Abstract
本发明公开了一种可负载纳米活性组分的美白祛斑美容仪及其负载的纳米活性组分的制备方法,两者即可单独使用发挥作用又可配合使用起到协同作用;纳米活性组分中VC、虾青素和微量元素可刺激黑色素分泌,水杨酸可促进角质层代谢排出黑色素,熊果苷、谷胱甘肽、传明酸、维生素C衍生物、甘草提取物、表皮细胞生长因子、胶原蛋白及siRNA小核酸可修复黑色素受损的细胞以及抑制黑色素生成,达到良好的美白祛斑效果,并且可修复受损细胞,从根源上美白祛斑不再复发;美白祛斑美容仪具有发射不同波长的光以及微型按摩的作用,将纳米活性组分负载在美白祛斑美容仪上配合使用,两者之间协同作用,达到更优良的美白祛斑修复效果,具有很高的推广应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品生产技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种可负载活性组分的美白祛斑美容仪及其负载的活性组分的制备方法。
背景技术
因皮肤内色素增多而使皮肤上出现和周围颜色不同的斑点,称之为色斑,长期以来一直是困扰人类皮肤的一大问题。色斑包括雀斑、晒斑、黑斑、黄褐斑和老年斑等,属色素障碍性皮肤病。紫外线照射、睡眠时间不稳定、电脑辐射、激素分泌失调、滥用化妆品、化妆品使用不当、环境污染等均可能引起皮肤表面色素异常沉着而形成色斑。
目前市场上美白祛斑类产品琳琅满目,种类繁多,剂型有美白祛斑霜、美白祛斑乳、美白祛斑精华等等,同时高、中、低档产品应有尽有,几乎可以满足各层次消费者的需要,再加上亚洲女性对肌肤美白方面“一白遮百丑”的诉求,美白祛斑类化妆品很受消费者欢迎。但由于化妆品市场欠缺有效规范的监管,再加上有些无良商家惟利是图,美白化妆品市场也是良莠不齐,乱像层生;市场上不乏往配方中添加铅、汞类重金属元素的祛斑化妆品,也不乏添加糖皮质激素的快速美白化妆品,这些添加违禁成分的化妆品长期使用不仅不能达到美白祛斑的目的,甚至严重损伤正常细胞或造成激素代谢紊乱,形成脸部黑斑或激素脸,从而美容变成了毁容。而大部分常规美白祛斑化妆品,不管价格高低,其效果总是不尽人意,究其原因,主要存在如下缺陷:渗透力不足,无法渗透到皮肤基底层抑制黑色素形成,只停留角质层祛斑,并且皮肤吸收的营养物质少,大多数营养物质均浪费;选取的美白祛斑原料成分单一;选取的美白祛斑原料组合不合理,协同效果差,不仅不能起到增效的作用,甚至可能彼此消弭,弱化各组分单独作用时功效。上述问题大大限制了美白产品的应用及效果。
结合上述问题,如何提供一种具有高吸收率且安全高效的具有协同增效作用的美白祛斑产品,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种可负载纳米活性组分的美白祛斑美容仪及其负载的纳米活性组分的制备方法,两者之间协同增效,达到从根源上美白祛斑的效果,且安全无副作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种美白祛斑美容仪,包括:面罩结构、护眼装置和控制器;
所述面罩结构包括由外至里依次匹配连接的具有脸部轮廓型的表面层、电路层、柔性透明层和柔性透明载体层;
所述电路层上连接有若干个间隔布置的贴片发光二极管和微型按摩器;
所述护眼装置设置于所述面罩结构眼部,所述护眼装置的厚度大于所述面罩结构的厚度,且所述护眼装置的一面与所述表面层齐平,所述护眼装置的另一面为柔性材料制成;
所述控制器包括第一控制旋钮与第二控制旋钮,所述控制器通过导线与所述电路层连接。
优选的,所述柔性透明层与所述柔性透明载体层靠近的一面边缘设置有凹槽,所述柔性透明载体层与所述柔性透明层靠近的一面边缘设置有与所述凹槽匹配的凸缘,所述柔性透明层与所述柔性透明载体层通过所述凹槽和所述凸缘可拆卸的连接。
