Abstract
The invention provides a high-vividness pigment violet, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 11: 132-35% of basic violet; 1-2% of glacial acetic acid; 1-2% of trisodium phosphate; 33-37% of sodium tungstate; 10-13% of sodium molybdate; 1-2% of pigment auxiliary agent; 14-17% of hydrochloric acid. The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-vividness pigment violet. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of light fastness, good light fastness and high brilliance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pigments, in particular to a high-vividness pigment violet and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pigment is used as a dyeing material with wide application, is mainly applied to industries such as coating, printing and dyeing, plastic products, papermaking, rubber products, ceramics and the like, and continuously expands the demand on the pigment along with the rapid development of downstream industries.
The conventional pigment violet is applied in a large number of industries, and with the development of the technology, the pigment needs to meet the conventional color requirements and also needs to ensure the characteristics of light fastness, good light fastness and high vividness, and the conventional pigment violet is deficient in the aspects or cannot achieve the purpose of compatibility.

Further, the high vividness pigment violet comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 133% of basic violet 11; 2% of glacial acetic acid; 2% of trisodium phosphate; 35% of sodium tungstate; 11% of sodium molybdate; 2% of pigment auxiliary agent; 15% of hydrochloric acid.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the above high vividness pigment violet, comprising the steps of:
1) dissolving basic violet 11:1 in water at 80-90 deg.C;
2) dissolving sodium tungstate, sodium molybdate and trisodium phosphate;
3) adding the solution dissolved in the step 2) into the basic violet 11:1 dissolved in the step 1);
4) adding the rest components, completing the reaction, rinsing, drying and crushing the materials in sequence.
Further, in the step 1), the water temperature was 85 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the high-brilliance pigment violet and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages of light fastness, good light fastness and high brilliance.

5. A process for the preparation of a high vividness pigment violet according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
1) dissolving basic violet 11:1 in water at 80-90 deg.C;
2) dissolving sodium tungstate, sodium molybdate and trisodium phosphate;
3) adding the solution dissolved in the step 2) into the basic violet 11:1 dissolved in the step 1);
4) adding the rest components, completing the reaction, rinsing, drying and crushing the materials in sequence.
6. The process according to claim 5, wherein in step 1), the water temperature is 85 ℃.
