(II) preparing an elastic material;
(III) preparing a waterproof material;
(IV) preparing a flame-retardant material;
fifthly, elasticity enhancement treatment of the textile material;
sixthly, waterproof enhancement treatment of the textile material;
(VII) carrying out flame-retardant enhancement treatment on the textile material;
and (eighthly), packaging the finished textile material products and leaving the factory.
3. The process for preparing a new material for high performance textiles according to claim 2, wherein: and (I) putting the textile fabric into a reaction kettle filled with clear water, fully stirring, dehydrating, and air-drying for later use.
4. The process for preparing a new material for high performance textiles according to claim 2, wherein: and (II) putting the pure cotton fibers and the cashmere into a reaction kettle, adding an adhesive and a stabilizer, fully reacting, and standing for later use.

The process for preparing a new material for high performance textiles according to claim 2, wherein: in the step (III), polyurethane waterproof paint is selected, and specifically, isocyanate group-containing prepolymer is prepared by addition polymerization of isocyanate, polyether and the like, and various auxiliaries are added to the prepolymer and mixed to prepare the single-component polyurethane waterproof paint.