上述优选技术方案的有益效果是:柔性透明载体层可拆卸进行使用后的清洁消毒杀菌,增加使用安全性,并且防止将美白祛斑美容仪整体清洁造成进水损坏美白祛斑美容仪内部结构。
优选的,所述控制器内还设置有微型射频发生装置和微型超声波振荡器;所述护眼装置贴近眼部的一侧在眼袋对应的位置设置有射频电极和换能器探头,所述射频电极通过导线与所述微型射频发生器连接,所述换能器探头通过导线与所述微型超声波振荡器连接。
上述优选技术方案的有益效果是:利用换能器探头将眼袋脂肪溶化,眼袋中的脂肪组织有固定的超声共振频率,特殊波长的超声波有“空穴效应”,当超声波的频率与眼袋脂肪频率一致时,脂肪细胞由固体状态变为液体状态,即被溶化消除,利用射频的内生热效应去除眼袋,不松驰皮肤,无痛无痕,能促进皮肤弹性恢复,眼袋不易出现复发和反弹,可以有效改善眼袋、眼睑浮肿及各种皱纹问题。
优选的,所述柔性透明载体层上负载有纳米活性组分。
本发明还公开了一种纳米活性组分,所述纳米活性组分为壁材包裹美白复合物形成的粒径为20~40的纳米颗粒;
所述的壁材为壳聚糖交联作用生成;
所述美白复合物为VC、虾青素、微量元素、水杨酸、熊果苷、谷胱甘肽、传明酸、维生素C衍生物、甘草提取物、表皮细胞生长因子、胶原蛋白、s i RNA小核酸复合而成。
优选的,所述美白复合物由以下质量份的物质复合而成:
VC2~5份、虾青素3~6份、微量元素1~3份、水杨酸2~5份、熊果苷4~ 8份、谷胱甘肽5~10份、传明酸5~10份、维生素C衍生物4~6份、甘草提取物2~5份、表皮细胞生长因子6~12份、胶原蛋白6~9份、s i RNA小核酸1~3 份。
优选的,所述壳聚糖为羟丙基壳聚糖,其具有良好的水溶性并且还具有良好的抑菌性能,无需添加其余有机物质,增加使用的安全性能。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种纳米活性组分的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将壳聚糖溶于去离子水中配置成质量分数为0.5%~3%的水溶液,待用;
步骤二:按质量份VC2~5份、虾青素3~6份、微量元素1~3份、水杨酸2~ 5份、熊果苷4~8份、谷胱甘肽5~10份、传明酸5~10份、维生素C衍生物4~ 6份、甘草提取物2~5份、表皮细胞生长因子6~12份、胶原蛋白6~9份、siRNA 小核酸1~3份将上述各组分混合,并超声处理,得复合物;
步骤三:将所述步骤一所得的羟丙基壳聚糖水溶液与所述步骤二所得的复合物混合并添加乳化剂,然后80~120Mpa条件下高压均质5~10min形成乳液;
步骤四:向所述步骤三所得的乳液中缓慢加入交联剂,45~55℃恒温水浴搅拌反应2.5~3小时,得混合液;
步骤五:将所述步骤四的混合液减压蒸发浓缩处理,得到所述纳米活性组分。
优选的,所述壳聚糖与复合物的质量比为2~4:1。
优选的,所述交联剂为谷氨酰胺转氨酶,且交联剂的用量为壳聚糖质量的 60~70%。
本发明还提供一种美白祛斑美容仪的使用方法,即用于面部皮肤的祛斑、褪黑及美白修复;具体应用方法如下:
应用一,美白祛斑美容仪器单独使用:取下柔性透明载体层后,将美白祛斑美容仪匹配的佩戴在面部,之后通过控制器的第一控制旋钮开启微型按摩器对脸部进行按摩,促进面部血液循环,加强新陈代谢,促进黑色素分泌并通过代谢排出,达到美白祛斑作用;
