Abstract

本发明提供一种封装和电传输装置,包括:焊针(1)、烧结层(2)、导线(5)和外壳(7);其中,所述焊针(1)的一端固定在所述外壳(7)内部,与一根所述导线(5)连接,所述焊针(1)的另一端外露与传感元件的一个电极连接;所述焊针(1)与所述外壳(7)之间通过烧结层(2)隔离。本发明中焊针(1)通过耐高温烧结层(2)烧结固定,能够增加焊针(1)的绝缘介电强度,增加抗干扰性,提高传输精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及结构领域,尤其涉及一种封装和电传输装置。
背景技术
传感元件具有广泛的应用领域,传感元件通常通过封装装置将检测到的信息传输出去。传感元件的电极与封装装置的焊针连接,焊针通过橡胶固定。
传感元件在使用时,可能会工作在不同的环境条件下,当传感器应用于高温环境时,橡胶可能会融化,影响了焊针的固定,进而导致封装装置损坏,影响传感器的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种封装和电传输装置,可耐高温。
本发明的技术方案:一种耐高温封装和电传输装置,其特征为:所述的封装和电传输装置包括焊针1、烧结层2、夹环3、保护套4、导线5、胶黏剂6、外壳7,若干数量的焊针1一端外露,另一端固定在外壳7内部,通过夹环3与导线5连接,焊针1与导线5的结合体通过烧结层2、保护套4和胶黏剂6固定和保护。
可选地,所述的焊针1与外壳7之间通过耐高温、绝缘的烧结层2隔离。
可选地,所述的夹环3为筒状导电材料,夹紧包覆在焊针1与导线5的接触部位。
可选地,所述的焊针1、导线5、夹环3的结合体外部包覆保护套4。
可选地,所述的外壳7内部充满胶黏剂6。
可选地,所述的焊针1外露部位设置有自由折弯区域。
本发明的有益效果:焊针1通过耐高温绝缘的烧结层2烧结固定,能够增加焊针1的绝缘介电强度,增加抗干扰性,提高传输精度。焊针1与导线5通过夹环3夹紧固定,能够保证高温下的传输稳定性和结构强度稳定性。焊针1、导线5、夹环3的结合体外部包覆保护套4,能够防止内部电路间的干扰,提高传输精度。焊针1外露部位设置有自由折弯区域,可根据应用场合的不同自由调整形状,提高通用性。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明一实施例提供的封装和电传输装置的外观示意图,图2为本发明一实施例提供的封装和电传输装置的结构示意图。如图1和图2所示,
一种耐高温封装和电传输装置,包括:焊针1、烧结层2、夹环3、保护套4、导线5、胶黏剂6、外壳7;其中,
焊针1与导线5的接触部位用夹环3包覆并夹紧,使固定并导通。焊针1、导线5、夹环3的结合体外部包覆绝缘的保护套4,焊针1、导线5、夹环3、保护套4的结合体穿过外壳7的孔,在孔内填充耐高温的绝缘材料并高温烧结形成烧结层2,在外壳7内充满耐高温的胶黏剂6。焊针1连接应用场合中的电信号,通过导线5传输。
焊针1与导线5的接触部位用导电的夹环3夹紧固定,能够避免传统焊接连接在高温下易脱开问题的发生,提高了电传输的稳定性和高温可靠性。
焊针1、导线5、夹环3的结合体外部包覆绝缘的保护套4,能够使各导电通路之间绝缘隔离,防止内部电路间的干扰,提高传输精度。
焊针1一端通过高温烧结层2固定在外壳7上,能够保证结构强度和焊针1合外壳7之间的阻抗,增加了传输电路的抗干扰能力。
外壳7内部充满胶黏剂6,可使内部零部件形成统一的整体,避免外部应力传递到内部的强度薄弱点,提高了可靠性和机械强度。
焊针1外露部位设置有自由折弯区域,可根据不同的应用场合自由调整形状、尺寸,提高了通用性。

Claims (8)

1.一种封装和电传输装置,其特征在于,包括:焊针(1)、烧结层(2)、导线(5)和外壳(7);其中,
所述焊针(1)的一端固定在所述外壳(7)内部,与一根所述导线(5)连接,所述焊针(1)的另一端外露与传感元件的一个电极连接;
所述焊针(1)与所述外壳(7)之间通过烧结层(2)隔离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:夹环(3);所述夹环(3)为筒状,所述夹环(3)采用导电材料;
所述焊针(1)与导线(5)的接触部位包覆有夹环(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述焊针(1)、所述导线(5)和所述夹环(3)的结合体外部包覆有绝缘保护套(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述外壳(7)内部填充有胶黏剂(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述焊针(1)的外露端设置有自由折弯区。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述焊针(1)的长度根据所述传感元件的安装位置设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述烧结层(2)采用陶瓷材料。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述焊针(1)和所述导线(5)的数量一致。
