本发明属于化学清洗剂制备技术领域,涉及一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,以及洗衣机清洗剂的制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣机经过长时间的使用,内筒和外筒上均会附着一层结实的黄色或黑色污垢,甚至霉斑,其主要来自自来水里的钙离子和碳酸钙组成的水垢;洗涤剂的游离物;衣物的纤维素;人体的有机物质;衣物带入的灰尘与细菌及其他物质。这些污垢在清洗洗衣物时将污染二次传播给人体,威胁人们的健康,所以对洗衣机夹层定期进行抗菌消毒防霉处理十分必要。
现有的洗衣机清洗剂制备方法比较复杂,洗衣机清洗剂无防霉功效,其中的去菌遗留物质无法完全被环境净化;目前市面上关于洗衣机槽的清洗剂的种类多,清洗效果并不彻底,需要反复进行清洗才能达到所需洁净度。
五倍子适宜生长在温暖湿润的山区和丘陵,五倍子的主要成分为单宁酸,是提取没食子酸的主要原料。五倍子在生产过程一般会产生大量棕黄色废液,每生产1吨没食子酸约产生4.5吨废液,主要是结晶后形成的母液,含有1.2%左右的没食子酸,6%左右的氯化钠,6%左右的葡萄糖,还有含有0.3%左右的单宁酸、鞣花酸等,没食子酸对人体的毒性极小,但如果将这些废液直接外排,不仅污染环境,而且会损失没食子酸。因此,如何利用该母液成了一种亟待解决的技术问题。
因此,急需一种无毒安全、易分解、无需反复冲洗且容易制备的的洗衣机清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂及制备方法,洗衣机清洗剂无毒安全、容易分解、无需反复冲洗,去垢去污能力强,而且制备方法相对简单,成本相对较低。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,所述洗衣机清洗剂包括过碳酸盐25-45份、壬酰基苯酯磺酸盐2-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-15份、异构脂肪醇烷氧基化物1-4份;非离子表面活性剂1-8份、螯合剂1-8份、香精0.5-5份、活性酶5-14份、五倍子加工液5-20份、金属材料保护剂6-15份、洗涤助剂10-30份、PH调节剂2-18份。
进一步的,五倍子加工液制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,取没食子酸母液加入NaOH或CaO搅拌,调至PH为7.2~8.5,离心沉降、过滤;
S2,将S1中的碱性母液打入静置一段时间后,得到分层母液;将分层的上层母液经滤布进行过滤后得到清液;
S3,加入过量过氧化氢溶液,搅拌均匀后,静置10~30天;
S4,取上层清液中加入氯化钠,滤液超滤、保留滤液即为五倍子加工液。
进一步的,所述螯合剂为磷酸盐、氨基羧酸、1,3-二酮、羟基羧酸、多胺中一种或者几种。

本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明中各组分无毒安全、尤其是处理后的五倍子加工液容易分解、无需反复冲洗,成本相对较低。
2、本发明中五倍子加工液中包含单宁酸与没食子酸,与碳酸盐混合共同作用后,除垢的溶解能力更强;碳酸盐除垢时使污垢分散开来,增加了污垢与清洗剂的接触面积和接触时间,使杀菌过程由表及里,与五倍子加工液共同作用,具有良好的灭菌效果。
3、本发明中的五倍子加工液不但起到杀菌作用还能与金属材料保护剂协同作用,防止洗衣机内筒内金属过腐蚀,保护洗衣机内筒金属材料不被腐蚀损坏。
4、本发明洗衣机清洗剂的制备成本低廉,制作工艺简单,而且有效提高清洗效果,清洗速度快,清洗效果好,清洗完成后只需进行一次清水冲洗即可完全将清洗剂清除,残留少。

一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,所述洗衣机清洗剂包括过碳酸盐25-45份、壬酰基苯酯磺酸盐2-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-15份、异构脂肪醇烷氧基化物1-4份;非离子表面活性剂1-8份、螯合剂1-8份、香精0.5-5份、活性酶5-14份、五倍子加工液5-20份、金属材料保护剂6-15份、洗涤助剂10-30份、PH调节剂2-18份。
优选的,五倍子加工液制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,取没食子酸母液加入NaOH或CaO搅拌,调至PH为7.2~8.5,离心沉降、过滤;
S2,将S1中的碱性母液打入静置一段时间后,得到分层母液;将分层的上层母液经滤布进行过滤后得到清液;
S3,加入过量过氧化氢溶液,搅拌均匀后,静置10~30天;
S4,取上层清液中加入氯化钠,滤液超滤、保留滤液即为五倍子加工液。
优选的,所述螯合剂为磷酸盐、氨基羧酸、1,3-二酮、羟基羧酸、多胺中一种或者几种。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂包括椰油基葡糖苷。

第四步、当温度升到85~100℃加入香精,并继续搅拌10-20min;

S1,取没食子酸母液加入NaOH搅拌,调至PH为7.2,离心沉降、过滤;

一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,所述洗衣机清洗剂包括过碳酸盐45份、壬酰基苯酯磺酸盐15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份、异构脂肪醇烷氧基化物4份;非离子表面活性剂8份、螯合剂8份、香精5份、活性酶14份、五倍子加工液18份、金属材料保护剂15份、洗涤助剂30份、PH调节剂18份。
五倍子加工液制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,取没食子酸母液加入CaO搅拌,调至PH为8.5,离心沉降、过滤;
S2,将S1中的碱性母液打入静置一段时间后,得到分层母液;将分层的上层母液经滤布进行过滤后得到清液;
S3,加入过量过氧化氢溶液,搅拌均匀后,静置30天;
S4,取上层清液中加入氯化钠,滤液超滤、保留滤液即为五倍子加工液。

