Background
With the rapid development of the textile industry, the quality requirement of the market on textile fabrics is higher and higher; since the use of textile fabrics is generally used outdoors, there are more stringent requirements for the waterproof and flame retardant properties of textile fabrics.
Common coating fabrics with waterproof and flame-retardant functions in the market at present generally have the waterproof and flame-retardant functions by soaking flame retardants and waterproofing agents in blended yarns, and finally weaving the blended yarns into the fabrics with the waterproof and flame-retardant functions. However, the fabric prepared by the process has insufficient flame retardant and waterproof agent absorption, poor flame-retardant and waterproof effects, heavy smell in the production and use processes, and the blended yarns in the fabric lose the flame-retardant and waterproof performances after being washed for many times.
Therefore, a new coated fabric with waterproof and flame retardant functions needs to be designed, and the fabric has both waterproof performance and flame retardant performance by coating the coating on the fabric, so that the fabric has stable performance and stronger practicability in the using process, and the service life of the fabric is prolonged.

Step S4: a waterproof flame-retardant coating for the surface of a fabric is prepared. The waterproof flame-retardant coating comprises a waterproof layer and a flame-retardant layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, a PVC auxiliary waterproof layer is arranged at the top of the waterproof layer, and white latex is bonded between the waterproof layer and the flame-retardant layer.
The waterproof layer comprises the following materials in formula: 55 parts of organic silicon resin, 5 parts of vinyl trimethoxy silane, 3 parts of cross-linking agent, 19 parts of polyurethane, 5 parts of acrylate, 12 parts of phenolic resin, 15 parts of deionized water and 10 parts of flatting agent. The preparation steps of the waterproof layer comprise: step one, weighing each component based on a formula of a water-proof layer to obtain a raw material; and step two, heating the deionized water to be above 40 ℃, and after heating is finished, adding acrylic ester into the deionized water to dissolve the acrylic ester to obtain a solution A. Pouring the solution A into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 30 min; the phenolic resin, the polyurethane, the vinyl trimethoxy silane and the organic silicon resin are added at the stirring speed of 100rpm for compounding; stirring at a high speed, adding the cross-linking agent and the flatting agent, and stopping stirring after dispersing uniformly; keeping the temperature in the reaction kettle at a certain temperature, discharging the mixture in the reaction kettle, and standing at room temperature for 2 hours after discharging to obtain a finished waterproof layer; when the waterproof layer is prepared, the thickness of the waterproof layer is 1 mm.
The flame-retardant layer comprises a carbon fiber woven layer and at least two flame-retardant coatings, and the flame-retardant coatings are solidified on the carbon fiber woven layer; the flame-retardant coating in the flame-retardant layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of water-soluble polymer adhesive, 12 parts of ethanol, 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 10 parts of flame retardant, 10 parts of surfactant and 5 parts of anti-aging agent.
The preparation method of the flame-retardant coating in the flame-retardant layer comprises the following steps: step one, weighing each component based on the formula of the flame-retardant coating to obtain the raw materials of each component; step two, putting all the raw materials of the components weighed in the step one into a reaction kettle, stirring the materials in the reaction kettle at a high speed, and mixing to obtain a mixture B; and step three, putting the uniformly mixed mixture B into an extruder, and preparing the uniformly mixed material into a primary flame-retardant coating through a single-screw extruder. Uniformly heating the flame-retardant coating by stages, wherein the temperature of the first stage is 50 ℃, the temperature of the second stage is 130 ℃, the temperature of the third stage is 250 ℃, and the temperature of the fourth stage is 250 ℃; cooling at normal temperature; step four, putting the mixture into a vulcanizing box, vulcanizing the mixture in four sections, wherein the vulcanizing temperature of each section is 120 ℃, 150 ℃, 160 ℃ and 200 ℃; and obtaining the finally prepared flame-retardant coating.
Step S5: and (4) uniformly coating the waterproof flame-retardant coating prepared in the step (S4) on the surface of the fabric, steaming the fabric after the coating is finished, cleaning the fabric, airing the fabric, flattening the fabric, and performing hot-pressing treatment on the fabric after the fabric is cleaned.
Step S6: cleaning the fabric prepared in the step S5 through a water washing tank and rolling to dry; and further drying the fabric, and drying and shaping to obtain the coated fabric with the waterproof and flame-retardant functions.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 discloses a coated fabric with waterproof and flame retardant functions, which comprises the following steps:
step S1: waterproof warp yarns in fabrics were prepared.
The preparation method of the waterproof warp yarn comprises the following steps: firstly, weighing prepared materials, and taking a proper amount of bulk fiber and cotton for later use. Removing impurities and decolorizing the loose fibers, moistening the loose fibers, standing the moistened loose fibers at normal temperature for 48 hours, and spraying a waterproof agent on the surfaces of the loose fibers; and mixing the loose fibers with the cotton uniformly to obtain a mixture, and feeding the mixture into a mixer for mechanical mixing to prepare the raw material of the waterproof warp yarn. The raw materials are made into waterproof warp yarns.
