本发明公开了一种LED灯电源风冷结构,包括:LED灯,散热罩和风扇,所述散热罩安装在连接板上,所述连接板设有金属插头和开关,所述散热罩为圆筒形状,所述散热罩侧壁为辐射状排列一圈的若干散热片,所述散热片与散热片之间留有空隙,所述散热罩上表面设有槽孔,所述槽孔内安装电源装置,所述电源装置连接风扇的转轴,所述风扇扇叶安装在转轴侧壁上,所述转轴内部中空,所述LED灯设置在转轴内,所述风扇连接负温度系数热敏电阻。本发明的风扇能够根据温度自动调节转速,温度越高,风扇转速越快,并且风扇既能够对电源装置进行有效散热,也能够对LED灯进行散热,散热效率更高,具有使用寿命长,节能安全的优点。

一种LED灯电源风冷结构
技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯散热技术领域,具体是一种LED灯电源风冷结构。
背景技术
LED的心脏是一个半导体的晶片,晶片的一端附在一个支架上,一端是负极,另一端连接电源的正极,使整个晶片被环氧树脂封装起来。普通照明用的白炽灯和卤钨灯虽价格便宜,但光效低(灯的热效应白白耗电),寿命短,维护工作量大,但若用白光LED作照明,不仅光效高,而且寿命长(连续工作时间10000小时以上),几乎无需维护,虽然价格较现有照明器材昂贵,仍被认为它将不可避免地替代现有照明器件。
LED灯的节能和发光能力强是其独特的优点,随着LED灯技术的发展,正在逐步代替传统的灯具,但LED灯存在散热能力差的缺陷,这种缺陷一直是该技术领域待解决的难题,在散热不良的情况下,LED灯的寿命会大幅减少。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED灯电源风冷结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种LED灯电源风冷结构,包括:LED灯,散热罩和风扇,所述散热罩安装在连接板上,所述连接板设有金属插头和开关,所述散热罩为圆筒形状,所述散热罩侧壁为辐射状排列一圈的若干散热片,所述散热片与散热片之间留有空隙,所述散热罩上表面设有槽孔,所述槽孔内安装电源装置,所述电源装置连接风扇的转轴,所述风扇扇叶安装在转轴侧壁上,所述转轴内部中空,所述LED灯设置在转轴内部空腔内,所述风扇连接负温度系数热敏电阻,所述负温度系数热敏电阻安装在散热罩上,所述LED灯下方设有灯罩。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述散热罩为铝材质。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述灯罩通过螺纹与散热罩连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述电源装置与散热罩之间设有导热硅胶。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述连接板采用绝缘隔热材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的风扇能够根据温度自动调节转速,温度越高,风扇转速越快,并且风扇既能够对电源装置进行有效散热,也能够对LED灯进行散热,散热效率更高,具有使用寿命长,节能安全的优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种LED灯电源风冷结构,包括:LED灯1,散热罩3和风扇2,所述散热罩3安装在连接板6上,所述连接板6设有金属插头7和开关61,所述金属插头7用于连接外部电源,所述开关61用于控制LED灯1和风扇2,按下开关61,LED灯1亮起,同时风扇2开始转动,所述连接板6采用绝缘隔热材料,如气凝胶毡,且连接板6的厚度大于人手拇指的宽度,使用者通过用手拿住连接板6将本发明安装到外部电源插座上以及从外部电源插座上取下本发明,连接板6采用绝缘隔热材料可以有效防止使用者发生触电危险以及被烫伤的危险;
所述散热罩3为圆筒形状,所述散热罩3侧壁为辐射状排列一圈的若干散热片,所述散热片与散热片之间留有空隙,所述散热罩3上表面设有槽孔,所述槽孔内安装电源装置4,所述电源装置4连接金属插头7,所述电源装置4与散热罩3之间设有导热硅胶,导热硅胶能够使电源装置4发出的热量更有效地传导到散热罩3上,再经散热罩3散发到周围空气中去,所述电源装置4设有驱动马达,所述驱动马达连接风扇2的转轴,所述风扇2的扇叶安装在转轴侧壁上,电源装置4驱动转轴转动,从而导致风扇2转动,引起周围空气流动,散热罩3内部被加热的空气在风扇2作用下从散热片的空隙中排出,加快散热罩3散热速度,所述散热罩3为铝材,除风扇2的主动散热以外,评定一个散热装置的好坏,很大程度上取决于散热装置本身的吸热能力和热传导能力,而铝具有较好的导热性,满足散热需求,且价格便宜,适于日常使用;
所述风扇2的转轴内部中空,所述LED灯1设置在转轴内部空腔中,所述LED灯1的灯珠安装位置超出转轴,这样灯珠亮起时产生的热量不会直接传递给转轴,而是散发到周围空气中,最终在风扇2的作用下将加热后的空气排出,对LED灯1起到散热作用,所述风扇2连接负温度系数热敏电阻,负温度系数热敏电阻是一类电阻值随温度增大而减小的一种传感器电阻,通过负温度系数热敏电阻能够控制风扇2的转速,使风扇2可以根据温度自动调节转速,所述负温度系数热敏电阻安装在散热罩3上,散热罩3温度越高时,负温度系数热敏电阻电阻值越小,风扇2转速越快,散热效果越好,可以使散热罩3尽快降温,所述LED灯1下方设有灯罩5,所述灯罩5通过螺纹与散热罩3连接,需要检修LED灯1或风扇2时,将灯罩5拆下即可。

1.一种LED灯电源风冷结构,包括:LED灯(1)、散热罩(3)和风扇(2),其特征在于:所述散热罩(3)安装在连接板(6)上,所述连接板(6)设有金属插头(7)和开关(61),所述散热罩(3)为圆筒状,所述散热罩(3)侧壁为辐射状排列一圈的若干散热片,所述散热片与散热片之间留有空隙,所述散热罩(3)上表面设有槽孔,所述槽孔内安装电源装置(4),所述电源装置(4)连接风扇(2)的转轴,所述风扇(2)的扇叶安装在转轴侧壁上,所述转轴内部中空,所述LED灯(1)设置在转轴内部空腔中,所述风扇(2)连接负温度系数热敏电阻,所述负温度系数热敏电阻安装在散热罩(3)上,所述LED灯(1)下方设有灯罩(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯电源风冷结构,其特征在于:所述散热罩(3)为铝材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯电源风冷结构,其特征在于:所述灯罩(5)通过螺纹与散热罩(3)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED灯电源风冷结构,其特征在于:所述电源装置(4)与散热罩(3)之间设有导热硅胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯电源风冷结构,其特征在于:所述连接板(6)采用绝缘隔热材料。
