Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有叶轮的LED灯,包括壳体、基板、灯珠、导热板、导热柱、散热板、连接架、凹槽、弹簧、球体、弧形槽、电机、转轴、叶轮、散热器、弧形筋、插槽、灯罩、卡块、卡槽、灯座、螺纹头和散热孔,所述壳体内部下端设置有基板,所述基板下端安装有灯珠,所述基板上端设置有导热板,当LED灯照明时,基板发出热量,热量被传递至导热板,然后由散热板经过导热柱吸收热量,热量向上散发,同时,电机驱动叶轮转动,叶轮转动时在壳体内部形成气流,加快了空气流动,气流将热量从散热孔向外吹动散发,进而提高LED灯的散热效率,另外通过散热器的配合,能够使得热量进一步散发,从而避免高温带来的损伤,有效的延长了LED灯使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体为一种带有叶轮的LED灯。
背景技术
LED灯在工作时会产生大量的热量,而现有技术中通常采用散热器进行散热,这种结构在散热时,热量传递较慢,使得散热效果不明显,散热效率较低,LED灯内部积热大于散热速率,将导致LED灯热量过高,影响其使用寿命,因此,有必要设计一种带有叶轮的LED灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有叶轮的LED灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带有叶轮的LED灯,包括壳体、基板、灯珠、导热板、导热柱、散热板、连接架、凹槽、弹簧、球体、弧形槽、电机、转轴、叶轮、散热器、弧形筋、插槽、灯罩、卡块、卡槽、灯座、螺纹头和散热孔,所述壳体内部下端设置有基板,所述基板下端安装有灯珠,所述基板上端设置有导热板,所述导热板上端通过导热柱连接有散热板,所述散热板上侧相对于壳体内部设置有连接架,所述连接架侧端开设有凹槽,所述凹槽内部设置有弹簧,所述弹簧一端设置有球体,所述壳体内壁对应连接架相对于球体外侧开设有弧形槽,所述球体与弧形槽卡接,所述连接架下端中部设置有电机,所述电机下端设置有转轴,所述转轴外部套设有叶轮,所述壳体外部套设有散热器,所述散热器内壁交叉对称设置有弧形筋,所述壳体外壁交叉对称开设有插槽,所述弧形筋与插槽插接,所述壳体下端设置有灯罩,所述灯罩外端周向对称设置有卡块,所述壳体下端内壁周向对称开设有卡槽,所述卡块与卡槽卡接。
进一步的,所述壳体顶端设置有灯座,且灯座上端设置有螺纹头,所述灯座与基板和电机均电性连接。
进一步的,所述连接架呈十字型。
进一步的,所述散热板表面和壳体外侧均开设有散热孔。
进一步的,所述球体直径大小和凹槽直径大小相同,且球体与凹槽滑动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:当LED灯照明时,基板发出热量,热量被传递至导热板,然后由散热板经过导热柱吸收热量,热量向上散发,同时,电机驱动叶轮转动,叶轮转动时在壳体内部形成气流,加快了空气流动,气流将热量从散热孔向外吹动散发,进而提高LED灯的散热效率,另外通过散热器的配合,能够使得热量进一步散发,从而避免高温带来的损伤,有效的延长了LED灯使用寿命。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种带有叶轮的LED灯,包括壳体1、基板2、灯珠3、导热板4、导热柱5、散热板6、连接架7、凹槽8、弹簧9、球体10、弧形槽11、电机12、转轴13、叶轮14、散热器15、弧形筋16、插槽17、灯罩18、卡块19、卡槽20、灯座21、螺纹头22和散热孔23,壳体1内部下端设置有基板2,基板2下端安装有灯珠3,基板2上端设置有导热板4,导热板4上端通过导热柱5连接有散热板6,散热板6表面和壳体1外侧均开设有散热孔23,有利于加快热量的散发,散热板6上侧相对于壳体1内部设置有连接架7,连接架7呈十字型,便于和电机12连接,将电机12支撑,连接架7侧端开设有凹槽8,凹槽8内部设置有弹簧9,弹簧9一端设置有球体10,球体10直径大小和凹槽8直径大小相同,且球体10与凹槽8滑动连接,便于在连接架7安装时,球体10收缩进凹槽8内,方便安装,壳体1内壁对应连接架7相对于球体10外侧开设有弧形槽11,球体10与弧形槽11卡接,连接架7下端中部设置有电机12,电机12下端设置有转轴13,转轴13外部套设有叶轮14,壳体1外部套设有散热器15,散热器15内壁交叉对称设置有弧形筋16,壳体1外壁交叉对称开设有插槽17,弧形筋16与插槽17插接,壳体1顶端设置有灯座21,且灯座21上端设置有螺纹头22,灯座21与基板2和电机12均电性连接,便于将LED灯安装连接通电,壳体1下端设置有灯罩18,灯罩18外端周向对称设置有卡块19,壳体1下端内壁周向对称开设有卡槽20,卡块19与卡槽20卡接,通过螺纹头22将LED灯与电源座连接,当LED灯照明时,基板2发出热量,热量被传递至导热板4,然后由散热板6经过导热柱5吸收热量,热量向上散发,同时,电机12驱动叶轮14转动,叶轮14转动时在壳体1内部形成气流,气流将热量从散热孔23向外吹动散发,进而提高LED灯的散热效率,另外通过散热器15的配合,能够使得热量进一步散发,从而避免高温带来的损伤,有效的延长了LED灯使用寿命。