Step S2: flame retardant weft yarns in the fabric are prepared.
The preparation method of the flame-retardant weft yarn comprises the following steps: firstly, weighing prepared materials, taking a proper amount of silk fiber and cotton for later use, and soaking the silk fiber in a soaking solution. The silk fiber is soaked in the soaking solution for 3H, and is taken out of the soaking solution after the soaking is finished, so that the liquid carrying rate of the silk fiber is kept at 80%. Naturally drying the silk fibers, and placing the silk fibers into a disc plucker for plucking the fibers; sequentially carrying out cotton condensing and cotton carding processes on the silk fibers subjected to fiber grabbing; and spinning the silk fiber subjected to cotton carding on a roving frame into the flame-retardant weft yarn.
Step S3: the waterproof warp yarns and the flame-retardant weft yarns are alternately woven into the base fabric material of the plain weave fabric in a floating and sinking mode. Subjecting a scrim material to a pretreatment operation, said pretreatment operation comprising: and (2) placing the base cloth material into a boiling and bleaching solution for boiling, naturally cooling the boiled base cloth material, and placing the base cloth material into an impregnation solution for treatment, wherein the impregnation solution comprises a waterproof agent and a flame retardant.
Step S4: a waterproof flame-retardant coating for the surface of a fabric is prepared. The waterproof flame-retardant coating comprises a waterproof layer and a flame-retardant layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, a PVC auxiliary waterproof layer is arranged at the top of the waterproof layer, and white latex is bonded between the waterproof layer and the flame-retardant layer.
The waterproof layer comprises the following materials in formula: 50 parts of organic silicon resin, 3 parts of vinyl trimethoxy silane, 5 parts of cross-linking agent, 19 parts of polyurethane, 3 parts of acrylate, 14 parts of phenolic resin, 15 parts of deionized water and 10 parts of flatting agent. The preparation steps of the waterproof layer comprise: step one, weighing each component based on a formula of a water-proof layer to obtain a raw material; and step two, heating the deionized water to be above 40 ℃, and after heating is finished, adding acrylic ester into the deionized water to dissolve the acrylic ester to obtain a solution A. Pouring the solution A into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 30 min; the phenolic resin, the polyurethane, the vinyl trimethoxy silane and the organic silicon resin are put into the reactor at the stirring speed of 150rpm for compounding; stirring at a high speed, adding the cross-linking agent and the flatting agent, and stopping stirring after dispersing uniformly; keeping the temperature in the reaction kettle at a certain temperature, discharging the mixture in the reaction kettle, and standing at room temperature for 2 hours after discharging to obtain a finished waterproof layer; when the waterproof layer is prepared, the thickness of the waterproof layer is 1 mm.
The flame-retardant layer comprises a carbon fiber woven layer and at least two flame-retardant coatings, and the flame-retardant coatings are solidified on the carbon fiber woven layer; the flame-retardant coating in the flame-retardant layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of water-soluble polymer adhesive, 12 parts of ethanol, 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 10 parts of flame retardant, 10 parts of surfactant and 5 parts of anti-aging agent.

Uniformly heating the flame-retardant coating by stages, wherein the temperature of the first stage is 50 ℃, the temperature of the second stage is 130 ℃, the temperature of the third stage is 250 ℃, and the temperature of the fourth stage is 250 ℃; cooling at normal temperature; step four, putting the mixture into a vulcanizing box, vulcanizing the mixture in four sections, wherein the vulcanizing temperature of each section is 120 ℃, 150 ℃, 160 ℃ and 200 ℃; and obtaining the finally prepared flame-retardant coating.
Step S5: and (4) uniformly coating the waterproof flame-retardant coating prepared in the step (S4) on the surface of the fabric, steaming the fabric after the coating is finished, cleaning the fabric, airing the fabric, flattening the fabric, and performing hot-pressing treatment on the fabric after the fabric is cleaned.
Step S6: cleaning the fabric prepared in the step S5 through a water washing tank and rolling to dry; and further drying the fabric, and drying and shaping to obtain the coated fabric with the waterproof and flame-retardant functions.

Claims (7)
1. A coated fabric with waterproof and flame-retardant functions is characterized by comprising:
step S1: preparing waterproof warp yarns in the fabric;
step S2: preparing flame-retardant weft yarns in the fabric;
step S3: alternately weaving the waterproof warp yarns and the flame-retardant weft yarns into a base fabric material of a plain weave fabric in a sinking and floating manner; subjecting the base fabric material of a scrim to a pretreatment operation comprising: placing the base cloth material in a boiling and bleaching solution for boiling, naturally cooling the boiled base cloth material, and placing the cooled base cloth material in an impregnation solution for treatment, wherein the impregnation solution comprises a waterproof agent and a flame retardant;
step S4: preparing a waterproof flame-retardant coating for the surface of a fabric;
step S5: uniformly coating the waterproof flame-retardant coating prepared in the step S4 on the surface of a fabric, steaming the fabric after the coating is finished, cleaning the fabric, airing the fabric, flattening the fabric after the cleaning, and performing hot-pressing treatment on the fabric after the fabric is flattened;
step S6: washing and roll-drying the fabric prepared in the step S5 through a washing tank; and further drying the fabric, and drying and shaping to obtain the coated fabric with the waterproof and flame-retardant functions.
