Abstract
本发明公开了一种亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,所述亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺包括:在去离子水中投入有机氮抗菌剂、无甲醛树脂、非离子渗透剂混合,搅拌均匀,制得整理剂,将亚麻纤维在含有整理剂的浸渍液中,浸轧一定时间,然后一定的温度下预烘,最后再经过160°焙烘一定时间,制成纤维。通过上述方式,本发明制备工艺简便,使用方法简单,抗菌纺织制品具有环保性,抑制细菌效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物的染色工艺领域,特别是涉及一种亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺。
背景技术
目前,对纺织材料抗菌加工的研究报道很多,所用的抗菌大多为有机类抗菌剂如季铵盐类、胍类、脂肪酸类和金属化合物等,其中多数有毒,不环保;有些抗菌剂只适用于某种特定的纤维;有的抗菌剂成本高,加工工艺复杂;有的抗菌效果欠佳,耐久性、耐洗性差。抗菌纺织制品具有生态、环保特点,同时具有高效、耐洗特点;其制备方法具有工艺简单,加工成本低等特点。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,制备工艺简便,使用方法简单,抗菌纺织制品具有环保性,抑制细菌效果好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,所述亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺包括:将亚麻纤维放入阻燃整理剂中控制一定温度浸泡15-20min,然后置于浸轧双氧水、汽蒸的缸内氧化预处理,接着排水后入水,再置于浸轧生物酶、汽蒸的缸内生物酶处理,再排水后入水,完成亚麻纤维的前处理,然后温度直线上升到170℃,保温一定时间后,接着降到80℃后加入皂洗剂,最后排水后入水两次烘干。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述浸扎的轧液率为50-100%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃整理剂包括无机磷与氮化合物的阻燃剂、三聚氰胺树脂、尿素、催化剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述控制一定温度为10-15℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述烘干的温度180℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述保温一定时间为3min。
本发明的有益效果是:制备工艺简便,使用方法简单,抗菌纺织制品具有环保性,抑制细菌效果好。

下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,所述亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺包括:将亚麻纤维放入阻燃整理剂中控制一定温度浸泡15-20min,然后置于浸轧双氧水、汽蒸的缸内氧化预处理,接着排水后入水,再置于浸轧生物酶、汽蒸的缸内生物酶处理,再排水后入水,完成亚麻纤维的前处理,然后温度直线上升到170℃,保温一定时间后,接着降到80℃后加入皂洗剂,最后排水后入水两次烘干。
所述浸扎的轧液率为50-100%,所述阻燃整理剂包括无机磷与氮化合物的阻燃剂、三聚氰胺树脂、尿素、催化剂,所述控制一定温度为10-15℃,所述烘干的温度180℃,所述保温一定时间为3min。
在一实施例中,在纤维浸轧过程中,选用的柔软剂是能改善纤维手感;二是不影响染色牢度;三是能和染液中的各种助剂相配伍。浸轧采用二浴法,在浸轧焙烘后,再浸轧阳离子氨基硅油柔软剂,染色牢度略提高。
有机氮抗菌剂适用于纤维素及其混纺织物的耐久抗菌整理,它对真菌、革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌等具有优异的抗菌活性,对人体安全性高,无毒副作用,已广泛用于袜子、内衣、毛巾、运动服、床上用品和地毯等。亚麻织物具有卫生性能好、吸湿散热快、透气滑爽、体感舒服、凉爽吸汗不粘身、消除静电、抑菌除臭等保健功能。亚麻不但舒适透气,还具有的天然抑菌除臭功能。油画用亚麻布作底布能防虫、防蛀、防潮,作品可保存几百年。亚麻织物吸汗强、易挥发、不粘身,不发臭。亚麻纺织品是举世公认的珍贵装饰品,用亚麻纺织品作室内墙贴、窗帘、桌布和其它家具的罩垫、可以调节空气湿度和温度。用亚麻床单、枕巾,睡觉舒适。亚麻可以织制各种粗细的帆布,还可与棉、毛、丝、人造纤维混纺。亚麻纤维强人、柔细,其强度是绢丝的1.6倍,可纺支数高,织物平滑整洁,适合制作高级衣料。亚麻纤维还具有吸湿性强、散热快、耐摩擦。耐高温、不易燃、抑菌等独特优点,广泛应用于制作汽车用品。织物抗菌除臭整理剂是一种有机抗菌剂,主成份选用最为安全的胍类,是一种非溶出型抗菌剂,对于危害人体的各类细菌、真菌的生长繁殖有极强的快速杀菌作用,杀菌率大于99.9%,其抗菌原理是它破坏细菌的细胞壁,由于胞内渗透压是胞外渗透压的20-30倍,因此细胞膜破裂,胞浆物外泄。这样也就终止了微生物的代谢过程,使微生物无法生长和繁殖。适用于各种纺织物,可以赋予织物高效的抗菌除臭及耐水洗性,可达50次以上。用于纯棉、混纺、化纤、无纺布、皮革等各类织物。织物抗菌整理剂处理织物的方法可以采用浸轧、浸渍、喷涂等,一般用量为2-4%(浴比1:8,1:10),具体用量和用法根据被处理物的用途、种类、组成,及加工设备而确定。通常抗菌整理与染色采用同浴吸尽法进行加工。
本发明揭示了一种亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,制备工艺简便,使用方法简单,抗菌纺织制品具有环保性,抑制细菌效果好。

Claims (6)
1.一种亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,其特征在于,所述亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺包括:在去离子水中投入有机氮抗菌剂、无甲醛树脂、非离子渗透剂混合,搅拌均匀,制得整理剂,将亚麻纤维在含有整理剂的浸渍液中,浸轧一定时间,然后一定的温度下预烘,最后再经过160°焙烘一定时间,制成纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,其特征在于,所述浸轧的轧液率为60-70%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,其特征在于,所述有机氮抗菌剂的重量为3-5g、无甲醛树脂的重量为30-40g、非离子渗透剂的重量为0.5g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,其特征在于,所述浸轧一定时间为20-30min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,其特征在于,所述烘干的温度110℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻纤维的抗菌消臭工艺,其特征在于,所述焙烘一定时间为1.5min。
