本发明公开了一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,包括如下步骤:a、将超细纳米二氧化硅加入至溶有偶联剂的溶剂中,b、并在搅拌条件下将上一步骤所制备的溶液与环氧树脂混合均匀后,再脱除溶剂使偶联剂与环氧树脂反应;冷却后加入固化剂均匀混合,再抽空脱气后浇入涂有脱模剂并预热好的钢模中,并在钢模表面覆盖第一面料层,在经过升温固化后形成若干相邻的耐切防刺单元,形成耐切防刺层;c、脱模后热压粘合形成纳米复合防刺面料。本发明所涉及的一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,使得所生产的复合防刺面料表面具有间隙的耐切防刺单元,使得该复合防刺面料具有一定的柔软性,突破了防刺复合面料必需厚重,防刺手套必需硬挺的限制。

一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及特种面料生产技术领域,尤其是一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺。
背景技术
目前市面上传统的防刺面料,具有厚重、硬度高、防刺能力差等问题。厚重对于体力的消耗较大,厚度高使得人们在使用时柔软度不够、形变不够,使用时不易弯曲。针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种轻量化、高形变可变加工的防刺复合面料。此发明是针对,日益严峻的社会环境,形势复杂的缉毒环境,提供我国缉毒干警,更加轻便,防护能力更加出众的装备而研发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,所生产的复合防刺面料具有轻量化、高形变可变加工,且防刺能力出众等优异性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明所涉及的一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
a、将超细纳米二氧化硅加入至溶有偶联剂的溶剂中,然后采用碾磨、高速剪切、球磨、砂磨或超声波中的一种进行处理。
b、并在搅拌条件下将上一步骤所制备的溶液与环氧树脂混合均匀后,再脱除溶剂,升温至130-140℃,使偶联剂与环氧树脂反应1-1.5h;冷却后,加入固化剂,均匀混合,再抽空脱气后浇入涂有脱模剂并预热好的钢模中,并在钢模表面覆盖第一面料层,在经过升温固化后在第一面料层表面后形成若干相邻的耐切防刺单元,形成耐切防刺层;
c、脱模后,第一面料层与第二面料层热压粘合,形成纳米复合防刺面料。
耐切防刺单元之间具有一定的间隙,可提高防刺复合面料的柔软性,在耐切防刺单元的位置处具有耐切割和防刺功能。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,步骤a中,还可加入1-3wt%的染料。使得耐切防刺层具有不同的颜色。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,步骤a中,还可加入1-3wt%的液体橡胶。可能够软化耐切防刺层,具有弹力。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,还包括步骤d,将两层复合防刺面料叠合,形成双层复合面料。在使用时可根据需要将两层防刺复合叠合使用,可解决耐切防刺单元之间间隙不具有防刺功能的问题。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述第一面料层和第二面料层是以400D、800D、1000D涤纶丝为原料的为梭织料,面密度为200-300gsm;所述耐切防刺层的面密度为200-400gsm。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,步骤c中,热压粘合所使用的粘合剂为热熔胶,热压所使用的压力为400吨。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述耐切防刺单元的开关为正多边形或圆形。正多边形或圆形可有效的增加防刺和耐切割效果。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所涉及的一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,使得所生产的复合防刺面料表面具有间隙的耐切防刺单元,使得该复合防刺面料具有一定的柔软性,突破了防刺复合面料必需厚重,防刺手套必需硬挺的限制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例一
结合图1,对本实施例作详细说明。本实施例所涉及的一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤a、将超细纳米二氧化硅加入至溶有偶联剂的溶剂中,然后采用碾磨、高速剪切、球磨、砂磨或超声波中的一种进行处理。偶联剂的含量为1wt%。本实施例中采用高速剪切的方式,对混合溶液进行处理,使得二氧化硅能够均匀的分散在溶液中。超细纳米二氧化硅表面存在大量的不饱和和残键及不同键合状态的羟基。因为表面欠氧而偏离了稳定结构的硅氧结构,所以超细纳米二氧化硅具有高反应活性。而且由于为超细二氧化硅,粉体的密度较小,容易在溶液中分散。所使用的溶液为水。
在本步骤中所使用的偶联剂可以是硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或锆类偶联剂中的一种,在本实施例中所使用的的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,具体为γ-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,该硅烷类偶联剂可提高超细纳米二氧化硅与后续所添加的环氧树脂的相容性,提高制品与第基材的粘接力。
步骤b、并在搅拌条件下将上一步骤所制备的溶液与环氧树脂混合均匀后,再脱除溶剂,升温至130-140℃,使偶联剂与环氧树脂反应1-1.5h。所使用的环氧树脂为双酚A形环氧树脂。脱除溶剂是采用减压蒸馏的方式将不进行去除。
冷却后,加入固化剂,均匀混合,再抽空脱气后浇入涂有脱模剂并预热好的钢模中,并在钢模表面覆盖第一面料层,在经过升温固化后在第一面料层表面后形成若干相邻的耐切防刺单元,形成耐切防刺层。在升温固化时是采用0.5℃/min的升温速率升温至90-100℃,并保持10-30min。固化后可在第一面料层的表面形成若干相邻的耐切防刺单元所形成的耐切防刺层。更具体的,所使用的第一面料层的面密度为200克每平方米的涤纶梭织布。在本步骤中,耐切防刺单元的形状为正六边形,或其他正多边形。
所使用的固化剂为四溴双酚A双(2一羟基乙基)醚与对硝基苯甲酰氯反应制得的芳醚酯二芳胺,用作环氧树脂固化剂,固化物具有高强度、高韧性、高耐热、低吸水性,拉伸强度95MPa,断裂伸长率>12%,吸水性<1.3%。
步骤c、脱模后,第一面料层与第二面料层热压粘合进行连续生产,形成纳米复合防刺面料。在本步骤中,所使用的热压粘合是将第一面料层和第二面料层在400吨的压力条件下,经热熔胶相粘合,热熔胶的使用量为5-10克每平方米。第一面料层和第二面料层均为梭织面料,第二面料层的面密度为200-400克每平方米。
在本实施例中,第一面料层和第二面料层所使用的原料400D、800D、1000D涤纶丝。
还包括步骤d,将两层复合防刺面料叠合,形成双层复合面料,可使得耐切防刺单元间的间隙出现错位。由于两个耐切防刺单元之间具有间隙,故单层的纳米复合防刺面料在使用时,会在间隙位置不具有防刺功能,如果采用两层叠合的方式可避免这种情况。
实施例二
本实施例所涉及的一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺包括:
步骤a、将超细纳米二氧化硅加入至溶有偶联剂的溶剂中,然后采用碾磨、高速剪切、球磨、砂磨或超声波中的一种进行处理。偶联剂的含量为3wt%。本实施例中采用砂磨的方式,对混合溶液进行处理,使得二氧化硅能够均匀的分散在溶液中。
在步骤a中,还加入1-3wt%的染料,在本实施例具体为2wt%。使得耐切防刺单元具有颜色。所加入的染料为分散染料。
在本步骤中所使用的偶联剂可以是硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或锆类偶联剂中的一种,在本实施例中所使用的的偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂,具体为单烷氧基焦磷酸酯型,该交联剂在无机粉末和基体树脂的界面上产生化学结合,它所具有的极其独特的性能是在无机粉末的表面形成单分子膜,而在界面上不存在多分子膜。
步骤b、并在搅拌条件下将上一步骤所制备的溶液与环氧树脂混合均匀后,再脱除溶剂,升温至140℃,使偶联剂与环氧树脂反应1h。
冷却后,加入固化剂,均匀混合,再抽空脱气后浇入涂有脱模剂并预热好的钢模中,并在钢模表面覆盖第一面料层,在经过升温固化后在第一面料层表面后形成若干相邻的耐切防刺单元,形成耐切防刺层。在升温固化时是采用0.5℃/min的升温速率升温至100℃,并保持10min。固化后可在第一面料层的表面形成若干相邻的耐切防刺单元所形成的耐切防刺层。更具体的,所使用的第一面料层的面密度为200克每平方米的涤纶梭织布。在本步骤中,所形成的耐切防刺单元的形状为圆形。
所使用的固化剂为四溴双酚A双(2一羟基乙基)醚与对硝基苯甲酰氯反应制得的芳醚酯二芳胺,用作环氧树脂固化剂,固化物具有高强度、高韧性、高耐热、低吸水性,拉伸强度95MPa,断裂伸长率>12%,吸水性<1.3%。
步骤c、脱模后,第一面料层与第二面料层热压粘合进行连续生产,形成纳米复合防刺面料。在本步骤中,所使用的热压粘合是将第一面料层和第二面料层在400吨的压力条件下,经热熔胶相粘合,热熔胶的使用量为10克每平方米。第一面料层和第二面料层均为梭织面料,第二面料层的面密度为400克每平方米。
在本实施例中,第一面料层和第二面料层所使用的原料400D、800D、1000D涤纶丝。

