本发明的有益效果是：乳香、没药，活血止痛，三棱、莪术破血祛瘀，行气止痛，附子、干姜补火助阳，逐风寒湿邪，羌活、独活散风寒祛风湿，止痹痛，一个治疗上半身疼痛，一个用于下半身疼痛，桑寄生、牛膝、续断补肝肾，强筋骨，逐瘀通经，马钱子善搜筋骨之风湿，开通经络，透达关节，止痛力强大，加之有活血作用，为治疗风湿顽痹之佳品，治风要药秦艽，祛风湿，通经络止痛，香附行气解郁，气行血行，行气活血，共为君药，蜈蚣、元胡、骨碎补、细辛、伸筋草、当归、穿山甲、虻虫、水蛭、寻骨风、伸筋草、土元活血化瘀，散风寒，祛风湿，通经络，续筋骨，止痛共为臣药，桂枝、木瓜、蒲黄、五灵脂、威灵仙、海风藤、钩藤、豨莶草、蜂房祛风胜湿，攻毒，息风，清热，止痛共为佐药，国老甘草，清热解毒调和诸药，毛诃子助甘草清热解毒调和诸药，共为使药，本配方君药采用相须为用的原则，互相增进疗效，组方严谨，分工明确使药效直达病灶。
