なお、ウィンチ1は、ワイヤー5による吊上げ作業中に万が一落下事故が発生しても、ウィンチ1を操作する作業員に危険が及ばないように、電柱Aの吊上げ側と逆側に取り付ける。
また、吊上げ装置2は、作業員が電柱Aの上まで運び上げ、縦管12が電柱Aの上端よりも上方へ延びるように取り付ける。

補助枠35は、図15に示すように、角筒体36の外側面上下部にそれぞれバンド係止クリップ37を設けて成る。角筒体36は、ウィンチ固定板11’とほぼ同じ上下寸法を有し、バンド係止クリップ37は下方に向けて開口した断面逆U字状の金具である。
この補助枠35を、障害物が設けられている部分に隣接して、電柱Aと締め付けバンド9との間に配置し、角筒体36の内側面を電柱Aに当て付け、上下の締め付けバンド9をバンド係止クリップ37に係止することにより、締め付けバンド9を電柱Aから浮かした状態で締め付けることができる。

電柱の下部に着脱可能に取り付けられるウィンチと、
前記電柱の上部に着脱可能に取り付けられ、吊上げ滑車を有する吊上げ装置と、
前記電柱の上部に着脱可能に取り付けられるアーム支持装置と、
該アーム支持装置に着脱可能に取り付けられ、上部滑車を有する可動アーム装置と、
前記ウィンチと前記吊上げ装置の吊上げ滑車又は可動アーム装置の上部滑車を介して前記電柱の上部と地上を連絡するワイヤーとを備え、
前記アーム支持装置は上面が開口した支持筒を有し、前記可動アーム装置は、前記支持筒に中心軸を回転中心として回動可能に挿入される支柱、及び、該支柱から側方へ張り出すアームを有し、前記アームの先端部に前記上部滑車を設け、前記ワイヤーを前記吊上げ滑車に掛けて前記ウィンチで巻き上げることにより、前記アーム支持装置及び可動アーム装置を地上から電柱の上部へ吊り上げ可能であり、前記ワイヤーを前記上部滑車に掛けて前記ウィンチで巻き上げることにより、前記電気機器を地上から電柱の上部へ吊り上げ可能であることを特徴とする電気機器の高所取付装置。
