发生逐步气化,接着分解温度较低的碳酸氢钠会发生缓慢分解释放出二氧化碳气体,随着加热不燃烧卷烟纸受热时间的延长,受热温度逐步提高,热塑膨胀微球的体积逐渐膨胀,其内包覆的香精会逐步释放出香味物质;当热塑膨胀微球内气体压力足够冲破包覆壳层的束缚时,热塑膨胀微球内的香味物质将会被充分释放出来,从而达到改善吸烟者周边空气环境,改善被动吸烟者的感官感受的作用。
优选地,感温释香层可以以涂布方式施加在纸基层背面;或感温释香层混于胶黏剂中,之后与纸基层和铝箔层粘贴为一体。
本发明还提供一种卷烟,包括过滤嘴和烟支,过滤嘴和烟支通过接装纸结合一体形成卷烟,所述烟支由上述所述的一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸包裹烟草薄片组成。

实施例1

其中,热塑膨胀微球含有以下重量份成分:乙醇80份、香精0.1份、碳酸氢钠0.1份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5份。具体地,热塑膨胀微球按以下步骤制备:
(1)将上述比例的乙醇、香精、碳酸氢钠混合均匀得到含香精和碳酸氢钠的乙醇溶液;
(2)将上述比例的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯加入到步骤(1)中的乙醇溶液中,在65℃搅拌均匀获得均相溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)中的均相溶液在5min内降到5℃,过滤、洗涤、干燥获得热塑膨胀微球。制备的热塑膨胀微球粒径为1~5 um,发泡温度为95℃左右。
实施例2
本发明实施例2提供一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸,包括纸基层、铝箔层和设于中间的感温释香层;感温释香层含有带香精成分的热塑膨胀微球。本实施例的感温释香层混于胶黏剂中,之后与纸基层和铝箔层粘贴为一体。
其中,热塑膨胀微球含有以下重量份成分:乙醇100份、香精2份、碳酸氢钠2份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯2份。具体地,热塑膨胀微球按以下步骤制备:
(1)将上述比例的乙醇、香精、碳酸氢钠混合均匀得到含香精和碳酸氢钠的乙醇溶液;
(2)将上述比例的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯加入到步骤(1)中的乙醇溶液中,在70℃搅拌均匀获得均相溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)中的均相溶液在6min内降到8℃,过滤、洗涤、干燥获得热塑膨胀微球。制备的热塑膨胀微球粒径为1~6 um,发泡温度为110℃左右。
实施例3
本发明实施例3提供一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸,包括纸基层、铝箔层和设于中间的感温释香层;感温释香层含有带香精成分的热塑膨胀微球。本实施例的感温释香层混于胶黏剂中,之后与纸基层和铝箔层粘贴为一体。
其中,热塑膨胀微球含有以下重量份成分:乙醇120份、香精5份、碳酸氢钠10份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份。具体地,热塑膨胀微球按以下步骤制备:
(1)将上述比例的乙醇、香精、碳酸氢钠混合均匀得到含香精和碳酸氢钠的乙醇溶液;
(2)将上述比例的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯加入到步骤(1)中的乙醇溶液中,在70℃搅拌均匀获得均相溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)中的均相溶液在4min内降到10℃,过滤、洗涤、干燥获得热塑膨胀微球。制备的热塑膨胀微球粒径为1~6 um,发泡温度为135℃左右。
实施例4
本发明实施例4提供一种卷烟,包括过滤嘴和烟支,过滤嘴和烟支通过接装纸结合一体形成卷烟,所述烟支由本发明实施例2制备的一种含热膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸包裹烟草薄片组成。本发明实施例4制备的卷烟在300℃加热下的释香速率如图1所示。
从图1中看到,卷烟在受热时间0~30s内,香精累计释放量逐步增加;在30~40s时,香精累计释放量明显提高;之后在40~90s香精累计释放量逐步增加。因为在0~30s内,卷烟纸的感温释香层含的热塑膨胀微球受热温度较低,香精被包覆在热塑膨胀微球的壳层内,随着热塑膨胀微球受热膨胀,香味物质缓慢释放出来;在30~40s时,热塑膨胀微球受热温度逐步提高,其内包覆的乙醇大量气化,且碳酸氢钠分解量进一步提高,热塑膨胀微球内气体冲破壳层的束缚,使得壳层破壁,导致其内包覆的香味物质大量释放出来,释香速率有明显提高。之后在40~90s,卷烟受热温度基本稳定,香味物质逐步释放完全。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述热塑膨胀微球含有以下重量份成分:乙醇80~120份、香精0.1~5份、碳酸氢钠0.1~10份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5~3份。

5.如权利要求4所述的一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述热塑膨胀微球粒径为1~6 um。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述热塑膨胀微球的发泡温度为90~150℃。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述感温释香层可以以涂布方式施加所述纸基层背面;或所述感温释香层混于胶黏剂中,之后与所述纸基层和所述铝箔层粘贴为一体。
8.一种卷烟,其特征在于,包括过滤嘴和烟支,过滤嘴和烟支通过接装纸结合一体形成卷烟,所述烟支由上述权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种含热塑膨胀微球的加热不燃烧卷烟纸包裹烟草薄片组成。