应用二,美白祛斑美容仪与纳米活性组分配合使用:安装柔性透明载体层,将纳米活性组分负载在柔性透明载体层上靠近面部的一侧,之后将美白祛斑美容仪匹配的佩戴在面部,之后通过调节第一控制旋钮与第二控制旋钮分别调节发光二极管的光波长以及微型按摩器的按摩频次,纳米活性组分被肌肤吸收后,其中的有效组分VC、虾青素和微量元素可刺激黑色素分泌,水杨酸可促进角质层代谢排出黑色素,熊果苷、谷胱甘肽、传明酸、维生素C衍生物、甘草提取物、表皮细胞生长因子、胶原蛋白及siRNA小核酸可修复黑色素受损的细胞以及抑制黑色素生成;美白祛斑美容仪的光照可与纳米活性组分共同作用刺激黑色素分泌并析出,微型按摩器可促进皮肤血液循环进而促进纳米活性组分的吸收及利用,两者之间协同作用。
优选的,所述纳米活性组分还可单独使用取得良好的祛斑、褪黑和美白修复作用。
经由上述技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开了一种可负载纳米活性组分的美白祛斑美容仪及其负载的纳米活性组分的制备方法,两者即可单独使用发挥作用又可配合使用起到协同作用;
纳米活性组分采用水溶性壳聚糖包覆有效物质,使有效物质可顺利穿过生理组织屏障角质层到达基底层发挥功效,并且壳聚糖具有缓释作用,到达基底层的纳米活性组分可随血液循环移动并均匀缓慢的释放其中有效物质,作用于皮肤的每一个角落,且防止肌肤负荷较大造成损坏,其中VC、虾青素和微量元素可刺激黑色素分泌,水杨酸可促进角质层代谢排出黑色素,熊果苷、谷胱甘肽、传明酸、维生素C衍生物、甘草提取物、表皮细胞生长因子、胶原蛋白及siRNA小核酸可修复黑色素受损的细胞以及抑制黑色素生成,达到良好的美白祛斑效果,并且可修复受损细胞,从根源上美白祛斑不再复发;
本发明提供的美白祛斑美容仪具有发射不同波长的光以及微型按摩的作用,将纳米活性组分负载在美白祛斑美容仪上配合使用,美白祛斑美容仪的光照可与纳米活性组分共同作用刺激黑色素分泌并析出,微型按摩器可促进皮肤血液循环进而促进纳米活性组分的移动缓释和吸收利用,两者之间协同作用,达到更优良的美白祛斑修复效果,而且通过护眼装置的设置,避免了美白祛斑美容仪中光波对眼睛造成损害,增加使用的安全性,同时护眼装置还具有消除眼袋的功能,增加了其使用效果,具有很高的推广应用价值。

实施例1
如附图1所示,本发明提供了一种美白祛斑美容仪,包括:面罩结构1、护眼装置2和控制器3;
如附图2所示,面罩结构1包括由外至里依次匹配连接的具有脸部轮廓型的表面层11、电路层12、柔性透明层13和柔性透明载体层14;
如附图2和附图3所示,电路层12上连接有若干个间隔布置的贴片发光二极管121和微型按摩器122;
如附图1和附图2所示,护眼装置2设置于面罩结构1眼部,护眼装置2的厚度大于面罩结构1的厚度,且护眼装置2的一面与表面层11齐平,护眼装置2 的另一面为柔性材料制成;
如附图1所示,控制器3包括第一控制旋钮31与第二控制旋钮32,控制器 3通过导线与电路层12连接。

为了进一步优化上述方案,柔性透明载体层14上负载有纳米活性组分。
实施例2
本发明提供了一种纳米活性组分的制备方法,具体采用如下步骤:
步骤一:将壳聚糖溶于去离子水中配置成质量分数为0.5%~3%的水溶液,待用;
步骤二:按质量份VC2~5份、虾青素3~6份、微量元素1~3份、水杨酸2~5份、熊果苷4~8份、谷胱甘肽5~10份、传明酸5~10份、维生素C衍生物4~ 6份、甘草提取物2~5份、表皮细胞生长因子6~12份、胶原蛋白6~9份、siRNA 小核酸1~3份将上述各组分混合,并超声处理,得复合物;
步骤三:将步骤一所得的羟丙基壳聚糖水溶液与步骤二所得的复合物混合并添加乳化剂,然后80~120Mpa条件下高压均质5~10min形成乳液;
步骤四:向步骤三所得的乳液中缓慢加入交联剂,45~55℃恒温水浴搅拌反应2.5~3小时,得混合液;
