本发明公开了一种固定效果好且方便安装的LED灯具,包括灯罩和安装板,所述灯罩一端固定连接有挡板,所述挡板一侧表面粘连有散热片,所述散热片一侧固定连接有风扇,所述风扇一侧固定连接有通风管,所述灯罩内壁通过卡槽连接有灯座,所述灯座表面可拆卸连接有LED灯板,所述LED灯板表面通过螺钉连接有固定板,所述固定板两端均开设有插接槽,所述插接槽一侧活动连接有销柱。本发明通过固定板两端均开设有插接孔,通过滑动滑块使弹簧收缩,并通过滑块表面固定连接有销柱,弹簧带动销柱运动,使销柱与插接孔相衔接,从而对LED灯板进行固定,并且不容易脱落,方便安装和拆卸,有效的解决了通过卡扣连接LED灯板的通病。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯具,特别涉及一种固定效果好且方便安装的LED灯具。
背景技术
LED灯最大的优点就是节能环保,光的发光效率达到100流明/瓦以上,普通的白炽灯只能达到40流明/瓦,节能灯也就在70流明/瓦左右徘徊,所以,同样的瓦数,LED灯效果会比白炽灯和节能灯亮很多,1瓦LED灯亮度相当于2瓦左右的节能灯,5瓦LED灯1000小时耗电5度,LED灯寿命可以达到5万小时,并且LED灯无辐射。
大多数的灯具通过把LED灯板安装在灯座上,都是通过卡扣连接,在更换LED灯板时容易对卡扣造成损坏,从而导致LED灯板安装不紧,容易脱落对人造成危险,为此,我们提出一种固定效果好且方便安装的LED灯具。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种固定效果好且方便安装的LED灯具,通过固定板两端均开设有插接孔,通过滑动滑块使弹簧收缩,并通过滑块表面固定连接有销柱,弹簧带动销柱运动,使销柱与插接孔相衔接,从而对LED灯板进行固定,并且不容易脱落,方便安装和拆卸,有效的解决了通过卡扣连接LED灯板的通病,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种固定效果好且方便安装的LED灯具,包括灯罩和安装板,所述灯罩一端固定连接有挡板,所述挡板一侧表面粘连有散热片,所述散热片一侧固定连接有风扇,所述风扇一侧固定连接有通风管,所述灯罩内壁通过卡槽连接有灯座,所述灯座表面可拆卸连接有LED灯板,所述LED灯板表面通过螺钉连接有固定板,所述固定板两端均开设有插接槽,所述插接槽一侧活动连接有销柱。
其中,所述安装板表面旋转连接有膨胀螺栓且膨胀螺栓贯穿安装板。
其中,所述挡板表面开设有散热孔,所述散热片为铜铝合金散热片。
其中,所述灯座一侧表面开设有凹槽,所述固定板与凹槽镶嵌连接。
其中,所述插接槽与销柱之间滑动连接,所述销柱一端活动连接有滑块,所述滑块表面焊接有弹簧。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.通过挡板上表面粘连有散热片,并通过挡板表面开设有散热孔,LED灯在工作时所散发出的热量经散热孔被散热片吸收,并且散热片为铜铝合金散热片,散热效率更高。
2.通过风扇加快散热片表面空气的流动,再经通风管将散热片表面的热量散发到周围空气中去,大大提高了灯具的散热功能,并且延长了灯具的使用寿命。
3.通过固定板两端均开设有插接孔,通过滑动滑块使弹簧收缩,并通过滑块表面固定连接有销柱,弹簧带动销柱运动,使销柱与插接孔相衔接,从而对LED灯板进行固定,并且不容易脱落,方便安装和拆卸,有效的解决了通过卡扣连接LED灯板的通病。

如图1-2所示,一种固定效果好且方便安装的LED灯具,包括灯罩1和安装板2,所述灯罩1一端固定连接有挡板4,所述挡板4一侧表面粘连有散热片6,所述散热片6一侧固定连接有风扇7,所述风扇7一侧固定连接有通风管8,所述灯罩1内壁通过卡槽连接有灯座9,所述灯座9表面可拆卸连接有LED灯板10,所述LED灯板10表面通过螺钉连接有固定板11,所述固定板11两端均开设有插接槽13,所述插接槽13一侧活动连接有销柱14。
其中,所述安装板2表面旋转连接有膨胀螺栓3且膨胀螺栓3贯穿安装板2。
其中,所述挡板4表面开设有散热孔5,所述散热片6为铜铝合金散热片。
其中,所述灯座9一侧表面开设有凹槽12,所述固定板11与凹槽12镶嵌连接。
其中,所述插接槽13与销柱14之间滑动连接,所述销柱14一端活动连接有滑块15,所述滑块15表面焊接有弹簧16。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种固定效果好且方便安装的LED灯具,工作时通过灯罩1起到使光聚集在一起的作用,还可以防止触电,对保护眼睛也有作用,通过安装板2表面旋转连接有膨胀螺栓3,便于将灯具固定在墙面上,通过挡板4上表面粘连有散热片6,并通过挡板4表面开设有散热孔5,LED灯10在工作时所散发出的热量经散热孔5被散热片6吸收,并且散热片6为铜铝合金散热片,散热效率更高,并通过风扇7加快散热片6表面空气的流动,再经通风管8将散热片15表面的热量散发到周围空气中去,大大提高了灯具的散热功能,并且延长了灯具的使用寿命,灯罩1内壁通过卡槽连接有灯座9,灯座9一侧表面开设有凹槽12,并且LED灯板10表面通过螺钉连接有固定板11,将固定板11与凹槽12相衔接,通过固定板12两端均开设有插接孔13,通过滑动滑块15使弹簧16收缩,并通过滑块15表面固定连接有销柱14,弹簧16带动销柱14运动,使销柱14与插接孔13相衔接,从而对LED灯板10进行固定,并且不容易脱落,方便安装和拆卸,有效的解决了通过卡扣连接LED灯板10的通病。