第四步、当温度升到100℃加入香精,并继续搅拌20min;
第五步、当温度降到60℃加入活性酶和PH调节剂,继续搅拌,关闭反应釜,密闭静置反应物,得成品。
实施例3
一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,所述洗衣机清洗剂包括过碳酸盐35份、壬酰基苯酯磺酸盐10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、异构脂肪醇烷氧基化物3份;非离子表面活性剂6份、螯合剂5份、香精3份、活性酶10份、五倍子加工液20份、金属材料保护剂8份、洗涤助剂18份、PH调节剂16份。
五倍子加工液制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,取没食子酸母液加入NaOH搅拌,调至PH为8,离心沉降、过滤;
S2,将S1中的碱性母液打入静置一段时间后,得到分层母液;将分层的上层母液经滤布进行过滤后得到清液;
S3,加入过量过氧化氢溶液,搅拌均匀后,静置18天;
S4,取上层清液中加入氯化钠,滤液超滤、保留滤液即为五倍子加工液。

第二步、将碳酸盐、壬酰基苯酯磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异构脂肪醇烷氧基化物;非离子表面活性剂、螯合剂、五倍子加工液和去离子水放入反应釜中,在30℃下搅拌并振荡20min;
第三步、当温度升到70℃加入金属材料保护剂、洗涤助剂,并继续搅拌30min;
第四步、当温度升到90℃加入香精,并继续搅拌15min;
第五步、当温度降到50℃加入活性酶和PH调节剂,继续搅拌,关闭反应釜,密闭静置反应物,得成品。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别:没有添加实施例1中的五倍子加工液,其他同实施例1。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在:没有添加实施例1中的碳酸盐,其他同实施例1。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别:没有添加实施例1中的金属材料保护剂,其他同实施例1。
洗衣机清洗剂清洗试验
分别将采用实验例和对比例中制得的洗衣机清洗剂与市售某品牌清洗剂的性能,放于使用3个月的同种洗衣机中进行清洗测试,每组洗衣机为8个,测量取平均值,测试结果见下表:
由上表可知,本发明的洗衣机清洗剂对洗衣机内筒和外筒进行清洗后的污垢残留率在0.005%-0.0036%,工件的光泽度变化均小于或等于0.25%,采用本发明清洗后的工件几乎没有污垢残留且工件的光泽度几乎没有变化,采用其清洗后的工件能延长使用寿命。
分别将采用实施例中制得的洗衣机清洗剂进行检测,其检测结果见下表:
外观 无色或浅蓝色透明液体,无刺激性气味。
材料相容性试验 对不锈钢、塑料无影响。
PH 6.5-7.5
有毒有害性检测 无毒、无害、无刺激反应
生物降解性 30天后,生物降解率达100%。
由上表可知,本发明能完全溶解、无残留、泡沫低和易漂洗,其不但不含有有害物质,绿色环保、无毒和无公害,其还对人体的健康无影响和对环境的排放无污染,其特别适合对洗衣机的清洗,其对生物的降解率能达到100%。

1.一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,其特征在于,所述洗衣机清洗剂包括过碳酸盐25-45份、壬酰基苯酯磺酸盐2-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-15份、异构脂肪醇烷氧基化物1-4份;非离子表面活性剂1-8份、螯合剂1-8份、香精0.5-5份、活性酶5-14份、五倍子加工液5-20份、金属材料保护剂6-15份、洗涤助剂10-30份、PH调节剂2-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,其特征在于,五倍子加工液制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,取没食子酸母液加入NaOH或CaO搅拌,调至PH为7.2~8.5,离心沉降、过滤;
S2,将S1中的碱性母液打入静置一段时间后,得到分层母液;将分层的上层母液经滤布进行过滤后得到清液;
S3,加入过量过氧化氢溶液,搅拌均匀后,静置10~30天;
S4,取上层清液中加入氯化钠,滤液超滤、保留滤液即为五倍子加工液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,其特征在于:所述螯合剂为磷酸盐、氨基羧酸、1,3-二酮、羟基羧酸、多胺中一种或者几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂包括椰油基葡糖苷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,其特征在于,所述活性酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、复合酶的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,其特征在于,所述金属材料保护剂包括改性水性丙烯酸乳液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,其特征在于,所述PH调节剂包括酒石酸、柠檬酸、氨基磺酸、富马酸中的至少一种;所述洗涤助剂包括硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠、丙烯酸聚合物、柠檬酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂,其特征在于,所述活性酶与所述五倍子加工液的重量比例为1:1-2。
9.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种强效杀菌洗衣机清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
第一步、按照上述重量份数称取各原料,并称取去离子水30-50份;
第二步、将碳酸盐、壬酰基苯酯磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异构脂肪醇烷氧基化物;非离子表面活性剂、螯合剂、五倍子加工液和去离子水放入反应釜中,在10~50℃下搅拌并振荡10~30min;
第三步、当温度升到60~80℃加入金属材料保护剂、洗涤助剂,并继续搅拌10-40min;
第四步、当温度升到85~100℃加入香精,并继续搅拌10-20min;
第五步、当温度降到40~60℃加入活性酶和PH调节剂,继续搅拌,关闭反应釜,密闭静置反应物,得成品。