步骤五:将步骤四的混合液减压蒸发浓缩处理,得到所述纳米活性组分。
为了进一步优化上述方案,壳聚糖与复合物的质量比为2~4:1。
为了进一步优化上述方案,交联剂为谷氨酰胺转氨酶,且交联剂的用量为壳聚糖质量的60~70%。
实施例3
本发明还提供了一种美白祛斑美容仪及其负载的纳米活性组分的应用,具体包括以下三种情况:
应用一,美白祛斑美容仪器单独使用:取下柔性透明载体层后,将美白祛斑美容仪匹配的佩戴在面部,之后通过控制器的第一控制旋钮及微型射频发生装置和微型超声波振荡器开启微型按摩器和射频电极及换能器探头对脸部及眼部进行按摩,促进面部血液循环,加强新陈代谢,促进黑色素分泌并通过代谢排出,达到美白祛斑作用,同时促进眼袋脂肪溶解,消除眼袋;
应用二,纳米活性组分单独使用:将纳米活性组分手动涂敷于面部肌肤,被壳聚糖包裹的纳米活性组分使有效物质可顺利穿过生理组织屏障角质层到达基底层发挥功效,并且壳聚糖具有缓释作用,到达基底层的纳米活性组分可随血液循环移动并均匀缓慢的释放其中有效物质,作用于皮肤的每一个角落,防止肌肤负荷较大造成损坏,被肌肤吸收后,其中的有效组分VC、虾青素和微量元素可刺激黑色素分泌,水杨酸可促进角质层代谢排出黑色素,熊果苷、谷胱甘肽、传明酸、维生素C衍生物、甘草提取物、表皮细胞生长因子、胶原蛋白及siRNA小核酸可修复黑色素受损的细胞以及抑制黑色素生成;
应用三,美白祛斑美容仪与纳米活性组分配合使用:安装柔性透明载体层,将纳米活性组分负载在柔性透明载体层上靠近面部的一侧,之后将美白祛斑美容仪匹配的佩戴在面部,之后通过调节第一控制旋钮、第二控制旋钮及微型射频发生装置和微型超声波振荡器分别调节发光二极管的光波长、微型按摩器的按摩频次以及护眼装置上的射频电极和换能器探头,纳米活性组分被肌肤吸收后,其中的有效组分VC、虾青素和微量元素可刺激黑色素分泌,水杨酸可促进角质层代谢排出黑色素,熊果苷、谷胱甘肽、传明酸、维生素C衍生物、甘草提取物、表皮细胞生长因子、胶原蛋白及siRNA小核酸可修复黑色素受损的细胞以及抑制黑色素生成;美白祛斑美容仪的光照可与纳米活性组分共同作用刺激黑色素分泌并析出,微型按摩器可促进皮肤血液循环进而促进纳米活性组分的吸收及利用,两者之间协同作用,达到从根源上祛斑美白且防止复发的效果;同时护眼装置避免眼睛受到发光二极管的光刺激,同时还促进眼袋脂肪溶解,消除眼袋。

采用市面上的普通脸部美白祛斑美容仪。
对比例2
采用市面上普通的美白祛斑护肤品。
实施例4
对实施例3的三种应用情况以及对比例1和对比例2的美白效果进行测试,测试方法如下:
选取皮肤色素沉着状况相近的受试人员5名,且5名受试人员均因长期眼疲劳有严重的眼袋,分别采用上述方案对受试人员以每周1次的频率连续作用3个月,测试结果如下:
由上述测试结果可知,本发明提供的美白祛斑美容仪可单独作用达到美白和去眼袋的功能,本发明提供的纳米活性组分也可单独使用起到从根源上去除色斑美白修复的效果,而且本发明提供的美白祛斑美容仪和纳米活性组分共同作用还起到协同增效的作用。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (10)
1.一种美白祛斑美容仪,其特征在于,包括:面罩结构(1)、护眼装置(2)和控制器(3);
所述面罩结构(1)包括由外至里依次匹配连接的具有脸部轮廓型的表面层(11)、电路层(12)、柔性透明层(13)和柔性透明载体层(14);
所述电路层(12)上连接有若干个间隔布置的贴片发光二极管(121)和微型按摩器(122);
所述护眼装置(2)设置于所述面罩结构(1)眼部,所述护眼装置(2)的厚度大于所述面罩结构(1)的厚度,且所述护眼装置(2)的一面与所述表面层(11)齐平,所述护眼装置(2)的另一面为柔性材料制成;
