本发明涉及医学技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液及其制法。
背景技术
痺症、痛风、跌打挫伤、扭伤均为常见病，痺症中的风、寒、湿痺是由于风寒湿邪侵入人体导致经络痺阻，气血凝滞的肌肉关节疼痛、酸楚、麻木、重着、屈伸不利、甚至关节肿大变形等为主要表现，相当于西医学的风湿性关节炎、风湿性肌炎。痺症中的热痺是外邪与体内蕴热搏于关节所致。多为急性发作，以患处红、肿、热、痛为主要临床表现。还可伴有发热、恶寒等症，相当于西医学的化脓性关节炎。痛风则是饮食失宜、湿热内生、外邪痺阻，痰瘀沉积于关节所致，以手足关节红肿剧痛反复发作、关节畸形或见痛风石为主要临床表现、相当于西医学的痛风性关节炎。风寒湿痺的治疗原则是祛风通络、温经散寒、除湿宣痺、活络止痛为主。热痺则以清热解毒、通络散结、祛风消肿、活血止痛为主。痛风急性发作期患处所表现的红、肿、热、痛症状与热痺相似，故其治法与热痺相近。跌打挫伤、扭伤则分为新伤与旧患，新伤治宜行气活血，化瘀消肿止痛为主，旧患容易感受风寒湿邪、血脉痺阻、治宜温通经络、活血化瘀、祛邪止痛；
现主要治法为中药调理，辅以针灸治疗，还有刺络拔罐法、穴位注射法和电针法，这些治疗方法操作起来都比较复杂，且治疗成本高而结合西医治疗则需服用消炎止痛和激素类药物，会对身体带来一定副作用的问题，为此我们提出一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液及其制法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺陷，而提出的一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液及其制法。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液，包括组分一与组分二两种配方；
组分一包括以下重量份数比的原料：雷公藤2份、徐长卿2份、伸筋草1份、透骨草1份、乳香1份、没药1份、桂枝2份、姜黄1份、土鳖1份、水蛭1份、洋金花1份、闹羊花1份、白芷2.5份、细辛1份、防风1份、川芎1份、羌活1份、独活1份、鸡血藤2份、威灵仙1份；
组分二包括以下重量份数比的原料：雷公藤2份、徐长卿2份、伸筋草1份、透骨草1份、乳香1份、没药1份、姜黄1份、土鳖1份、桑枝2份、水蛭1份、洋金花1份、黄柏1份、大黄1份、枝子1份、泽兰1份、芒硝1份、汉防己1份、马钱子1份。
一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液的制法，制作步骤如下：
S1、取组分一中按重量份数比配备的中草药，用粉碎机打成碎块，然后置入盛装有乙醇的容器中，浸泡一个月，然后提取出浸泡液；
S2、然后在浸泡液中分别加入樟脑、薄荷脑、辣椒碱、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂和月桂氮酮，即得痺痛灵1号浸泡液；
S3、将痺痛灵1号浸泡液隔水加温，待药液温度升至80度，药液中的原料溶解后，再按13％的比例加入聚乙烯醇缩甲乙醛，边加边搅拌，直至全部混合溶解，即得痺痛灵1号外涂液，分装入药瓶中备用。
进一步地，每100克组分一中按重量份数比配备的中草药加入500ml75％乙醇。
进一步地，每100ml痺痛灵1号浸泡液分别加入樟脑5g、薄荷脑5g、辣椒碱0.15g、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂3g和月桂氮酮3g。
一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液的制法，制作步骤如下：
S1、取组分二中按重量份数比配备的中草药，把除芒硝外的中草药用粉碎机打成碎块，然后置入盛装有乙醇的容器中，浸泡一个月，然后提取出浸泡液；
S2、然后在浸泡液中分别加入樟脑、薄荷脑、芒硝、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、月桂氮酮和冰片，即得痺痛灵2号浸泡液；
S3、将痺痛灵2号浸泡液隔水加温，待药液温度升至80度，药液中的原料溶解后，再按13％的比例加入聚乙烯醇缩甲乙醛，边加边搅拌，直至全部混合溶解，即得痺痛灵2号外涂液，分装入药瓶中备用。
进一步地，每100克组分二中按重量份数比配备的除芒硝外的中草药加入500ml75％乙醇。
进一步地，每100ml痺痛灵2号浸泡液分别加入樟脑5g、薄荷脑5g、芒硝2g、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂3g、月桂氮酮3g和冰片2g。
相比于现有技术，本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明，是在传统的中医辩症治疗的基础上制备的外用药，且治疗时操作简单、使用方便、价格低廉、疗效确切而又安全可靠，从而使重症患者减少吃激素、止痛类药物，轻症患者则单用本发明外涂药就可以达到临床治愈的效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。

