Abstract
本发明公开了一种便于加工和相互拼接、安装的复合材料防火板材。其结构从下至上依次包括:底料层、下加固网层、中料层、上加固网层和面料层,中料层包括有机材料边框和填充于边框内的无机防火材料,边框在与防火材料邻接的边上设有固定槽,还设有贯穿的孔洞。并公开其制备方法。本发明采用无机材料作为板材的主材,具有良好的防火性,防水性,可相变蓄能、稳定性高、强度好;在无机材料的四周加上有机材料边框,使该板材具有良好的可加工性能。在边框上设置固定槽和对穿的孔洞,可使防火材料与边框结合的更牢,防止边框脱落或者开裂。在中料层上下覆盖加固网层以及薄层的无机材料,可增加韧性、增加强度,防止结合处断裂,同时起到防火作用。
