Abstract
本发明公开了提供一种光伏组件用复合封装材料,包括下述原料:纤维布,所述的纤维布由纤维材料织造制成;混合型热固性粉末涂料,所述的混合型热固性粉末涂料的原料包括丙烯酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂固化剂、聚酯树脂以及聚酯树脂固化剂;其中,所述的混合型热固性粉末涂料均匀地涂覆在所述的纤维布上;本发明可以有效保证光伏组件在包括高温高湿环境、户外强紫外光照或强风环境、具有高机械安装要求环境等恶劣安装环境下的使用寿命;本发明还公开了该光伏组件用复合封装材料的制备方法,实现了光伏组件封装尺寸的任意改变以适应不同建筑的安装要求,进一步便于光伏组件的安装应用。
