本发明公开了一种洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂及其制备方法,按重量计,洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂由以下组份组成:碱性无机清洗剂22~41%,氧化漂白剂20~30%,助洗剂10~20%,表面活性剂5~10%,酶稳定剂1~5%,金属缓蚀保护剂2~10%,氧化漂白活化剂1~5%,复合酶制剂1~5%,硬水螯合剂1~5%,抗污垢再沉积剂1~5%。本发明的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂用于清洗洗衣机洗衣槽时,复合酶制剂与表面活性剂及各种助剂协同作用,快速去除洗衣槽里的各种顽固污渍,清洗效果好,溶解速度快,清洗后不残留,感观效果强热,不产生新污渍及不利于后续工序的物质,对洗衣机基本无腐蚀,同时,具有除菌、除螨、除异味的功能。

本发明属于洗涤剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,我国洗衣机市场普及程度已经超过了80%,其中城镇市场已经超过了96%,农村市场也已经超过了53%;随着国家开展家电下乡、扩大内需的政策,洗衣机企业将目光均投向了拥有较大消费潜力的农村市场。未来几年,我国洗衣机市场需求增长空间将主要来自于:以城镇化和农村市场为主的首次需求,以及以城镇市场消费升级为主的更新需求;整个洗衣机市场需求在未来几年将继续保持温和增长态势。洗衣机已经成为人们日常生活的主要家用电器,使用非常普遍。人们习惯普遍都认为,洗衣机经常用来洗涤衣物,它本身一定是很干净的,因而不用对洗衣机本身进行清洁和消毒处理。但事实上,新洗衣机使用半年以上时洗衣机槽面(洗衣机桶的外层内壁表面和洗衣机内层外壁表面)会产生附着于表面的污垢膜,该膜来自于穿着后衣物表面的尘埃和人体表皮剥脱物。这些富含蛋白质,细菌,真菌和藻类等污垢物沉淀并附着于洗衣机槽面,日积月累不断加厚并散发出异味,使衣物在洗涤时受到细菌的污染,让洗衣机变成了污染源。这种附着于表面的污垢膜在洗衣机的洗涤过程是难于去掉的。通过对旧洗衣机的调查发现,打开洗衣机内桶的底盘,看到夹层里面的污垢十分严重,涡轮盘底部的表面污垢也相当多,而一般的用户是不会去拆卸这些部件作彻底的清洗,拆解清洗更是费时费力。
为了去除洗衣机槽面的污垢膜,市场上出现了形色各异洗衣机槽清洗剂。目前市面上各种品牌的洗衣机槽清洗剂有数十种,其主要功能是以氧化消毒为主,亦达到了一定的效果。据专家检测,洗衣机细菌超标率高达81.3%,洗衣机夹层的细菌量堪比下水道污垢,会在设备、设施等各种物体表面很难清除得掉。综上所述,开发一种清洗效果优良且对人体和环境友好的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂已成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂及其制备方法,所述洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂用于清洗洗衣机洗衣槽时,洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂中的各组份协同作用,特别是复合酶制剂与表面活性剂及各种助剂的协同作用,能够快速去除洗衣机的洗衣槽里的各种顽固污渍,清洗效果好,溶解速度快,清洗后不在清洗对象表面残留下不溶物,不产生新污渍,感观效果强热,不形成不利于后续工序的物质,对洗衣机基本无腐蚀,同时,还具有除菌、除螨、除异味的功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂,按重量计,所述洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂由以下组份组成:
碱性无机清洗剂22~41%;氧化漂白剂20~30%;

更优选地,所述硬水螯合剂为甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠。甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠是一种新型螯合剂,使用安全,不产生任何对人体有害的物质,生物降解性好,对无机沉淀物有较高的溶解性能,可以有效螯合钙、镁离子。甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠的加入,可以有效增强产品的去污力,通过对无机盐污垢的溶解、螯合、分散等作用,以及与表面活性剂、氧化漂白剂的协同作用,可进一步强化产品的去污除垢和杀菌效果。
优选地,所述抗污垢再沉积剂为羧甲基纤维素、丙烯酸钠均聚物、马来酸-丙烯酸钠共聚物中的一种。