实施例三
本实施例所涉及的一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,是与实施例二的区别在于,在步骤a中,还加入了1-3wt%的,液体橡胶。所加入的液体橡胶可增加耐切防刺单元的柔软性,增加整个面料的柔软性,可使得该高分子纳米复合防刺面料更加的柔软有弹力。步骤b中,所形成的防切防刺单元的形状为圆形。
对实施例一至实施例三所生产的复合防刺面料进行耐切割测试,采用ASTM1790-05标准进行测试,均达到了A9级别,属于美标中最高耐切割等级。
采用NIJ 0115.00防刺衣防刺性能测试标准,对三种复合面料进行防刺性能测试。通过达到该标准高能量水平防护等级,为最高防护等级,可以用来防护冲击能量高于47.9ft-lbf。而且实施例三所制备的防抗复合面料上的耐切防刺单元具有一定的弹性,可提高复合面料的防钝伤能力,可吸收更多的冲击能力。

Claims (7)

1.一种高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、将超细纳米二氧化硅加入至溶有偶联剂的溶剂中,然后采用碾磨、高速剪切、球磨、砂磨或超声波中的一种进行处理;
b、并在搅拌条件下将上一步骤所制备的溶液与环氧树脂混合均匀后,再脱除溶剂,升温至130-140℃,使偶联剂与环氧树脂反应1-1.5h;冷却后,加入固化剂,均匀混合,再抽空脱气后浇入涂有脱模剂并预热好的钢模中,并在钢模表面覆盖第一面料层,在经过升温固化后在第一面料层表面后形成若干相邻的耐切防刺单元,形成耐切防刺层;
c、脱模后,第一面料层与第二面料层热压粘合,形成纳米复合防刺面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤a中,还可加入1-3wt%的染料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤a中,还可加入1-3wt%的液体橡胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,其特征在于,还包括步骤d,将两层复合防刺面料叠合,形成双层复合面料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,其特征在于,所述第一面料层和第二面料层是以400D、800D、1000D涤纶丝为原料的为梭织料,面密度为200-300gsm;所述耐切防刺层的面密度为200-400gsm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤c中,热压粘合所使用的粘合剂为热熔胶,热压所使用的压力为400吨。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高分子纳米复合防刺面料生产工艺,其特征在于,所述耐切防刺单元的开关为正多边形或圆形。