参照图1，一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液，包括组分一与组分二两种配方；
组分一包括以下重量份数比的原料：雷公藤2份、徐长卿2份、伸筋草1份、透骨草1份、乳香1份、没药1份、桂枝2份、姜黄1份、土鳖1份、水蛭1份、洋金花1份、闹羊花1份、白芷2.5份、细辛1份、防风1份、川芎1份、羌活1份、独活1份、鸡血藤2份、威灵仙1份；

本发明痺痛灵1号外涂液和痺痛灵2号外涂液治疗风寒湿痺、热痺痛风、跌打挫伤、扭伤、经临床试验结果如下表：

患者病例：
1、梁女士患风湿痺痛多年，症见双腿膝部肿痛，屈伸不利、双腿肌肉疼痛、时轻时重、严重时需服止痛药，用痺痛灵1号外涂液涂搽膝部等疼痛部位，疼痛逐渐减轻，连续涂搽七天，疼痛消失。
2、陈女士右肘和右腕关节疼痛，发病十六个月，服药痛止，停药不久又复发，用痺痛灵1号外涂液涂患处，外涂一次疼痛即减轻，连续治疗六天，疼痛消失，未复发。
3、何先生患痛风五年，发作时，双脚大拇指关节红、肿、热、痛，需服激素和抗尿酸止痛药等控制病情，用痺痛灵2号外涂液外涂患处，外涂一次疼痛即减轻，连续使用一星期，红、肿、热、痛症状消失，嘱其注意饮食，预防复发。
4、郭先生平时患有风湿痺痛，时轻时重，一日突然发热，全身肌肉筋骨疼痛不适，右膝和右脚大拇指关节红、肿、热、痛，经检查尿酸不高，按热痺处理，外涂痺痛灵2号外涂液，疼痛即减轻，配合内服药消除全身发热症状，热痺症状消失，后续无需服激素和止痛类药。
5、何先生因车祸致右肋部和右大腿受伤，经检查无骨折，但受伤部位肌肉肿痛难忍，在医院治疗效果不明显，经用痺痛灵2号外涂液后肿痛逐渐减轻，用药十四天，肿痛消除。
以上所述，仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内，根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液，其特征在于，包括组分一与组分二两种配方；
组分一包括以下重量份数比的原料：雷公藤2份、徐长卿2份、伸筋草1份、透骨草1份、乳香1份、没药1份、桂枝2份、姜黄1份、土鳖1份、水蛭1份、洋金花1份、闹羊花1份、白芷2.5份、细辛1份、防风1份、川芎1份、羌活1份、独活1份、鸡血藤2份、威灵仙1份；
组分二包括以下重量份数比的原料：雷公藤2份、徐长卿2份、伸筋草1份、透骨草1份、乳香1份、没药1份、姜黄1份、土鳖1份、桑枝2份、水蛭1份、洋金花1份、黄柏1份、大黄1份、枝子1份、泽兰1份、芒硝1份、汉防己1份、马钱子1份。
2.一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液的制法，其特征在于，制作步骤如下：

S3、将痺痛灵1号浸泡液隔水加温，待药液温度升至80度，药液中的原料溶解后，再按13％的比例加入聚乙烯醇缩甲乙醛，边加边搅拌，直至全部混合溶解，即得痺痛灵1号外涂液，分装入药瓶中备用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液的制法，其特征在于，每100克组分一中按重量份数比配备的中草药加入500ml75％乙醇。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液的制法，其特征在于，每100ml痺痛灵1号浸泡液分别加入樟脑5g、薄荷脑5g、辣椒碱0.15g、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂3g和月桂氮酮3g。
5.一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液的制法，其特征在于，制作步骤如下：
S1、取组分二中按重量份数比配备的中草药，把除芒硝外的中草药用粉碎机打成碎块，然后置入盛装有乙醇的容器中，浸泡一个月，然后提取出浸泡液；
S2、然后在浸泡液中分别加入樟脑、薄荷脑、芒硝、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、月桂氮酮和冰片，即得痺痛灵2号浸泡液；
S3、将痺痛灵2号浸泡液隔水加温，待药液温度升至80度，药液中的原料溶解后，再按13％的比例加入聚乙烯醇缩甲乙醛，且边加边搅拌，直至全部混合溶解，即得痺痛灵2号外涂液，分装入药瓶中备用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于治疗痺症、痛风以及跌打挫伤的外涂液的制法，其特征在于，每100克组分二中按重量份数比配备的除芒硝外的中草药加入500ml75％乙醇。