更优选地,所述抗污垢再沉积剂为马来酸-丙烯酸钠共聚物。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种所述洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将碱性无机清洗剂、氧化漂白剂、助洗剂、表面活性剂、酶稳定剂、金属缓蚀保护剂、氧化漂白活化剂、硬水螯合剂、抗污垢再沉积剂分别烘干后搅拌混合均匀,得A粉;
(2)将复合酶制剂低温冻干脱水,得B粉;
(3)将A粉、B粉混合,搅拌均匀,粉粒过20~60目筛,即制得所述洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂。
本发明的有益效果是:针对现有洗衣机槽清洗剂难以将洗衣机夹层的污垢清除的情况,本发明的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂主要由安全、环保、高效、无毒无害的成分组成,在清洗洗衣机的洗衣槽时,各组份协同作用,洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂中的氧化漂白剂在氧化漂白活化剂的活化下,在较低温度条件下释放出活性氧,发挥出去污漂白作用;同时,复合酶中各种生物酶分解洗衣槽内的各种污渍,在较低温度下也有利于复合酶的分解作用,表面活性剂协同氧化漂白剂且在各种助剂的协同作用下,将洗衣槽内的各种顽固污渍以及生物酶分解后的产物快速去除,清洗效果好,溶解速度快,清洗后不在清洗对象表面残留下不溶物,不产生新污渍,感观效果强热,不形成不利于后续工序的物质,对洗衣机基本无腐蚀;另外,复合酶中的除菌酶协同氧化漂白剂释放出的活性氧,产生更强的杀菌去污能力,能有效杀灭有害细菌,除螨、除异味,避免衣物的二次污染。
本发明的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂同现有市售洗衣机槽清洁剂比较,去污及消毒、杀菌效果显著,经过试验证明,能够显著的去除杀死洗衣机洗衣槽上的各种病原菌,清洗快捷方便、洁净能力强。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
按照表1配方,称取各原料,配制实施例1洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗泡剂,其制备方法是:将碳酸钠、过碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、硼砂、五水偏硅酸钠、四乙酰乙二胺、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、马来酸-丙烯酸钠共聚物分别烘干后混合搅拌均匀,得A粉;将由脂肪酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶、过氧化氢酶和溶菌酶组成的复合酶制剂低温冻干脱水,得B粉;将A粉、B粉混合,搅拌均匀,粉粒过20~60目筛;抽取样品并按质量标准进行检验,检验合格即可制得本发明洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂产品。

实施例7
将上述实施例制得的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂与市售品牌洗衣机槽清洁剂进行细菌定量杀灭试验、去污力试验及耐腐蚀性测试对比。
市售品牌1:威露士洗衣机槽清洁剂;市售品牌2:家安洗衣机槽清洁剂。
1、细菌定量杀灭试验,参照卫生部《消毒技术规范》中的要求进行测试。试验菌种为洗衣机槽中常见的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和白色念珠菌。洗衣机槽生物酶除菌清洗剂的杀灭率是在以下条件下测试的:测试液浓度为10.0%,作用时间1小时。
表7 杀菌率试验结果
由表7可知,本发明的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭效果都超过市售品牌,尤其是绿脓杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭效果,远远超过市售品牌1和市售品牌2。
2、去污力的测定及评价按QB/T 4348-2012厨房油垢清洗剂的方法进行,将标准人工污垢均匀涂敷在不锈钢试片上,用洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂产品配制成10.0%的水溶液,按QB/T 4348-2012厨房油垢清洗剂附录A方法进行洗涤,测量污垢的去除百分率。
表8 去污力的测试结果
由表8可知,本发明的洗衣机槽生物酶除菌清洗剂的去污力都远超过市售品牌1和市售品牌2。