所述控制器(3)包括第一控制旋钮(31)与第二控制旋钮(32),所述控制器(3)通过导线与所述电路层(12)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白祛斑美容仪,其特征在于,所述柔性透明层(13)与所述柔性透明载体层(14)靠近的一面边缘设置有凹槽(131),所述柔性透明载体层(14)与所述柔性透明层(13)靠近的一面边缘设置有与所述凹槽(131)匹配的凸缘(141),所述柔性透明层(13)与所述柔性透明载体层(14)通过所述凹槽(131)和所述凸缘(141)可拆卸的连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白祛斑美容仪,其特征在于,所述柔性透明载体层(14)上负载有纳米活性组分。
4.一种权利要求3所述的纳米活性组分,其特征在于,所述纳米活性组分为壁材包裹美白复合物形成的粒径为20~40的纳米颗粒;
所述的壁材为壳聚糖交联作用生成;
所述美白复合物为VC、虾青素、微量元素、水杨酸、熊果苷、谷胱甘肽、传明酸、维生素C衍生物、甘草提取物、表皮细胞生长因子、胶原蛋白、siRNA小核酸复合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种纳米活性组分,其特征在于,所述美白复合物由以下质量份的物质复合而成:
VC2~5份、虾青素3~6份、微量元素1~3份、水杨酸2~5份、熊果苷4~8份、谷胱甘肽5~10份、传明酸5~10份、维生素C衍生物4~6份、甘草提取物2~5份、表皮细胞生长因子6~12份、胶原蛋白6~9份、siRNA小核酸1~3份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种纳米活性组分,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖为羟丙基壳聚糖。
7.一种权利要求4~6任一项所述的纳米活性组分的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将壳聚糖溶于去离子水中配置成质量分数为0.5%~3%的水溶液,待用;
步骤二:按质量份VC2~5份、虾青素3~6份、微量元素1~3份、水杨酸2~5份、熊果苷4~8份、谷胱甘肽5~10份、传明酸5~10份、维生素C衍生物4~6份、甘草提取物2~5份、表皮细胞生长因子6~12份、胶原蛋白6~9份、siRNA小核酸1~3份将上述各组分混合,并超声处理,得复合物;
步骤三:将所述步骤一所得的羟丙基壳聚糖水溶液与所述步骤二所得的复合物混合并添加乳化剂,然后80~120Mpa条件下高压均质5~10min形成乳液;
步骤四:向所述步骤三所得的乳液中缓慢加入交联剂,45~55℃恒温水浴搅拌反应2.5~3小时,得混合液;
步骤五:将所述步骤四的混合液减压蒸发浓缩处理,得到所述纳米活性组分。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种纳米活性组分的制备方法,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖与复合物的质量比为2~4:1。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种纳米活性组分的制备方法,其特征在于,所述交联剂为谷氨酰胺转氨酶,且交联剂的用量为壳聚糖质量的60~70%。
10.一种美白祛斑美容仪的应用,其特征在于,用于面部皮肤的祛斑、褪黑和修复美白。
