Preferably, in the step (one), the textile fabric is put into a reaction kettle filled with clear water, and after being fully stirred, the textile fabric is dehydrated and air-dried for standby.
Preferably, in the step (two), the pure cotton fibers and the cashmere are put into a reaction kettle, then the adhesive and the stabilizer are added, and the mixture is placed for standby after full reaction.
Preferably, in the step (III), polyurethane waterproof paint is selected, and specifically, isocyanate group-containing prepolymer is prepared by addition polymerization of isocyanate, polyether and the like, and various auxiliaries are added to the prepolymer and mixed to prepare the single-component polyurethane waterproof paint.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the novel high-performance textile material can ensure that the novel high-performance textile material is not burnt in case of fire by adding the flame-retardant material made of the inorganic non-halogen material, and the combustion range is not aggravated or enlarged.
2. The new high-performance textile material is added with polyurethane waterproof paint, so that the waterproof performance of the textile material is improved, and the cloth of the inner layer can be prevented from being soaked.
3. The high-performance new textile material improves the elasticity of the textile material and can improve the comfort level of the material by adding the elastic material.

A preparation process of a new high-performance textile material comprises the steps of material pretreatment, elastic layer preparation, waterproof layer preparation, flame retardant layer preparation, finished product packaging and the like, and specifically comprises the following steps:
pretreating textile materials;
(II) preparing an elastic material;
(III) preparing a waterproof material;
(IV) preparing a flame-retardant material;
fifthly, elasticity enhancement treatment of the textile material;
sixthly, waterproof enhancement treatment of the textile material;
(VII) carrying out flame-retardant enhancement treatment on the textile material;
and (eighthly), packaging the finished textile material products and leaving the factory.
Putting textile fabric into a reaction kettle filled with clear water, fully stirring, dewatering, air-drying, putting pure cotton fibers and cashmere into the reaction kettle for later use, adding an adhesive and a stabilizer, fully reacting, standing for later use, flatly laying the cleaned and dried textile material on the surface of a processing lathe, then coating the adhesive on the surface of the textile material, then placing an elastic material on the surface of the textile material, and pressing to ensure that the elastic material is adhered on the surface of the textile material, thereby enhancing the elasticity of the textile material.
By adding the elastic material, the elasticity of the textile material is improved, and the comfort level of the material can be improved.

The preparation method comprises the steps of putting the textile fabric into a reaction kettle filled with clear water, fully stirring, dehydrating, air-drying for later use, selecting polyurethane waterproof paint, specifically, preparing isocyanate-group-containing prepolymer through addition polymerization reaction of isocyanate, polyether and the like, mixing with various auxiliaries to prepare the single-component polyurethane waterproof paint, and bonding the waterproof material on the surface of the elastic material.
By adding polyurethane waterproof paint, the waterproof performance of the textile material is improved, and the cloth of the inner layer can be prevented from being soaked.

Putting the textile fabric into a reaction kettle filled with clear water, fully stirring, dehydrating, air-drying for later use, selecting inorganic non-halogen materials such as antimony trioxide, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide and the like, and bonding the prepared flame retardant material on the surface of the elastic material.
By adding the flame retardant material made of inorganic non-halogen materials, the flame retardant material can ensure that the flame retardant material is not burnt when in fire, and the combustion range is not aggravated and expanded.

(III) preparing a waterproof material;
(IV) preparing a flame-retardant material;
fifthly, elasticity enhancement treatment of the textile material;
sixthly, waterproof enhancement treatment of the textile material;
(VII) carrying out flame-retardant enhancement treatment on the textile material;
and (eighthly), packaging the finished textile material products and leaving the factory.
3. The process for preparing a new material for high performance textiles according to claim 2, wherein: and (I) putting the textile fabric into a reaction kettle filled with clear water, fully stirring, dehydrating, and air-drying for later use.
4. The process for preparing a new material for high performance textiles according to claim 2, wherein: and (II) putting the pure cotton fibers and the cashmere into a reaction kettle, adding an adhesive and a stabilizer, fully reacting, and standing for later use.

The process for preparing a new material for high performance textiles according to claim 2, wherein: in the step (III), polyurethane waterproof paint is selected, and specifically, isocyanate group-containing prepolymer is prepared by addition polymerization of isocyanate, polyether and the like, and various auxiliaries are added to the prepolymer and mixed to prepare the single-component polyurethane waterproof paint.