3、耐腐蚀性测试参照卫生部《消毒技术规范》2008版3.4消毒剂对金属腐蚀性的测定要求进行。将金属片在有表面活性作用的清洁剂中浸泡10分钟,充分去油,洗净;亦可用氧化镁糊剂涂抹除油后洗净;以120号粒度水砂纸磨去金属片两面和周边表面的氧化层,再用自来水冲净。测量片的直径、厚度、孔径(精确至0.1毫米)。用无水丙酮或无水乙醇再次脱脂。置 50℃恒温培养箱中干燥1小时,待其温度降至室温后称重(每金属片待天平回零后称重3次,精确至0.1毫克,取其平均值作为试验前重量)。称重时,应戴洁净手套,勿以手直接接触样片。
配制10.0%的试样溶液,用以浸泡试验样片,浸泡时,每一金属片需浸泡在 200毫升试验液中。一次性浸泡1小时,浸泡到规定时间后,取出金属片,先用自来水冲洗,洗净后放入50℃恒温培养箱中干燥1小时。用镊子夹取,待其温度降至室温后分别在天平上称重。天平回零后称3 次,以其平均值作为试验后重量。称重时,与试验前相同,应戴洁净手套,勿以手直接接触样片(下同)。
试验的全过程应同时设不锈钢片浸泡蒸馏水的对照。
试验结果,观察与纪录金属片颜色变化,并以金属腐蚀速率(R,腐蚀性分级指标)平均值表达。

由表10可知,本发明的洗衣机槽生物酶除菌清洗剂对铜和不锈钢基本无腐蚀,因此,用于清洗洗衣机洗衣槽时,对洗衣机基本无腐蚀;市售品牌1对铜有轻度腐蚀,市售品牌2对铜和不锈钢都有轻度腐蚀,因此,现有市售品牌洗衣机槽清洁剂清洗洗衣机洗衣槽时,对洗衣机有一定程度的腐蚀。
本领域技术人员不脱离本发明的实质和精神,可以有多种变形方案实现本发明,以上所述仅为本发明较佳可行的实施例而已,并非因此局限本发明的权利范围,凡运用本发明说明书所作的等效结构变化,均包含于本发明的权利范围之内。
Claims (12)
1.一种洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂,其特征在于,按重量计,所述洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂由以下组份组成:
碱性无机清洗剂22~41%;氧化漂白剂20~30%;
助洗剂10~20%;表面活性剂5~10%;
酶稳定剂1~5%;金属缓蚀保护剂2~10%;
氧化漂白活化剂1~5%;复合酶制剂1~5%;
硬水螯合剂1~5%;抗污垢再沉积剂1~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣槽生物除菌酶清洗剂,其特征在于,所述碱性无机清洗剂为碳酸钠、碳酸钾中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣槽生物除菌酶清洗剂,其特征在于,所述氧化漂白剂为过碳酸钠、过硼酸钠、过硫酸钠、过碳酸钾、过硼酸钾、过硫酸钾中的一种或两种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述助洗剂为碳酸氢钠、三聚磷酸钠中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠中的一种或两种以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述酶稳定剂为山梨酸钾、硼砂中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述金属缓蚀保护剂为五水偏硅酸钠、无水偏硅酸钠中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述氧化漂白活化剂为四乙酰乙二胺、壬酰基苯酯磺酸盐、癸酰基苯酯磺酸盐、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的衣物生物酶除菌清洗泡腾片,其特征在于,所述复合酶为脂肪酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶、半纤维素酶、过氧化氢酶、溶菌酶中的两种或两种以上。
10.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述硬水螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、柠檬酸钠、氮川三乙酸三钠盐中的一种。
11.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抗污垢再沉积剂为羧甲基纤维素、丙烯酸钠均聚物、马来酸-丙烯酸钠共聚物中的一种。
12.权利要求1~11任一项所述的洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将碱性无机清洗剂、氧化漂白剂、助洗剂、表面活性剂、酶稳定剂、金属缓蚀保护剂、氧化漂白活化剂、硬水螯合剂、抗污垢再沉积剂分别烘干后搅拌混合均匀,得A粉;
(2)将复合酶制剂经温冻干脱水,得B粉;
(3)将A粉、B粉混合,搅拌均匀,粉粒过20~60目筛,即制得所述洗衣槽生物酶除菌清洗剂。
