Also for welded workpieces, cooling treatment is often required in order to enable the workpieces to be cooled rapidly. The protection air gun is connected with the connecting plate through the jacket, the protection air gun can rotate around the vertical direction, and the rotating range is within 30 degrees of an included angle with the vertical direction.
The invention has the beneficial effects

The laser welding device for the domestic novel SPCC cold-rolled carbon steel 1.5mm sheet is shown in figure 1 and comprises the following components: air conditioner 2, cold-air duct 3, protection air gun 4, laser head 8, connecting device and gas flow governing system, wherein gas flow governing system includes controller 1 and temperature sensor 9, temperature sensor 9 sets up and gathers the temperature parameter on welding workpiece 10, controller 1 signal input part connects in temperature sensor 9 signal output part, controller 1's signal output part connects in the signal input part of air conditioner 2, air conditioner 2 passes through cold-air duct 3 with protection air gun 4 and is connected, air conditioner 2 discharges through liquid nitrogen cooling's argon gas and passes through cold-air duct 3 and carry to protection air gun 4, protection air gun 4 passes through connecting device and is connected with laser head 8, wherein connecting device includes arc slide rail 5, press from both sides cover 6 and connecting plate 7, connecting plate 7 passes through the bolt fastening on the left side of laser head 8 shell, arc slide rail 5 and clamp cover 6 are fixed in the connecting plate.
The working parameters are as follows: the laser welding power is 3000W, the defocusing amount is +1mm, the corresponding spot diameter is 1.5mm, and the initial protective gas velocity is 5L/mm.
The shielding gas used in the specific embodiment is argon, the air hole of the shielding gas gun 4 is set to be cylindrical, and the symmetrical axis of the cylindrical air hole is against the forming direction of the welding seam and forms an included angle of 45 degrees with the vertical direction.
In the specific embodiment, the protective air gun is adjusted to normally blow out argon, the space positions of the laser head and the protective air gun are adjusted according to the actual requirements of protecting and cooling the weld joint, so that the protective air gun is aligned to weld joint metal at the rear part of a molten pool, and the distance from a light spot is 3 mm.
In the actual welding process, the continuous heat input of the laser welding causes the cooling speed of the welding seam to be changed continuously. Therefore, the temperature sensor 9 is arranged to monitor the welding seam temperature and the joint temperature of the high-temperature creep area in real time, and feed back the monitoring result to the controller 1 to regulate and control the power of the air cooler and the flow of the protective gas in real time, so that the welding deformation is reduced.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the temperature of the front end of a welding molten pool and the temperature of a high-temperature creep zone at the rear end are respectively monitored in real time according to a left temperature sensor and a right temperature sensor which are positioned on a workpiece to be welded, the position of a shielding gas gun and the shielding gas speed are adjusted in real time by comparing the difference value with an original set value, when the temperature of the front end of the molten pool is higher, the shielding gas speed is properly increased, the power of an air conditioner is increased, and otherwise, the shielding gas speed is properly reduced; when the temperature of the rear-end high-temperature creep zone is lower, the speed of the shielding gas is properly reduced, the distance between the gas outlet hole of the shielding gas gun and the welding position is reduced, and otherwise, the distance is properly increased.
The adjusting range of the speed of the protective gas is 0.6-1.2 times of the speed of the initial welding gas, and the adjusting range of the distance between the protective gas gun and the light spot is 0.6-1.2 times of the initial welding distance.