2. The coated fabric with waterproof and flame-retardant functions of claim 1, wherein in step S1, the waterproof warp yarn is prepared by the following steps: firstly, weighing prepared materials, and taking a proper amount of bulk fiber and cotton for later use; removing impurities and decoloring the loose fibers, moistening the loose fibers, standing the moistened loose fibers at normal temperature for 48 hours, and spraying a waterproof agent on the surfaces of the loose fibers; mixing the loose fibers and the cotton uniformly to obtain a mixture, and feeding the mixture into a mixer for mechanical mixing to prepare a raw material of the waterproof warp yarn; the raw materials are prepared into waterproof warp yarns.
3. The coated fabric with waterproof and flame-retardant functions of claim 2, wherein the flame-retardant weft yarns are prepared in step S2 by the following steps: firstly, weighing prepared materials, taking a proper amount of silk fiber and cotton for later use, and soaking the silk fiber in a soaking solution; the silk fiber impregnating method comprises the following steps that the impregnating solution comprises deionized water, a flame retardant, an emulsifier and a surfactant, the silk fiber is soaked in the impregnating solution for 2.5-3H, the silk fiber is taken out of the impregnating solution after the soaking is finished, and the liquid carrying rate of the silk fiber is kept to be more than 71%; naturally drying the silk fibers, and placing the silk fibers into a disc plucker for plucking the fibers; performing cotton condensation and cotton carding processes on the silk fibers subjected to fiber grabbing in sequence; and spinning the silk fibers subjected to cotton carding on a roving machine to form the flame-retardant weft yarns.

The coated fabric with waterproof and flame-retardant functions of claim 3, wherein the waterproof and flame-retardant coating in step S4 comprises a waterproof layer and a flame-retardant layer sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the waterproof layer is provided with a PVC auxiliary waterproof layer on top, and white latex is bonded between the waterproof layer and the flame-retardant layer.
5. The coated fabric with waterproof and flame-retardant functions of claim 4, wherein the waterproof layer comprises the following materials: 50-65 parts of organic silicon resin, 2-10 parts of vinyl trimethoxy silane, 3-6 parts of a cross-linking agent, 4-19 parts of polyurethane, 2-8 parts of acrylate, 3-14 parts of phenolic resin, 2-15 parts of deionized water and 1-10 parts of a leveling agent; the preparation method of the waterproof layer comprises the following steps: step one, weighing all components based on the formula of the waterproof layer to obtain raw materials; step two, heating the deionized water to be above 40 ℃, and after heating is finished, adding acrylic ester into the deionized water to dissolve the acrylic ester to obtain a solution A; pouring the solution A into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 30 min; adding the phenolic resin, polyurethane, vinyl trimethoxy silane and organic silicon resin at a stirring speed of 50-100 rpm for compounding; stirring at a high speed, adding the cross-linking agent and the flatting agent, and stopping stirring after dispersing uniformly; keeping the temperature in the reaction kettle at a certain temperature, discharging the mixture in the reaction kettle, and standing at room temperature for 2 hours after discharging to obtain a finished waterproof layer; when the waterproof layer is prepared, the thickness of the waterproof layer is 0.5-1.5 mm.
6. The coated waterproof flame-retardant fabric according to claim 5, wherein the flame-retardant layer comprises a carbon fiber woven layer and at least two flame-retardant coating layers, and the flame-retardant coating layers are cured on the carbon fiber woven layer; the flame-retardant coating in the flame-retardant layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of water-soluble polymer adhesive, 3-12 parts of ethanol, 1-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 3-13 parts of flame retardant, 1-12 parts of surfactant and 4-8 parts of anti-aging agent.
7. The coated fabric with waterproof and flame-retardant functions of claim 6, wherein the flame-retardant coating in the flame-retardant layer is prepared by the following method: step one, weighing each component based on the formula of the flame-retardant coating to obtain the raw materials of each component; step two, putting all the raw materials of the components weighed in the step one into a reaction kettle, stirring the materials in the reaction kettle at a high speed, and mixing to obtain a mixture B; putting the uniformly mixed mixture B into an extruder, and preparing the uniformly mixed material into a primary flame-retardant coating through a single-screw extruder; uniformly heating the flame-retardant coating by stages, wherein the temperature of the first stage is 50-75 ℃, the temperature of the second stage is 110-; cooling at normal temperature; step four, putting the mixture into a vulcanizing box, vulcanizing the mixture in four sections, wherein the vulcanizing temperature of each section is 120 ℃, 150 ℃, 160 ℃ and 200 ℃; and obtaining the finally prepared flame-retardant coating.
