Abstract
The invention provides an adjusting type combined corner pulley device and an adjusting method, wherein the laying device comprises: positioning the mounting seat; the corner pulleys are rotatably arranged on side plates on two sides of a pulley support through a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is detachably connected with the side plates; and the length adjusting piece with adjustable length is detachably connected between the mounting seat and the pulley support. The invention can avoid the cable laying position at the corner from overlapping to the inner side of the corner, ensure the cable laying to be standard and regular, reduce the safety accidents caused by uneven stress of the bridge, reduce the operation difficulty of workers and improve the cable laying efficiency; the cable is conveniently separated from the pulley support, and the defect that the pulley block is difficult to detach after the cable is laid in the prior art is overcome.

In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, one of the side plates 221 includes an upper plate and a lower plate, a first end of the upper plate is movably connected to the upper fixing link 222, a second end of the upper plate and a top end of the lower plate are respectively provided with a through hole for the rotation shaft 21 to pass through, an end of the rotation shaft 21 that passes through the through hole is screwed with a nut, and the nut is fastened to an outer surface of the side plate 221. When the corner pulley 2 is used and the cable 5 needs to be released, the nut is detached, the upper plate body is rotated relative to the upper fixing connecting rod 222, so that the pulley support 22 forms an outlet for detaching the cable at the position of the upper plate body, the cable 2 can be separated from the corner pulley 2, and the defect that the pulley block is difficult to detach after the cable 2 is laid in the prior art is overcome. Preferably, both the side plates 221 may be configured to include an upper plate body and a lower plate body detachably connected, and both ends of the rotation shaft 21 are detachably fixed to both the side plates 221.
In the embodiment of the invention, the size width of the corner pulley 2 is more than 150cm, so that a conventional large and medium section cable is convenient to lay; the angle pulley 2 can be replaced or the distance between the two opposite side plates 221 can be adjusted according to the need to adapt to cables 5 with different sizes.
Preferably, the portion of each side plate 221 on the corner pulley 2 bulges outward to form a larger space for accommodating the cable 5, so as to prevent the cable 5 from being squeezed by the side plate 221 due to the small space and affecting the sliding of the cable on the corner pulley 2.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the length adjusting member 3 is a wire grip.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the length adjustment member 3 includes a housing 32 for accommodating the cable 31, a lower connecting member 33 fixed to a lower end of the housing 32, and an upper connecting member 34 connected to the cable 31, the upper end of the housing 32 is provided with a threading hole for the cable 31 to pass through, and the housing 32 is rotatably mounted with a self-locking winding shaft 35 for winding the cable 31.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the upper connecting member 34 is an upper hook, and a hook ring 121 for hooking the upper hook is arranged on the lower mounting plate 12 of the positioning mounting base 1; the lower connecting piece 33 is a lower hook, a corner hook 23 for hooking the lower hook is arranged at the top of the pulley support 22, and the corner hook 23 is fixed on an upper fixing connecting rod 222 of the pulley support 22.
Further, the self-locking winding shaft includes a winding shaft and a ratchet 352 coaxially rotating with the winding shaft 351 and sleeved at one end of the winding shaft, one side of the housing 32 is opened with a shaft passing hole for the end of the winding shaft 351 sleeved with the ratchet 352 to pass through, the housing 32 of the winding shaft 351 is hinged with a non-return pawl (not shown), and the non-return pawl is in contact connection with a tooth groove of the ratchet 352. A handle 353 for rotationally driving the winding shaft 351 is fixed to the winding shaft 351. Preferably, a pulley fixing frame 341 is fixed to a rod portion of the upper connecting member 34, an upper pulley 342 is rotatably connected to the pulley fixing frame 341, and one end of the cable 31 passing through the housing 32 is wound around the upper pulley 342 and then fixed.

The invention also provides an adjusting method for adjusting the bridge frame corner cable by using the adjusting type combined corner pulley device, which comprises the following steps:
fixing the positioning mounting seat on the upper layer structure above the corner of the bridge;
providing a length adjusting piece with adjustable length, and connecting a first end of the length adjusting piece to the bottom of the mounting seat;
connecting a pulley support provided with a corner pulley to the second end of the length adjusting part, and winding a cable on the corner pulley for cable laying;
and adjusting the length adjusting piece to enable the length of the cable to meet the requirement of the reserved length for corner laying.
Further, after the length of the cable 5 is adjusted, the upper plate body of the side plate 221 is detached, the cable 5 is separated from the corner pulley 2, and finally the initial end of the cable 5 is pulled by other methods such as manual work, so that the planned arrangement position in the early stage is achieved.

the length adjusting piece with adjustable length is detachably connected between the mounting seat and the pulley support and comprises a shell for accommodating a stay cable, a lower connecting piece fixed at the lower end of the shell and an upper connecting piece connected to the stay cable, the upper end of the shell is provided with a threading hole for the stay cable to penetrate out, and a self-locking winding shaft for winding the stay cable is rotatably mounted in the shell;
an upper fixed connecting rod is connected between the top ends of the side plates on the two sides of the pulley support, and a lower fixed connecting rod is connected between the bottom ends of the side plates on the two sides;
the side plate comprises an upper plate body and a lower plate body, the first end of the upper plate body is movably connected with the upper fixed connecting rod, the second end of the upper plate body and the top end of the lower plate body are respectively provided with a through hole for the end part of the rotating shaft to penetrate through, the end part of the rotating shaft penetrating through the through hole is in threaded connection with a nut, and the nut is fastened on the outer side surface of the side plate;

and adjusting the length adjusting piece to enable the length of the cable to meet the requirement of the reserved length for corner laying.
